Location 

One of the apartment’s biggest advantages is its superb Old Town location. Guests can step straight out into Kalkan’s charming, cobbled streets, with restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, and the harbour all within a minute or two on foot. 

Despite being so central, the apartment’s elevated position allows for beautiful open views across Kalkan Bay and the surrounding mountains — something rarely found in such a prime walk-to-everything location.

The fully equipped modern fitted kitchen is set just off the lounge area and includes a fridge freezer, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and microwave. Guests can also enjoy filtered drinking water directly from a special tap installed in the kitchen. There is ample preparation space and storage available, making the apartment ideal for both shorter stays and longer self-catering holidays. 

Bedroom 

The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed together with an additional single bed, making the apartment suitable for couples or a small family. Sliding wardrobe storage, air conditioning, and a dressing table area are also provided. A hairdryer for guest use is stored in the bedroom. 

Bathroom 

The contemporary bathroom features a spacious walk-in rainfall shower together with striking marble-effect blue tiling and modern fittings throughout. 

Access 

The apartment is accessed via 2 flights of steps up to the front door, so may not suit guests with mobility issues.
