Kalkan’s Old Town, harbour, restaurants, and shops can be reached in around a 10-minute walk, making this a great option for those looking for a walk-to-town villa in Kalkan. The nearest supermarket (Migros) is also within easy walking distance, and a selection of beach clubs can be reached in approximately 20 minutes on foot or a short taxi ride.

Accessed via an external staircase to the side of the villa.

Please note: as this level is accessed externally, it may be less suitable for younger children sleeping on their own.

The main living space is open-plan, bright, and designed for relaxed, sociable living. 

The comfortable lounge area features an L-shaped sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV, and satellite channels. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and water cooler, making it well suited to easy self-catering stays.
