Aimee’s House is located in the sought-after Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan, just a short walk from the coastline. Within two minutes on foot, guests can reach popular beach clubs & the local PADI dive centre, and several well-regarded waterfront restaurants.Supermarkets, additional dining options and spas are within a short walk too, while Kalkan Old Town is around 20 minutes on foot or a short taxi ride away. The villa’s location offers a relaxed balance of easy access to the sea and amenities, with the peace of a residential neighbourhood. 

Accommodation 

Ground Floor – Living Area & Kitchen 

The ground floor features a spacious open-plan lounge and kitchen, finished in a contemporary style with attractive fittings, modern furniture and carefully chosen pops of colour. A striking white staircase with natural wood treads adds a stylish design feature and leads to the upper floor. 

The lounge includes two large sofas, a coffee table, Smart TV with Firestick, and a DVD player. Patio doors allow plenty of natural light and open onto a good size terrace with an outdoor dining table and chairs for four, bench seating, and a charcoal barbecue—perfect for relaxed meals overlooking Kalamar Bay. 

The modern kitchen is well equipped and includes a large fridge-freezer, oven and gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, cafetière, kettle, toaster, washing machine and water cooler. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

First Floor – Bedrooms & Bathrooms 

There are two bedrooms on the first floor, both enjoying natural light and sea views. 

• Master Bedroom: A good-sized double bedroom enjoying plenty of natural light with en-suite shower room, separate vanity area with hairdryer, and access to a private sea-view balcony overlooking Kalamar Bay. 

• Second Bedroom: A twin bedroom that can be configured as a king-size bed if required. This bedroom has access to a separate shower room (not en-suite), making it suitable for children or adults. 

There is a safe for valuables in the master bedroom, and hairdryers are provided in both rooms 

Outdoor Spaces – Roof Terrace, Sea-View Balconies & Shared Pool 

Aimee’s House offers excellent outdoor living across multiple levels.

Accessed from the lounge, this terrace is ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing  

Private Roof Terrace: 
A standout feature of the villa, the large roof terrace with panoramic sea views offers uninterrupted views across the bay and islands. Furnished with a shaded pergola, a generous U-shaped seating area, sun loungers with cushions, side table and bean bags, this space is perfect for sunbathing or relaxation, and perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets over Kalkan Bay 

Shared Swimming Pool: 
The villa has direct access to a large communal swimming pool shared with just four villas. The pool area offers both sunny and shaded spots and is particularly well suited to families.
