Offering three bedrooms, and exceptionally spacious accommodation, the villa has been carefully designed to maximise the beathtaking sea views from all levels. The outdoor areas at Porto are ranged across different levels, offering guests a fabulous choice of different spaces in which to swim, sunbathe, or just to relax and drink in the amazing vistas. Being west facing, the villa benefits from all day sun regardless of the time of year.

 

The interior and exterior spaces have been recently cosmetically updated by the new owners, to ensure that guests have a comfortable, luxury experience. Careful thought has been put into every piece selected for the villa, including many unique custom designs, and a relaxing, rustic colour palette has been used throughout, along with tasteful art pieces.

 

Amenities at the villa are second to none – two of the bedrooms have Jacuzzi baths, and share a private verandah / terrace.

 

A spectacular spa and leisure area has been recently added within the grounds – this incorporates a gym, cinema room and sauna. 

 

Beautiful mature gardens and stone walls surround the property, helping to give the villa high levels of privacy.

 

Villa Porto is located next to the prestigious Villa Mahal Hotel and beach club in Kisla, just a 15-20 minute walk to Kalkan’s Old Town and harbour area and complimentary private transfers are included.

 

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

 

Penthouse level:

 

The villa is entered (at the rear) on the penthouse level. This floor offers a very generous 100 square metres of space and features two unusually large master bedrooms, both of which have stunning en-suite wet rooms and indoor Jacuzzi bathtubs. These bedrooms share a private terrace with glorious sea views. The terrace is furnished with a comfortable seating set, and a rattan ‘egg’ chair.

 

Each bedroom has a double-size bed, ample wardrobe space, vanity unit and a Jacuzzi positioned to take advantage of the sea views. Both have en-suite shower rooms with Jack & Jill basins.

 

Stairs lead down from this level to the ground floor accommodation.

 

Ground floor:

Third bedroom – This room is again very spacious (22 square metres) and is configured as a twin room, with wardrobe, large vanity unit and and en-suite shower room.

 

Kitchen – fully fitted, with oven, hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and espresso coffee machine.

 

Lounge – the lounge has a leather sofa, coffee table, rocking chair, plus a wall-mounted flat screen TV facing the sofa. The courtyard garden is accessed from one end of the lounge and at the opposite end, there are three sets of doors leading out to the pool terrace.

 

There is also a separate WC located on this level.

 

Outside the villa:

 

Courtyard garden – this is located at the back of the ground floor level and is furnished with table and chairs.

 

Pool terrace area – there are two lovely shaded areas adjacent to the stunning split-level infinity pool. The first is the dining area which seats eight, and the other is a comfortable seating set with two arm chairs. The pool has rattan sun-loungers arranged around it and a large cantilevered umbrella, plus a top of the range BBQ.

 

A separate spa and leisure area, including gym, sauna and cinema room can be found within the villa’s extensive grounds.

 

Lower garden – lawned area, with cabana-style double lounger overlooking Kalkan bay. 

 

Private beach platform  – steps lead down from the garden, across a track and then further steps cut into the cliff side (shaded by olive trees) lead down to sunbathing platforms set into the rocks; at sea level a decked platform is furnished with sun-loungers, parasols and scatter cushions. Steps lead directly into the sea.

Villa Kaitak is a beautifully designed detached villa in a great location, just 10 -15 minutes’ walk from central Kalkan.

 

The villa has been beautifully furnished and has floor to ceiling windows and patio doors out to the sun-kissed pool terrace and the spacious first floor balconies.  

 

The highlight of this property, is the wonderful roof terrace, which is the perfect place to unwind in the evening while taking in the sea views. 

 

The spacious accommodation is laid out as follows: 

 

Ground floor:

 

The open plan lounge and kitchen area is beautifully furnished and is airy and light. The lounge has an elegant spiral staircase leading up to the first floor and roof terrace plus a fireplace and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and a DVD player. The kitchen has marble work- surfaces, is modern and contemporary with all the essential appliances, including oven, hob, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, water cooler and fridge-freezer. The central breakfast bar overlooks the pool terrace outside.

 

The first double bedroom and adjacent bathroom are located on this level. The bedroom has direct access out onto the pool terrace via a sliding door.

 

First floor:

 

The villa’s second double bedroom and a twin bedroom are situated on this floor.

