Easy walking distance down into the town centre, the pleasant 2 bed property is in the lower Kiziltas area of Kalkan. The apartment is located within a short walk down to the town however a taxi may be needed on the walk back up.

This apartment offers breathtaking vistas across the roof tops of Kalkan to the harbour and beyond to the islands.

Azure Apartment offers a stylish and spacious interior with two generous sized balconies from which to enjoy the views.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

The property is accessed from the street below up a flight of steps and there is plenty of off street parking.

The entrance door leads into an open plan kitchen and living area.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a large fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave, gas hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and water cooler.  There is also a dining table within the kitchen with 6 chairs.

The living area has a large L-shaped sofa set around a coffee table with a flat screen TV and DVD player. 

Sliding doors lead out onto the balcony which is furnished with two wicker chairs and a coffee table.  There are also two sun loungers as well.

A separate cloakroom / WC is provided on this level for guests’ use.

First floor: 

The master bedroom has a double bed with an open wardrobe, dressing table and stool.  Within the room is an en-suite shower with WC and basin behind two opaque glass walls. Sliding doors lead out onto the spacious balcony which is shared with the apartment’s twin bedroom. This offers panoramic views of Kalkan Bay below and the mountains that surround the town and is furnished with two sun loungers with a parasol and a dining table with 4 chairs.

The twin bedroom has built in wardrobes, a dressing table and chair with a glass door giving access to the shared balcony with sea views. This bedroom has use of the separate shower room next door.

Outside the apartment:

The apartment shares the large pool below, together with a landscaped garden.

On the terrace surrounding the pool, there’s is a dining table with 10 chairs beneath a pergola which guests are welcome to use.

Villa Kaitak is a beautifully designed detached villa in a great location, just 10 -15 minutes’ walk from central Kalkan.

The villa has been beautifully furnished and has floor to ceiling windows and patio doors out to the sun-kissed pool terrace and the spacious first floor balconies.  

The highlight of this property, is the wonderful roof terrace, which is the perfect place to unwind in the evening while taking in the sea views. 

The spacious accommodation is laid out as follows: 

Ground floor:

The open plan lounge and kitchen area is beautifully furnished and is airy and light. The lounge has an elegant spiral staircase leading up to the first floor and roof terrace plus a fireplace and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and a DVD player. The kitchen has marble work- surfaces, is modern and contemporary with all the essential appliances, including oven, hob, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, water cooler and fridge-freezer. The central breakfast bar overlooks the pool terrace outside.

The first double bedroom and adjacent bathroom are located on this level. The bedroom has direct access out onto the pool terrace via a sliding door.

First floor:

The villa’s second double bedroom and a twin bedroom are situated on this floor.

Each of these has an en-suite with shower room and each have access to balconies with different aspects and lovely views of Kalkan Bay. The bedrooms are spacious and light including occasional seating and plenty of wardrobe space. 

Roof terrace:

Villa Kaitak’s fabulous roof terrace is a lovely space day or night, with suitable shading, or another great place to soak up the sun’s rays (an outdoor shower is provided should you wish to cool off).

There is occasional seating to enable you to relax and take in the breathtaking and uninterrupted views over Kalkan Bay, plus sun loungers.

Additionally, you can make use of the bar area (with fridge), to prepare your favourite sundowners.

Outside the villa:

The villa is surrounded by mature plants and trees which provide privacy from neighbouring properties, together with various fruits depending on the season.

The pool is square in shape (approximately 6 metres x 6 metres) and is flanked by loungers and parasols. There are roman-style steps into the pool, together with a handrail.

A BBQ and an alfresco dining area are also provided.

Access to the pool and sun terrace can be gained from the lounge and kitchen area and from the double bedroom on the ground floor.

The terrace also benefits from having a poolside shower.

This house has very good location.

All the equipment you need at home is available.

It was about 1.8m deep the pool and comfortable for swimming with 4 people.

Wifi connection was good. It has 2 wifi connections.

All rooms have their own bathroom and air conditioning.

The house had a terrace with a beautiful view. We spent our late nights at terrace. There is a refrigerator at terrace which is very useful.

Jane is very nice host. She always helped us and was always reachable. She gave us good advice and made our Kalkan holiday unforgettable.

I highly recommended her to any guests.

Thank you for everything. Thanks to you we had a smooth holiday.

We had visited Kalkan before but this was the first time we stayed at this villa. It is just beautiful and so clean.

The help we received from the owners was amazing. Answering questions promptly and being so helpful throughout. Even sorting out the transfer taxis for us at a much cheaper rate than i could get them.

There is a much appreciated welcome pack on arrival and everything in the villa you could possibly need.

The pool and outside area is cleaned every day.

