The open plan living accommodation and kitchen connect via full width sliding windows to a large balcony, allowing for indoor/outdoor living, and of course taking in those incredible views!
You won’t be able to resist spending much of your time on the large balcony taking in the incredible views! The apartment is South facing, so gets sun all day long even at the beginning and end of the season.
The property interior has been designed and tastefully furnished to an exceptionally high standard and offers air-conditioning throughout. The apartment also benefits from high-speed Wi-Fi.
Everything has been designed with a luxury guest experience in mind (coffee machine/electric juicer/games/ Smart TV with Firestick – can stream UK channels if you can bear to tear yourself away from the mesmerising views!
Olympos 9 enjoys one of the best locations in exclusive Kormuluk, only an easy 5-minute stroll to Kalkan’s renowned rooftop restaurants, harbour, and beach. The Olympos complex offers tranquil surroundings, with a large communal pool & sun-bathing terrace, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, and a shaded area with tables & chairs to cool off. Close to two of the best beach clubs in Kalkan – Palm Beach is only a few steps away, and Zest Beach Club just a 5 minute walk away. There are also car park spaces outside of the apartment complex for guests who wish to hire a car to travel further afield.
Olympos 9 may also suit those with restricted mobility, as once you have entered the complex down a small flight of steps, access to the apartment is on one level, as is the accommodation inside (NB – access to the pool area is down a further staircase).

On entering the apartment a spacious entrance hallway leads through to the light and airy open plan kitchen and living area.

The brand new fully fitted kitchen, complete with kitchen island & bar stools, is very well equipped, and includes:

Adjacent to the kitchen is the living area, with a large, comfortable L shaped sofa, glass topped coffee table and a WIFI connected Smart TV, with 4K Firestick so guests can access the main UK channels, plus Netflix, YouTube etc. Amazon Firestick to offer access to all UK terrestrial channels.
Bedrooms:
The apartment has two bedrooms, both accessed off the entrance hall.
Bedroom 1: (master) this bedroom has a brand-new double bed with comfortable mattress and padded headboard, bedside tables with lamps, and a double wardrobe with built in vanity unit & LED mirror, & juliet balcony.
Bedroom 2: (twin/double) – this bedroom offers flexible sleeping accommodation, as it can be configured with either twin beds, or a king size bed. The beds are brand new, and have comfortable mattresses, and a padded headboard, bedside table with lamp. Wardrobe & open shelves, plus separate vanity unit with mirror, & Juliet balcony.
Shower Room & WC:
Shower room – shower enclosure with brand new shower unit, sink with marble storage unit below, wall hung toilet, & mirror. Turkish style travertine tiled, rain forest style shower.
WC – there is also a separate WC off the hallway, with wall hung toilet and sink, with mirror.
Hallway:
The hallway has a large cupboard, which has extra hanging space inside if required, plus plenty of space to store shoes, jackets etc. A safe is also located in this cupboard. There is a full-length mirror on the wall adjacent to the front door.
Balcony:
The extra-large balcony is well furnished with a large dining table & chairs (seating 4) and 2 sun beds, with comfortable cushions. You can take in the panoramic views, watching the boats come out and in during the day – there is always something interesting to watch! Finish your day sipping a sundowner enjoying the amazing sunsets.

I cannot praise this apartment enough. The decor and facilities were as described and everything was in excellent order. The location was close enough to Kalkan center but also far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle. The well maintained pool became a welcome daily ritual for cooling off and just lounging around.
Definitely will book again if available.

Olympos 9 Apartment in the favoured location of Komurluk is a pleasant and comfortable stay in a great location. The view from the balcony is that wonderful vista across the famous Kalkan Bay once described as a “Top Ten Best View” and the best place for that sun-downer drink. Also a lovely view above a very attractive pool and sunbathing terrace for the apartment block. Well furnished and equipped the apartment has just about everything for most needs, a great kitchen with a must have BIG fridge, 4 burner gas hob, and all the right small appliances. The apartment is an easy (almost flat) 10 minute walk into Kalkan centre, Carrefour/Migros supermarkets, and Kalkan’s famed shopping. The photos of the property give a great impression but don’t quite show the sublime sunsets with exceptional colourful displays as the sun sets behind the horizon.
