Positioned above Kalkan Bay, the villa enjoys uninterrupted panoramas across the harbour and towards the Taurus Mountains. Location 

Villa Buse Duo is located in Ortaalan, one of Kalkan’s most popular residential areas. Known for its balance of convenience and views, Ortaalan offers an elevated position above the town while maintaining a more relaxed, residential feel. 

The Old Town, harbour and beach clubs can be reached in approximately a 12–15 minute downhill walk. The return journey is uphill, so most guests prefer to take a short taxi ride back, particularly in the warmer months. 

This setting suits guests who want to be close to the centre without being right in it, with open views, good space and easy access when needed. 

The Accommodation 

Villa Buse Duo is arranged over multiple levels, offering generous, well-planned living space throughout. All six bedrooms are en-suite, making it an excellent option for larger families or groups who value both shared space and individual privacy. 

Lower Ground Floor 
This level is dedicated to leisure and entertainment, with a well-equipped games and recreational area including a pool table, table tennis, table football and a cross trainer. 

Please note that this space is accessed separately from the main house, which can work well for older children or guests wanting their own space away from the main living areas. 

Ground Floor (Main Living Level) 
The main living space is open-plan and designed for easy, sociable living. A comfortable lounge area with TV sits alongside a modern dining space (seating 10), with large sliding doors opening directly onto the pool terrace. 

The fully fitted kitchen includes all key appliances and is well positioned for both indoor dining and outdoor entertaining. 

Also on this level is a real standout feature — the villa’s private wellness area, including a sauna and traditional hammam, offering a spa-like experience rarely found in villas of this size. 

A guest WC is also located on this floor.

A shaded pergola provides a dedicated al-fresco dining area, complemented by a BBQ — ideal for relaxed evenings outdoors. In addition, there are comfortable seating areas for drinks or quieter moments out of the sun, along with plenty of sun loungers and parasols arranged across the terrace.
