Set across multiple levels, this private pool villa combines bright, contemporary interiors with expansive outdoor areas, including a large pool with jacuzzi section, a lawned garden, and multiple terraces for dining and relaxing. All six bedrooms are en-suite, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of up to 12 guests looking for comfort and privacy.
Location – Ortaalan, Walk to Town
Located in the popular Ortaalan area of Kalkan, Villa Lion offers a great balance of convenience and a slightly elevated, peaceful setting.
Kalkan’s Old Town, harbour, restaurants, and shops can be reached in around a 10-minute walk, making this a great option for those looking for a walk-to-town villa in Kalkan. The nearest supermarket (Migros) is also within easy walking distance, and a selection of beach clubs can be reached in approximately 20 minutes on foot or a short taxi ride.
The Accommodation
The villa is arranged over multiple levels, offering a generous sense of space throughout. All rooms, including the bedrooms, are notably large, with plenty of natural light and a bright, airy feel.
Lower Ground Floor
Accessed via an external staircase to the side of the villa.

Please note: as this level is accessed externally, it may be less suitable for younger children sleeping on their own.
Ground Floor – Living Area
The main living space is open-plan, bright, and designed for relaxed, sociable living.
The comfortable lounge area features an L-shaped sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV, and satellite channels. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and water cooler, making it well suited to easy self-catering stays. An indoor dining area is positioned to enjoy views over the pool and garden.
Large sliding doors open directly onto the pool terrace and outdoor dining space, creating an easy indoor–outdoor flow.

Positioned under the eaves, this spacious room is akin to a master suite and opens onto a private roof terrace with sun loungers and seating — an ideal spot to take in the views across Kalkan Bay.

Villa Lion’s outdoor areas are a real highlight, offering plenty of space for relaxing, dining, and entertaining.
The villa features a large private pool with Roman steps, along with a separate outdoor jacuzzi with sunken seating and a children’s splash pool set on the lower terrace. The expansive layout includes a lawned garden area, plenty of sun loungers and parasols, and multiple spots to sit back and enjoy the views.
A shaded alfresco dining area with a built-in kitchenette and BBQ creates an ideal setting for long, relaxed evenings outdoors, while table tennis beneath a pergola adds a fun, social element to the space.
A private garage with an automatic door is also available.