It was, without doubt, the best holiday villa I have ever stayed in.

Our staying was really good and pleasure!

We spent 18 days there.

The view was so stunning that we specially go home to see those beautiful sunsets of Kalkan.

House is situated near the road, so you can go to the beach by foot, but it is really hard for us, so we needed to rent a car.

We had some minor problems, but all of them was quickly solved by Jane. She was always in touch:)

Kitchen is fully renovated, but there you will not find any cooking and kitchen basics: salt or pepper, oil, liquids or rubbish sucks.

So it is ok to buy for us as we had a very long staying.

Also I want to add: House was extremely clean!

That was fantastic! I have a very great experience with holiday rentals staying.

We had cleaning every Monday and Janes team was making a great job!

The kitchen is fully renovated and now there is the dishwasher.

Jane and all the team are very pleasant and helpful. Always ready to solve any problem.

The apartment is very stylish and comfy, and very well maintained. Cleaning is very good. The view from the balconies is awesome. The noise from the road is very very low and will not bother you. Supermarkets, old city and Kalkan beach are very close to the apt.

The apartment is great and worth the money.

Villa Kucuk is a 2-bedroom detached villa in a convenient location in Kalkan’s Ortaalan district.

The walk into Kalkan centre is approximately 10 – 15 minutes and a large supermarket is only 5-7 minutes’ walk away.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Entrance Floor: The interior of the property features natural stone walls, terracotta tiles and lovely wooden furnishings which combine to create a warm atmosphere that gives you a real holiday feeling. An open-plan kitchen and cosy living room occupy the entrance floor. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances including gas hob, oven and fridge. The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating group, satellite TV and coffee table and is flooded with light from large doors which frame views of the private garden-terrace area. Off the living room is the first bedroom, a spacious double with pool view. This room is furnished with a double bed, wooden wardrobe, vanity table and bedside tables. A separate bathroom with walk in shower is located on this floor to the rear of the living space which serves as both the bathroom for this bedroom and a guest bathroom.

Lower Ground Floor: The master en suite bedroom occupies this floor featuring a double and large seating area which faces out to a small courtyard garden area which is accessed via glass doors. The room is bright and spacious and there is a good-sized bathroom with walk in shower.

Outside the Villa: The entrance floor hosts a sunny terrace to the front of the living space with outdoor seating area and alfresco dining terrace with stone masonry BBQ so you can enjoy an outdoor feast. To the side of the living area is private swimming pool and adjoining sunbathing patio with sun loungers for all 4 guests. On the lower ground floor there is a small courtyard garden area with mature planting and olive trees.

Please note that the pool is active during the summer season between May and October, please enquire for reservations that do not fall within these dates.

Arriving late at night we really appreciated the thoughtful and generous welcome pack of food essentials and snacks. Deniz is a great host and ably supported by Lale Homes (particular thanks goes to Elsie for all her help with airport transfers and ongoing communication) and Vedat who sorts out any villa issues. Deniz very kindly extended our check out time on the final day which was really helpful (we hadn’t requested it).

The villa is absolutely beautiful and impeccably cared for. It is spotlessly clean and very well-appointed. You’ll find a well equipped kitchen perfect for cooking, comfortable furniture and very comfortable beds. There are two spacious bedrooms and two good sized bathrooms (one en-suite on the lower level and one off the lounge/kitchen and close to the bedroom on that level), along with fast and reliable WiFi.

The views from the outdoor space are stunning. It offers plenty of space to relax, dine and sunbathe. We loved swimming in the pool and looking up at a beautiful bougainvillea tree. A major plus is the wonderful feeling of privacy and seclusion, which is such a relief when so many places feel overlooked. The pool and garden are maintained daily first thing in the morning.

The location is ideal, far enough from the centre of Kalkan (around a 15-20 minute walk) to be peaceful and quiet, but close enough to walk in when you want to. While Kalkan is known for being hilly and the villa is on a steep hill, we mostly walked both ways and sometimes took a taxi up the hill after dinner. The location is also close to the Kalkan market and nearby supermarkets with some restaurants being a 10 minute walk from the villa.

We had an incredibly relaxing stay at Villa Kucuk. We loved the quiet location and the villa was the perfect size for us (two female friends). We definitely recommend this villa.

The Olympos complex offers tranquil surroundings, with a large communal pool & sun-bathing terrace, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, and a shaded area with tables & chairs to cool off. Close to two of the best beach clubs in Kalkan – Palm Beach is only a few steps away, and Zest Beach Club just a 5 minute walk away. There are also car park spaces outside of the apartment complex for guests who wish to hire a car to travel further afield.

Shower room – shower enclosure with brand new shower unit, sink with marble storage unit below, wall hung toilet, & mirror. Turkish style travertine tiled, rain forest style shower.

