The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, oven, hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, and washing machine, giving you all the modern amenities of home. The dining table comfortably seats four, making it just as suitable for quiet romantic dinners as for entertaining visiting friends.

Mini Arden truly shines outdoors. The wrap-around pool terrace is beautifully furnished with sun loungers, a comfortable seating set, and an al-fresco dining area for four guests. A portable BBQ is provided for those who enjoy outdoor cooking, and the private freshwater pool invites you to cool off while admiring the scenery. 

From the terrace, guests can take in spectacular panoramic views of Kalkan harbour, the famous Mouse and Snake Islands, and tranquil olive groves to one side. Location & Accessibility 

Despite its elevated and peaceful position, Mini Arden is conveniently located. The centre of Kalkan town, with its array of rooftop restaurants, boutique shops, and charming harbour, is just a 20–25 minute downhill walk or a very short taxi ride away. Guests can easily enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of town before retreating to the tranquillity of their private villa.