 

Each of these has an en-suite with shower room and each have access to balconies with different aspects and lovely views of Kalkan Bay. The bedrooms are spacious and light including occasional seating and plenty of wardrobe space. 

 

Roof terrace:

 

Villa Kaitak’s fabulous roof terrace is a lovely space day or night, with suitable shading, or another great place to soak up the sun’s rays (an outdoor shower is provided should you wish to cool off).

 

There is occasional seating to enable you to relax and take in the breathtaking and uninterrupted views over Kalkan Bay, plus sun loungers.

 

Additionally, you can make use of the bar area (with fridge), to prepare your favourite sundowners.

 

Outside the villa:

 

The villa is surrounded by mature plants and trees which provide privacy from neighbouring properties, together with various fruits depending on the season.

 

The pool is square in shape (approximately 6 metres x 6 metres) and is flanked by loungers and parasols. There are roman-style steps into the pool, together with a handrail.

 

A BBQ and an alfresco dining area are also provided.

 

Access to the pool and sun terrace can be gained from the lounge and kitchen area and from the double bedroom on the ground floor.

 

The terrace also benefits from having a poolside shower.

The holiday was our best!

When we entered the villa, it was perfectly clean and it has many amenities.

This house has very good location.

All the equipment you need at home is available.

It was about 1.8m deep the pool and comfortable for swimming with 4 people.

Wifi connection was good. It has 2 wifi connections.

All rooms have their own bathroom and air conditioning.

The house had a terrace with a beautiful view. We spent our late nights at terrace. There is a refrigerator at terrace which is very useful.

Jane is very nice host. She always helped us and was always reachable. She gave us good advice and made our Kalkan holiday unforgettable.

I highly recommended her to any guests.

Thank you for everything. Thanks to you we had a smooth holiday.

We had visited Kalkan before but this was the first time we stayed at this villa. It is just beautiful and so clean.

The help we received from the owners was amazing. Answering questions promptly and being so helpful throughout. Even sorting out the transfer taxis for us at a much cheaper rate than i could get them.

There is a much appreciated welcome pack on arrival and everything in the villa you could possibly need.

The pool and outside area is cleaned every day.

It was, without doubt, the best holiday villa I have ever stayed in.

Villa Emily is a stylish and contemporary 5 bedroom villa in a fantastic location: tucked away on a peaceful residential street, yet within easy walking distance of the Old Town and all amenities.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout, luxuriously furnished and ideal for larger family groups.

Ground floor:

This level has an open plan fully equipped kitchen with extensive units, a breakfast bar and indoor dining table. Patio doors open onto a balcony which is furnished with bean bags- a great place to take in the fantastic views.

The kitchen is equipped with all white goods: oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. The open plan lounge area has comfy seating, flat screen TV, CD/DVD player and iPod player. Sliding doors open out from the lounge area onto a large balcony which is furnished with comfortable rattan furniture. Outside steps lead down from this balcony to the pool and terrace area.

Lower ground floor:

The lower floor has 3 en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with en-suite shower room. The second bedroom on this level is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite shower room. The final bedroom is separate from the rest of the villa as it is accessed from the pool terrace. It is ideal for those in a large group who prefer a little extra privacy! This bedroom also has a walk in shower room.

First floor:

There are 2 bedrooms, both en-suite. The first bedroom has a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom on this level has twin beds with an en-suite bathroom, once again with a walk in shower. Both bedrooms have patio doors leading onto balconies, which have uninterrupted views of Kalkan and the bay.

Second floor:

On the top level of the villa is the spacious roof terrace which has plenty of comfy seating and shade provided by a parasol. The ideal spot for an evening drink whilst watching the sun set over the bay. In addition, there is a jacuzzi/plunge pool on the roof terrace. True luxury!

Outdoor area:

Outside, the villa has a good-sized private pool which is surrounded by sunbathing terraces and an outdoor dining table for 10 guests. There is also an outdoor kitchen with fridge and BBQ

Outdoor area

The salt-water pool has roman steps leading into it and is surrounded by plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas, a double swing seat and a large outdoor dining table which is shaded by a pergola. There is also a lovely ottoman seating area where you can lounge or catch a nap whilst looking out at the stunning views of the sea and Kalkan’s famous snake and mouse island.

The internal accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor – open plan lounge/kitchen/ dining area. The lounge has ample seating in the form of 2 large sofas and a comfortable armchair. There is a Smart Tv with a Firestick connected in the lounge allowing you to access UK channels Netflix YouTube etc.

The kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, kettle and toaster and is well stocked with everything you need to cater for yourself in the villa.

The dining area has a table seating 6.

There is also a WC on the ground floor

First floor: Master bedroom with king size bed vanity unit & stool, and a very large wardrobe , private balcony and en-suite shower room.

Villa Kucuk is a 2-bedroom detached villa in a convenient location in Kalkan’s Ortaalan district.

The walk into Kalkan centre is approximately 10 – 15 minutes and a large supermarket is only 5-7 minutes’ walk away.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Entrance Floor: The interior of the property features natural stone walls, terracotta tiles and lovely wooden furnishings which combine to create a warm atmosphere that gives you a real holiday feeling. An open-plan kitchen and cosy living room occupy the entrance floor. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances including gas hob, oven and fridge. The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating group, satellite TV and coffee table and is flooded with light from large doors which frame views of the private garden-terrace area. Off the living room is the first bedroom, a spacious double with pool view. This room is furnished with a double bed, wooden wardrobe, vanity table and bedside tables. A separate bathroom with walk in shower is located on this floor to the rear of the living space which serves as both the bathroom for this bedroom and a guest bathroom.

Lower Ground Floor: The master en suite bedroom occupies this floor featuring a double and large seating area which faces out to a small courtyard garden area which is accessed via glass doors. The room is bright and spacious and there is a good-sized bathroom with walk in shower.

Outside the Villa: The entrance floor hosts a sunny terrace to the front of the living space with outdoor seating area and alfresco dining terrace with stone masonry BBQ so you can enjoy an outdoor feast. To the side of the living area is private swimming pool and adjoining sunbathing patio with sun loungers for all 4 guests. On the lower ground floor there is a small courtyard garden area with mature planting and olive trees.

Please note that the pool is active during the summer season between May and October, please enquire for reservations that do not fall within these dates.

Ground floor:

The entrance hall has a small ‘snug’ or TV room with a PS4 (with games) and smart TV provided for guests’ use, plus a sofa that can be made up as a large single bed to accommodate a 7th guest on request. On the other side of the hallway is a separate shower room with WC and basin. 

Past the staircase are a couple of steps down to the open plan living area. This is furnished with an L-shaped sofa and another small sofa placed around a coffee table. A wall mounted Smart TV is provided with English channels and Netflix (via your own account).

The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge-freezer, built in microwave and electric oven, conduction hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, wine cooler, ice machine, water cooler, toaster and kettle.  

Sliding doors from the kitchen and living area provide access to the pool terrace.

A washing machine can be found beneath the stairs, together with an ironing board and iron for guests’ use.

First floor:

There are three double bedrooms on this floor. 

The first double room at the front of the property has a Juliette balcony with floor to ceiling wardrobes and a chest of drawers with mirror and stool. This room has lovely views across Kalamar Bay to the islands beyond and it shares a large family shower room with a ceramic basin and WC.

The second double bedroom is at the rear of the property with views of the tree-lined street below.  This bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and small decorative padded stool and shares the above-mentioned shower room across the landing.

The master bedroom on this level has sliding doors to a large covered balcony furnished with two armchairs and a small wooden coffee table; the perfect spot from which to enjoy the panoramic views of the bay below and the surrounding mountains.  The bedroom is furnished with an open frame wardrobe and a chaise longue at the end of the king-sized bed.  The en-suite shower room has a ceramic basin and WC.

Outside the villa:

There are 6 sun loungers and 2 parasols by the infinity-edged pool that has a shallow end with steps for access.  There is also a covered seating area with a sofa and two arm-chairs set around a coffee table in which to relax and enjoy the views, together with a swing seat.

To the side of the villa is a marble topped dining table to seat 6 guests and a built in BBQ to enjoy al-fresco dining.

  • Pool dimensions are approximately 5 metres x 3 metres (with shallow end)
  • The 7th guest (if applicable) will be accommodated on the large single sofa bed in the ground floor ‘snug’
  • Pool heating is available at this villa at an extra cost of £150 per week. This needs to be pre-booked with at least 7 days’ notice
  • Weekly cleans and linen changes are provided (ie – if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change will be carried out. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)

Recently returned from ten days staying at Villa Hacer.

Well maintained house which had everything we needed and the views from pool and every floor were stunning.