Balcony:

The extra-large balcony is well furnished with a large dining table & chairs (seating 4) and 2 sun beds, with comfortable cushions. You can take in the panoramic views, watching the boats come out and in during the day – there is always something interesting to watch! Finish your day sipping a sundowner enjoying the amazing sunsets.

Hi there, please find my review for the Turtle View Apartment that we stayed in from 1-8 October 2025.

We were met my Usef, the apartment owner who showed us around and was able to answer any questions.

The view was absolutely stunning and there were two very comfortable loungers and a table and chairs on the balcony which were great for sitting outside and enjoying the scenery.  

There was a welcome pack which included bread, milk, butter, eggs and jam as well as some beer which was very much appreciated. There was also a water dispenser with a full bottle of water included.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.  The bed was comfortable and the shower was spacious with lots of hot water.

The walk into town was around 15 minutes and we were really pleased with the location, it was perfect for us.

We would definitely recommend this apartment and Kalkan and would have no hesitation on staying here in the future.

Yusuf the owner who is very pleasant and speaks perfect English met us and showed us how everything worked. There is no key safe at this apartment. The apartment has been recently redecorated and the new a/c units are very efficient. The kitchen and shower room were new with a very good walk in waterfall shower. There was a welcome pack of bread, butter, jam, eggs, bread and milk plus a full bottle on the water cooler. The views are amazing and the apartment is well situated for both walking into Kalkan and the beach clubs. The large balcony is shaded and big enough for sun beds and table and chairs. We found the bedrooms very tight and in our opinion the second bedroom would only be suitable for children or young adults. Yusuf and his wife did a mid stay clean and changed the bed linen and towels.

Villa Hacer has a semi- open plan living area, the kitchen is well-equipped and contains an integrated electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, and dining table for 4.  Sliding doors lead out onto the pool terrace.   

The comfortable lounge area includes an L-shaped sofa, bookcase, coffee table and flat screen TV. Sliding doors lead out onto the pool terrace.    

There is also a communal cloakroom on this floor.

Stairs lead up to the first floor where there’s a double and a twin en-suite bedroom, each enjoying their own balcony with good sea views.

The second double en-suite bedroom is located on this floor and has access to a large roof terrace with stunning panoramic views.

Villa Hacer has a lovely outdoor space with a secluded feel and magnificent panoramic views. The private infinity edged pool with ladder steps measures 7 x 3m (1.6m deep), and surrounding the pool are 4 sunbeds 2 of which are in a shallow area of the pool.   

Table football is in the villa’s side garden for guests’ entertainment.  

There is also a covered comfortable outdoor sofa seating area to relax in, and a dining area with seating for 6 guests, plus a portable charcoal BBQ for alfresco dining.

Recently returned from ten days staying at Villa Hacer.

Well maintained house which had everything we needed and the views from pool and every floor were stunning.

For those who aren’t familiar with Kalkan, you should know that the roads are very steep so we used taxis to get back and forth to town.

Some steps to get to the villa from the road which would not suit someone with mobility issues.

We would happily stay here again.

The villa is decorated and furnished to a very high standard, with air-conditioning through-out.

Bedroom 1: large twin room with en-suite, large balcony with uninterrupted views over Kalkan.
Bedroom 2 and 3: large double bedroom with en-suite. 2 balconies, ones private, one shared.
Bedroom 4: double or twin, with door to terrace.
Bathrooms: All bedrooms have en-suite fully tiled shower rooms with WC and sink. All en-suites are a good size.
The main living area also has a good sized shower room with WC and wash basin.

Kitchen: Large fully fitted kitchen, including cooker, oven, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and iron available. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals.

Living Rooms: The living room has two sofa’s, a large flat screen TV with DVD and CD player, together with Wi-Fi internet access. There is also a large dining table and seating inside if alfresco dining is not for you.

Towels and linen are provided. The villa will be cleaned once a week, when all bed-linen and towels will be changed..

Outdoor Area:

The villa is set in the middle of its own large terrace area with large private infinity pool. There are 6 sun beds with 3 large sun umbrellas, and two large swing chairs for relaxing in or out of the sun. There is also outside a BBQ with seating on the terrace and balconies for alfresco dining.

The villa is suitable for small children with a shallow pool for them to play in. We can also arrange car hire, airport transfers and day trips at an additional cost. We now have a new high standard security system fitted to ensure safety at the Villa.

The apartment was exactly as the photos showed it to be, lovely. Jane was extremely helpful and lovely to deal with. Very comfortable bed and sunbeds on the balcony. Only a 5 min walk into town along a flat road. We got a taxi back at night when it was dark as the road is unlit, but they are only £4 so cheap! Highly recommend staying here.

