The Accommodation
Ground Floor – Open-Plan Living
The entrance level opens into a bright, contemporary living space with a large L-shaped sofa, Smart TV, and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors leading directly onto the pool terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped and well designed for group stays, with an island and flexible dining arrangement that can comfortably seat up to 10 guests.
A separate guest WC is also located on this floor.
Lower Ground Floor – Indoor Pool, Spa & Entertainment
This level is a key feature of the villa and sets it apart from many others in Kalkan.
It includes a private indoor swimming pool, positioned alongside large windows that bring in natural light and sea views, along with a fully equipped wellness area featuring a traditional Turkish hammam and sauna.
There is also a dedicated games and leisure space, with a multi-use table (pool, table tennis, table football) and a well-equipped gym area including weights, exercise bike, and fitness equipment.
Two en-suite bedrooms are located on this level:
A large double bedroom with a four-poster bed and freestanding bath within the room, with direct access to the indoor leisure area, and a twin bedroom with a private balcony and partial sea views.
