Villa Alternatif is a spacious 4 bed family friendly property with a large pool and outdoor areas with sea views.

Accommodation:

Interior:

The villa is decorated and furnished to a very high standard, with air-conditioning through-out.

Bedroom 1: large twin room with en-suite, large balcony with uninterrupted views over Kalkan.
Bedroom 2 and 3: large double bedroom with en-suite. 2 balconies, ones private, one shared.
Bedroom 4: double or twin, with door to terrace.
Bathrooms: All bedrooms have en-suite fully tiled shower rooms with WC and sink. All en-suites are a good size.
The main living area also has a good sized shower room with WC and wash basin.

Kitchen: Large fully fitted kitchen, including cooker, oven, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and iron available. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals.

Living Rooms: The living room has two sofa’s which can double as beds for small children. There is a large flat screen TV with DVD and CD player, together with Wi-Fi internet access. There is also a large dining table and seating inside if alfresco dining is not for you.

Towels and linen are provided. The villa will be cleaned once a week, when all bed-linen and towels will be changed..

Outdoor Area:

The villa is set in the middle of its own large terrace area with large private infinity pool. There are 6 sun beds with 3 large sun umbrellas, and two large swing chairs for relaxing in or out of the sun. There is also outside a BBQ with seating on the terrace and balconies for alfresco dining.

The villa is suitable for small children with a shallow pool for them to play in. We can also arrange car hire, airport transfers and day trips at an additional cost. We now have a new high standard security system fitted to ensure safety at the Villa.

Villa Apricus is a spacious, modern 3-bedroom villa with large 6m x 4m pool surrounded by lush gardens. The villa has lovely shaded seating areas with comfortable outdoor seating, garden swings and hammock, The furnished roof terrace is the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the stunning panoramic sea and mountain views over Kalkan. Located in the residential area of Ortaalan a gentle walk downhill to the old town will take approx. 10 mins, taxis are readily available for the less energetic with average cost being around £1.50.  Close to many amenities including the local Thursday market. supermarkets, cashpoints, cafes and restaurants are all within a 3 to 10 mins walk.

Ground Floor

The ground floor has an open plan living space with a large corner style sofa, smart tv, and fireplace. Sliding glass doors from here lead directly out to the pool terrace.
The kitchen area is bright and modern fully furnished with fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster.
A Double bedroom opening onto poolside with separate shower room, is also located on this level.

First Floor

The first floor has two bedrooms, the double master bedroom is en-suite and a twin bedroom with separate shower room. Both bedrooms open onto a balcony that has no sea view.

Top Floor

The top floor has a wonderful roof terrace with a shaded dining area, BBQ and comfortable seating, the ideal place to relax and watch the sun go down while admiring the splendid sea and mountain views over Kalkan.

Outside Areas

The good-sized pool is approx. 6m x 4m. around the terrace you will find sun loungers and a comfy seating area with table and BBQ. For the more energetic under the pool is a table tennis room.

The garden area has a lovely mature trees and shrubbery plus shaded seating.

Road side parking is available right outside where steps lead up to the terrace and front door.

Villa Alexander is a welcome addition to our listings.  A beautifully presented, newly renovated luxurious 4 bedroom villa with spectacular sea views, situated in the popular and sought-after area of Kisla, renowned for its spectacular views of the bay and its fabulous sunsets.  The property has been carefully designed to make the most of those superb views and it’s also close to the exclusive Mahal Beach Club.

Built from local stone, with marble flooring and air-conditioning throughout, Villa Alexander has been stylishly furnished and is sure to be very popular with our guests.

Entrance:

Up two flights of stairs passing the separate new media room on the lower level.

Ground Floor:

Fully equipped, bespoke hand-made kitchen, featuring a granite-topped island. The kitchen includes top of the range stainless steel appliances, and everything you would need for self-catering. Appliances include: electric oven, gas hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, water cooler, juicer and blender.

Open plan living and dining area with working fireplace, TV, DVD player and iPod docking station. A selection of board games, DVD’s and books are provided for your use.

A guest cloakroom can also be found on this level.

First Floor:

Paris Room: A large spacious double room, with a king size bed, seating area, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a balcony that provides stunning views over the bay.

Sepia Room: A large spacious double room, with king size bed, seating area, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a balcony that provides stunning views over the bay.

Twin Room: This room is located between the Sepia & Paris rooms – it has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a sea view balcony.

Top Floor:

Master Suite: Villa Alexander’s crowning glory is a vast top floor master suite with open plan marble bathroom with bath and walk in shower. This room features a super-king-sized bed, large sofa-bed, twin basins, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and splendid sea view balcony.