Thank you for all the help Jane before we arrived at the apartment. The apartment was very clean and cozy. Everything we needed was at hand. Although we had some inclement weather the apartment provided us with everything we needed. We spend 3 weeks at the apartment sharing the first week with our two teenage granddaughters who enjoyed their stay. Without doubt the apartment provided very good value for money.

Olympos 9 is such a great place to stay. This was our second time and we were lucky enough to stay for over 3 weeks. We love it. Location, location, location. The views are amazing and the the spacious balcony is perfect any time of day. Add to this a well equipped kitchen, great shower, comfortable bed, smart TV if you can tear yourself away from the view. We will definitely return. Plus the team, which I’ve used for many years, provide great service from booking to departing nothing is too much trouble and their communication throughout, is always thorough, timely and accurate. Another great stay.

Fabulous property with fantastic views. Very quiet and so homely and tastefully decorated. Pool was clean and peaceful during our stay. Can’t think of anything that wasn’t there, plenty of crockery and glasses etc, even bags for life to carry your shopping! Jane was very helpful and any queries I had were responded to immediately. There was a very useful folder anyway with lots of information which was great. It was only a short 10 minute walk into town. We always had a taxi back at night once it got dark as the road wasn’t lit up enough for us but would be okay for some. Taxis were cheap and plentiful with a flat rate for a certain radius within the town so it was no bother. I would highly recommend this property

We have just returned from a wonderful two weeks at Olympos 9. The apartment is beautifully decorated inside, so many personal touches, it is like a home from home and was it was wonderful to return to after a day out.

It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, even down to toilet rolls & kitchen towel and a lovely welcome pack was waiting for us upon our arrival.

The balcony was a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast every morning or a sundowner, overlooking the pool with a spectacular view of the bay.

For us, the location was perfect, easily accessible into town and only a short walk to Palm, Denizim(our personal favourite) & Zest beach clubs.

Jane & her team have provided exceptional customer service from the moment we booked, looking after our airport transfers, providing extensive information on Kalkan itself and making the whole process seamless.

We are already looking forward to returning next year!

Our first time in Kalkan and our family of 4 loved it. The apartment is lovely and we were grateful for the thoughtful welcome pack as we arrived late at night. The views were breathtaking and location was excellent being close to the beach, beach clubs and also the town for shopping and eating out. Jane was a wonderful host. It was a perfect week and i couldn’t fault the experience and stay in any way. The apartment was exactly as the photos showed and we felt very comfortable, home and home. Very comfortable beds and good quality bed linen, good selection of towels, lots of toilet roll and a well equiped kitchen with water cooler/water dispenser. Relaxing and well kept swimming pool. We’ve just got back from the most wonderful 9 nights staying at Jane and Lev’s apartment. Absolutely stunning location, the apartment was just perfect. Breathtaking views & loved the pool which we had to ourselves. Fully kitted out with everything you need & the welcome back of fresh bread, eggs, water, tea and coffee were a really lovely touch. The walk into Kalkan old town took about ten mins, cheap cab back. So many gorgeous restaurants, lovely shops and everyone was so friendly. The comms with Jane was first class. All the info provided was super helpful and she was very quick to respond, nothing was too much trouble. Cafe Leon in the old town is definitely worth a visit. They do amazing breakfast and coffees and the team are so efficient and friendly. We were lucky enough to bump into Jane and her husband Lev who are so lovely. They both made us feel so welcome and gave us lots of tips. We cannot thank you enough for making our holiday so special & will be back for sure!

Good location and excellent communication with the host. The welcome pack was a lovely touch which was much appreciated. Although in an apartment block it was a quiet location with only about a 10 minute or so walk down to the Old Town/Harbour. Apartment was close to 2 supermarkets (Mirgos and Macro) and a couple of restaurants just a few minutes away so there was at least an easy option for those nights you don’t want the walk down into the Old Town

Lovely apartment in a quiet location walkable to old town, harbour and beach clubs.

Apartment was very well equipped with great air con and good WiFi.

There’s was also easy in street parking directly outside the resort for our hire car.

The pool was bigger than it looked on the pictures and a great spot to cool off.

Overall a lovely stay and would definitely return.

The apartment itself is really well decorated, very spacious, has it’s lovely own pool (as well as use if the shared pool) and everything you need.

Fabulous apartment!

Beautiful apartment Solvi, felt more like a villa. Fantastic outside space with large comfy sofa and good-sized dining table, all around your own pool.

Very well-equipped large kitchen, we had everything we could possibly need. Upstairs the beds were really comfortable (which is always a concern when your away for two weeks)

6 minute pretty flat walk into town and a lovely we’ll stocked supermarket 2 mins away.

Solvi, we will definitely be back
