Aimee’s House is a lovely, characterful, 2 bed room villa, in a peaceful location, with wonderful sea views from all levels. The villa has been tastefully renovated by the owners, with much thought and attention put into ensuring a great experience for guests. The villa features 2 large balconies, plus an amazing and super spacious roof terrace, which is where we are sure most guests will spend a lot of their time, either sunbathing, relaxing from the heat of the day under the shady pergola, or maybe indulging in a sun-downer, whilst taking in the wonderful un-interrupted views of Kalamar Bay and the islands at sunset.Â
Entrance:
Aimee’s House is accessed through charming iron gates and well kept gardens.Â
Ground Floor:
The open plan spacious lounge/kitchen is tastefully furnished with two large sofas (ample for 4 people) a coffee table and flat screen smart TV and DVD player. This room is flooded with natural light from its patio doors which open onto a large terrace/balcony, where there is an outside dining area with table, chairs, separate wooden bench seating area, BBQ, and sea views.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee cafetière, kettle, toaster, washing machine, and water cooler.Â
There is also a separate WC on this floor.
First Floor:
There are two bedrooms are on this floor.
The master bedroom is a good size, with a double bed, newly installed ensuite, separate vanity area, and it’s own private balcony with lovely sea views.
The second bedroom is a twin, but can also be converted to a king size bed. Ideal for children or couples . This bedroom has it’s own access to a separate newly installed shower room (not en-suite).Â
Outside Areas:
There is a stunning spacious private roof terrace with pergola and is accessed from the second bedroom, from which stairs lead up to , it has the most amazing views over Kalamar Bay and the islands. The star of the show is the U shaped, extra large seating area (which seats up to 8!) designed for shade underneath a new pergola. There are also 2 sun loungers with comfortable cushions and side table, plus 2 bean bags at the front of the roof terrace. There is a full, uninterrupted view of the islands from the front of the roof terrace.
The large shared pool can be accessed directly from the villa.

This villa was outstanding. So well laid out and beautifully decorated. Very spacious. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of wardrobe space in bedrooms. Very peaceful as was not as near Kalamar Road as places we’d previously stayed. Bit of a hilly walk or cheap taxi ride but worth it for the views and peace. The star of the show though was the roof terrace. Spent most days there chilling out looking out to the gorgeous views. Plenty of sun and also shade when you needed it. My only negative was that there was no welcome pack as usually get a few bits to start you off but it wasn’t a big issue. I’d 100% recommend this villa and fingers crossed I’ll be back some day. Was booked through Lale homes and Jane and her team could not be more helpful and friendly.
Aimee’s House was really well appointed, thoughtfully styled with a modern renovation. The landlords were responsive to any requests for information and support. It was a delight to spend a full week in this house relaxing in the different rooms, balconies and rooftop. Fantastic spot which we hope to revisit soon enough.
