Ground Floor: 
The open-plan layout features a comfortable living area with sofa, armchair and smart TV, plus a modern kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. A dining table for four completes the space. The twin bedroom on this level includes an en-suite shower room and direct access to the pool terrace. A washing machine and iron are also provided. 

First Floor / Roof Terrace: 
The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony with seating. Upstairs, the enclosed roof terrace houses a private pool that can be heated on request (additional cost applies) Two sun loungers and a side table offer a peaceful spot to relax in privacy while enjoying the Kalkan views. 

Outdoor Area 

The main terrace is screened for privacy and includes sun loungers, parasol, BBQ, alfresco dining area and comfortable seating set around the main swimming pool – perfect for daytime relaxation or evening drinks under the stars.
