Our staying was really good and pleasure!

We spent 18 days there.

The view was so stunning that we specially go home to see those beautiful sunsets of Kalkan.

House is situated near the road, so you can go to the beach by foot, but it is really hard for us, so we needed to rent a car.

We had some minor problems, but all of them was quickly solved by Jane. She was always in touch:)

Kitchen is fully renovated, but there you will not find any cooking and kitchen basics: salt or pepper, oil, liquids or rubbish sucks.

So it is ok to buy for us as we had a very long staying.

Also I want to add: House was extremely clean!

That was fantastic! I have a very great experience with holiday rentals staying.

We had cleaning every Monday and Janes team was making a great job!

Great Little holiday Hideout in a good Location!

Great little holiday hideout in a good location – very handy for the harbour, shopping and the old town. The apartment was nicely decorated and furnished – very comfortable! The kitchen whilst a tad on the small side (as in work space) was well equipped with plenty of crockery, glasses and cooking utensils. For three of us this place was a good size – although the 3rd bedroom (which we didn’t use) is quite small with 2 beds in it. So whilst technically sleeps 6, my only watch out would be it might be a bit tight for six people. I’d imagine less of an issue for families or during summer months when you tend to spend less time in the accommodation. The internet connection was good and constant and having the firestick was a bonus for catching up on Christmas TV in the evenings. We’d highly recommend the apartment as well as Jane and her team who were very responsive to any questions we had ahead of our arrival and during our stay.

Hi there, please find my review for the Turtle View Apartment that we stayed in from 1-8 October 2025.

We were met my Usef, the apartment owner who showed us around and was able to answer any questions.

The view was absolutely stunning and there were two very comfortable loungers and a table and chairs on the balcony which were great for sitting outside and enjoying the scenery.

There was a welcome pack which included bread, milk, butter, eggs and jam as well as some beer which was very much appreciated. There was also a water dispenser with a full bottle of water included.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was spacious with lots of hot water.

The walk into town was around 15 minutes and we were really pleased with the location, it was perfect for us.

We would definitely recommend this apartment and Kalkan and would have no hesitation on staying here in the future.

Situated in Komurluk, one of Kalkan’s most prestigious neighbourhoods, Aqua Verde enjoys a prime coastal setting. Guests can walk downhill to three popular beach clubs (Zest, Denizim, and Palm Beach) or take a short 10–12-minute stroll to Kalkan’s Old Town and harbour. For a more scenic route, hop on a water taxi from the beach clubs to the town’s waterfront restaurants and boutiques.

Ground Floor

Enter through two gated access points leading to the infinity pool terrace. The bright hallway features a sweeping staircase to the upper and lower floors.
An open-plan living area includes a spacious L-shaped sofa, Smart TV, and elegant dining alcove seating eight guests.
The fully equipped modern kitchen offers premium appliances — fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, and island breakfast bar with four stools.
Sliding doors open directly to the pool terrace, revealing spectacular sea views.

A double en-suite bedroom is also located on this level with direct pool access.

First Floor

Three beautifully styled double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms occupy the first floor.

The master suite enjoys a private balcony, twin basins, a dressing table, and comfortable seating overlooking the bay.

The second double features sea views and access to a shared balcony furnished with a table and chairs.

The third bedroom, set at the rear, also opens to the shared balcony.
Additional WC and basin are located on this floor.

Lower Ground Floor

This level features a utility room (washing machine, dryer, iron, and board) plus two further bedrooms:

One double bedroom with en-suite and direct access to the covered terrace.

One twin bedroom with en-suite and sea views.
