Accommodation Details 

Ground Floor 
The open-plan ground floor features a bright living area with a comfortable sofa, armchair, and wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster, with a dining table for four. 
Bedroom 1 is a twin en-suite room opening directly onto the pool terrace and furnished with bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table. 
A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are provided for guest use. 

First Floor / Roof Terrace 
Upstairs, the master double bedroom features an en-suite shower room and a private balcony with seating. The enclosed roof-terrace pool area offers optional pool heating (£25 per day), a curtain system for privacy, and sunloungers – ideal for honeymooners or those who value seclusion. 

Outdoor Area 

The villa’s walled terrace ensures privacy while offering sunbeds, outdoor dining for 4, a swing seat, BBQ, parasols, and a private swimming pool—perfect for sunny days and al fresco evenings. 

Additional Information 

• Cleaning: The villa is cleaned before arrival; mid-stay cleaning is included for stays of 14 nights +. Extra cleaning is available on request (additional charge). 

• Refundable Security Deposit: £150, payable on arrival and refunded at check-out if no damage occurs. 

• Pool Heating: Roof-terrace pool heating available on request (cost applies)