For those who aren’t familiar with Kalkan, you should know that the roads are very steep so we used taxis to get back and forth to town.

Some steps to get to the villa from the road which would not suit someone with mobility issues.

We would happily stay here again.

This beautifully designed villa can accommodate up to 12 people and is ideal for families or larger groups. Light and contemporary, furnished and decorated to an exceptional standard and always mindful to accentuate the breathtaking views on offer. Villa Marvellous offers its guests comfort and sophistication.

Lower Ground – Villa Marvellous
The lower ground floor has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room facilities with a small sea view terrace for morning coffee with magnificent sea views.  From here there are steps down to a further shaded terrace with a billiard table.

Ground/Entrance Floor – Villa Marvellous
On the ground floor is the large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area is furnished with seating that faces the stunning floor to ceiling windows opening out across the pool and beyond to the shimmering Mediterranean sea. A dining area with stylish dining table and chairs also benefit from the spectacular views. The modern kitchen in Villa Marvellous is fully equipped with modern appliances including coffee machine. A double bedroom with en suite facilities is located on this floor and patio doors open out onto the pool terrace.

First Floor – Villa Marvellous
On the first floor are two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and one twin bedroom. All bedrooms feature balconies with glass balcony railings to enhance the magnificent sea views.

Top Floor – Villa Marvellous
The top floor is occupied by the master en-suite bedroom which has an apex roof, so height restrictions apply in places. The bedroom leads out to the furnished roof terrace with jacuzzi, which offers breath-taking views of both the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding mountains.

Bedroom 1 – Double en-suite with small small sea view terrace (lower ground floor). Shaded and cool during the hotter months.

The outside offers extensive terrace space including sunken bar area, al fresco dining area, seating area, BBQ and sun terraces. The terrace features a super private pool with a section for sunbeds. Sun beds and parasols adorn the terraces.

There is also a roof terrace with Jacuzzi tub with a stunning panoramic sea view. There are also a couple of sunbeds up here too.

Ground Floor – Villa Lighthouse 2

The entrance to Villa Lighthouse 2 is accessed by just 3 steps leading up to the property which opens onto a lovely pool terrace with limited sea views and a landscaped garden. A modern, light and airy open plan living area greets you on the ground floor with a well-equipped kitchen incorporating an integrated oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, Turkish toaster and water cooler. The stylish kitchen also has a kitchen island and gas hob.

With floor to ceiling large glass windows/doors, the view from the comfortable lounge looks out onto the pool terrace. The lounge includes 2 sofas, an armchair, coffee table, sideboard and smart TV.

On this level there is also a guest WC.

First Floor – Villa Lighthouse 2

Wide stairs (no handrail) lead up to the first floor where there are 2 spacious en-suite bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. Both bedrooms benefit from their own balcony, each with chairs and a coffee table to soak up the beautiful sea views over Kalamar bay.

Second Floor – Villa Lighthouse 2

Wide stairs (no handrail) lead up to second floor which is dedicated to the double en-suite master bedroom. Sliding doors lead onto the large roof terrace offer full sunshine and superb unobstructed sea views, perfect for those wanting privacy and to enjoy romantic sunsets.

The landing of this level is also a utility area containing a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms – Villa Lighthouse 2

Bedroom 1 – Double en-suite shower room with Rain Forest shower and glass wall panel into the bedroom, a special feature bath tub with a view is located in the large bedroom, king size bed, wardrobe, occasional chair, safe, hairdryer, balcony with 2 chairs and a coffee table, sea views.

Bedroom 2 – Twin en-suite shower room with Rain Forest shower, single beds, wardrobe, dressing table and mirror, hairdryer, balcony with 2 chairs and a coffee table, sea views.

Bedroom 3 – Master double en-suite shower room with Rain Forest shower, a special feature jacuzzi bath is located in the bedroom with picture window, king size bed, wardrobe, dressing table and mirror, hairdryer, large roof terrace with 2 sunbeds, stunning sea views.

Outside – Villa Lighthouse 2

The terrace comprises a pool measuring 7 x 3m (1.55m deep) with walk-in roman steps, portable bbq and outside shower. Table & chairs, 6 sunbeds, 3 side tables and 3 parasols comfortably accommodate 6 people for alfresco living and dining. A table football table game is included on the pool terrace. There is off road private parking for 1 car within the grounds of the property.