Aimee’s House is a lovely, characterful, 2 bed room villa, in a peaceful location, with wonderful sea views from all levels. The villa has been tastefully renovated by the owners, with much thought and attention put into ensuring a great experience for guests. The villa features 2 large balconies, plus an amazing and super spacious roof terrace, which is where we are sure most guests will spend a lot of their time, either sunbathing, relaxing from the heat of the day under the shady pergola, or maybe indulging in a sun-downer, whilst taking in the wonderful un-interrupted views of Kalamar Bay and the islands at sunset. 

Entrance:

Aimee’s House is accessed through charming iron gates and well kept gardens. 

Ground Floor:

The open plan spacious lounge/kitchen is tastefully furnished with two large sofas (ample for 4 people) a coffee table and flat screen smart TV and DVD player.  This room is flooded with natural light from its patio doors which open onto a large terrace/balcony, where there is an outside dining area with table, chairs, separate wooden bench seating area, BBQ, and sea views.

The modern kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee cafetière, kettle, toaster, washing machine, and water cooler. 

There is also a separate WC on this floor.

First Floor:

There are two bedrooms are on this floor.

The master bedroom is a good size, with a double bed, newly installed ensuite, separate vanity area, and it’s own private balcony with lovely sea views.

The second bedroom is a twin, but can also be converted to a king size bed.  Ideal for children or couples . This bedroom has it’s own access to a separate newly installed shower room (not en-suite). 

Outside Areas:

There is a stunning spacious private roof terrace with pergola and is accessed from the second bedroom, from which stairs lead up to , it has the most amazing views over Kalamar Bay and the islands. The star of the show is the U shaped, extra large seating area (which seats up to 8!) designed for shade underneath a new pergola. There are also 2 sun loungers with comfortable cushions and side table, plus 2 bean bags at the front of the roof terrace. There is a full, uninterrupted view of the islands from the front of the roof terrace.

The large shared pool can be accessed directly from the villa.

Stunning Villa Paloma is a brand-new luxury class property, comfortably accommodating 8 guests in four bedrooms (all ensuite) In an enviable peaceful location facing beautiful olive groves, the villa is within a 5-minute walk of the town centre, and the Old Town. The villa has lovely views at all levels – over local olive groves from the pool terrace/ground floor, and sea and mountain views on the upper floors.

The ground floor has an open plan lounge and stylish fully fitted kitchen, and the three bedrooms, ranged across the two upper floors are all a good size, & have their own ensuite facilities and private balconies, or in the case of the master bedroom on the top floor, to its own private roof terrace, complete with seating area & swing seat – the perfect place for a chilled sundowner whilst taking in the views.

All the outside spaces are well thought out, very spacious and ideal for summer living. One of Paloma’s key features is the exceptionally large pool, comprising a built in jacuzzi and separate shallow area as well as the main pool. There is also a plus a large charcoal BBQ and a table tennis table, both located on the pool terrace.

Paloma also has the benefit of a self-contained media room located underneath the villa, with 64” flat screen smart 4K ultra TV, comfortable seating, coffee table, mini fridge and pool table.

 

Ground floor:

Bedroom 1 – double with ensuite shower room.

This bedroom can be configured as twin beds or as a king size double.  The room overlooks the pool and is accessed from a connecting door from the living area.

Comfortable open plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen/ dining area and a separate W/C & laundry area. Full floor to ceiling sliding doors connects with the pool terrace outside.

The lounge houses two comfortable three seater sofas and two arm chairs, & a flat screen TV with internet connectivity (so you can watch your favourite online channels) The well-equipped kitchen has a large breakfast bar/table with 8 seats, water cooler/dispenser, fridge freezer, built in oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and an espresso coffee machine with milk frother (so you can make your favourite coffee shop style drinks)The washing machine is located in a cupboard under the stairs, along with two drying racks, iron and ironing board.  There is also a cloak room and W/C on this level.

First floor:

Bedroom 2 & 3 – Stairs lead up to the first floor. There are two spacious bedrooms on this level – one double and one twin bedroom (the beds in the twin room can be converted into a king size bed if preferred) Both bedrooms have their own ensuite shower rooms, and private balconies with panoramic views, furnished with coffee table and chairs

 

Second floor: 

Bedroom 4 – the master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room. The room has direct access to the private furnished roof terrace, with sea and mountain views, seating area, umbrella, and double size swing seat

 

Outside Areas:

The outside spaces are well thought out and ideal for summer living. Outside dining area and seating set are each covered with a shady pergola. There are cushioned sun loungers and parasols on the main terrace, plus a single ‘egg’ chair. A BBQ and table tennis table are located to the side of the terrace. Very spacious pool terrace area, with pergola covered area and bar, large private swimming pool, with integrated jacuzzi, and shallow area and Roman steps. Roof terrace with seating set and egg chair.
