Downstairs

Open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped & features a washing machine, dishwasher, spacious refrigerator, built-in oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Additionally, the kitchen is furnished with pots, pans, dinnerware, cutlery, and glasses for easy meal preparation

 

The lounge area offers a cozy seating arrangement for guests to relax. It includes air conditioning, a television for entertainment, and a satellite receiver w range of channels a wireless modem provides high-speed internet connectivity.

 

Upstairs

The apartment boasts two well-appointed bedrooms, each designed for comfort and practicality.

 

Bedroom 1 This room features two single beds, air conditioning, a bedside table, a dressing table, and a wardrobe.

 

Bedroom 2: This bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, also equipped with air conditioning, bedside tables, a dressing table, and a wardrobe.

The Apartment 

Cennet Apartment is a spacious, attractive 2 bedroom property situated in an unbeatable location – close to the heart of Kalkan’s ‘Old Town’, with its renowned rooftop restaurants, harbour and beach.   

This poolside apartment boasts an enclosed and gated, private terrace area, which has been furnished with a marble table and chairs, perfect for dining alfresco or simply enjoying a relaxing, poolside drink.  

The apartment’s enviable ground floor position means guests can also enjoy direct access to the large shared pool and attractive sun terrace which enjoys all day sunshine. In fact, our Cennet guests often have the pool to themselves! The property interior has been designed and tastefully furnished to a high standard. There is a poolside dining area with BBQ facilities and a gorgeous view of the Med. 

 

Kitchen fully equipped kitchen which includes: washing machine, dish washer, oven & hob, microwave, fridge freezer, electric water cooler, toaster and electric kettle. There is also a full size iron and ironing board for guests to use. 

Lounge 

The light and airy open plan lounge offers plenty of space to relax.   There is also a Smart TV with a Fire Stick where you can access your favourite streaming services such as Netflix. A Blue Tooth speaker allows you to play your favourite tunes 

Bedrooms 

Cennet has a double and a twin bedroom with super-comfy beds, lovely bed linen and ample storage. Everything you could possibly need for a great stay and a good night’s sleep. We provide guests with a hair dryer in each bedroom as well as Turkish beach towels for use during your stay. 

Bathroom 

The attractive, fresh and modern bathroom is fully tiled in Turkish travertine. 

 

Also for your peace of mind, Cennet has an alarm system and a safe for your valuables. 

There is on road parking outside of the apartment for guests who wish to hire a car to travel further afield.

The Cennet is our favourite apartment in Kalkan.

As we walked through the door this year Bev said “WOW”.

We loved every picture, every ornament, the lamps, the attention to detail makes the Cennet a wonderful place to stay.

Thank you so very much for the gift, the notes you wrote for us was a lovely touch and made us feel really welcome.

It’s really nice to be so close to town, being able to walk everywhere and never worry about taxis is a massive strength of Cenet.

As regular visitors to Kalkan, we can confidently say that your apartment “Cennet” is one of the best we’ve stayed in.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The location is incredibly convenient, allowing us to walk everywhere. Your apartment provided the perfect place to kick back, relax and unwind.

The thoughtful attention to detail and comfort made it feel like a true home from home. The added bonus of being just a 5 minute walk to town, with an abundance of bars and restaurants made our stay even more enjoyable.

Well appointed quirky apartment with all the essentials. It was great to be able to open the patio doors and have the swimming pool right there.

The welcome pack was a generous bonus. Although the apartment is well located at the top of the old town, for us the hill was too steep to walk back from the centre which meant taxis back.

All in all, would definitely recommend.

Lovely apartment, thoughtfully decorated with all the amenities you need for a week away in Kalkan.

This apartment couldn’t have been nicer . The welcome pack and little touches were really welcome and thoughtful.

The apartment was so well equipped , spotless and home from home .

Nothing at all was too much trouble for the super owners .

Turtle View Apartment, boasting what is one of the best panoramic sea views in Kalkan and carefully thought out to ensure that guests have a premium and relaxed holiday experience, with some luxury touches.

The open plan living accommodation and kitchen connect via full width sliding windows to a large balcony, allowing for indoor/outdoor living, and of course taking in those incredible views!

You won’t be able to resist spending much of your time on the large balcony taking in the incredible views! The apartment is South facing, so gets sun all day long even at the beginning and end of the season.

The property interior has been designed and tastefully furnished and offers air-conditioning throughout. The apartment also benefits from Wi-Fi.

Olympos 5 enjoys one of the best locations in exclusive Kormuluk, only an easy 5-minute stroll to Kalkan’s renowned rooftop restaurants, harbour, and beach. The Olympos complex offers tranquil surroundings, with a large communal pool & sun-bathing terrace, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, and a shaded area with tables & chairs to cool off. Close to two of the best beach clubs in Kalkan – Palm Beach is only a few steps away, and Zest Beach Club just a 5 minute walk away. There are also car park spaces outside of the apartment complex for guests who wish to hire a car to travel further afield.

On entering the apartment a spacious entrance hallway leads through to the light and airy open plan kitchen and living area.

The kitchen is very well equipped, and includes:

There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses, plus a full set of saucepans and cooking equipment for those who prefer to cater for themselves.

Bedrooms:

The apartment has two bedrooms, both accessed off the entrance hall.

 Bedroom 1: (master) this bedroom has a double bed with comfortable mattress  & juliet balcony.

 Bedroom 2: (twin/double) – this bedroom has twin beds & Juliet balcony.

Shower Room & WC:

Shower room – shower enclosure with brand new shower unit, sink with marble storage unit below, wall hung toilet, & mirror. Turkish style travertine tiled, rain forest style shower.

Balcony:

The extra-large balcony is well furnished with a large dining table & chairs (seating 4) and 2 sun beds, with comfortable cushions. You can take in the panoramic views, watching the boats come out and in during the day – there is always something interesting to watch! Finish your day sipping a sundowner enjoying the amazing sunsets.

Yusuf the owner who is very pleasant and speaks perfect English met us and showed us how everything worked. There is no key safe at this apartment. The apartment has been recently redecorated and the new a/c units are very efficient. The kitchen and shower room were new with a very good walk in waterfall shower. There was a welcome pack of bread, butter, jam, eggs, bread and milk plus a full bottle on the water cooler. The views are amazing and the apartment is well situated for both walking into Kalkan and the beach clubs. The large balcony is shaded and big enough for sun beds and table and chairs. We found the bedrooms very tight and in our opinion the second bedroom would only be suitable for children or young adults. Yusuf and his wife did a mid stay clean and changed the bed linen and towels.
