Modern appliances include an integrated Siemens oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge-freezer and chilled drink dispenser. A sliding door leads from the kitchen out on to an al-fresco dining terrace and BBQ area.
The living area has comfortable seating, flat-screen satellite TV and an I-pod docking station. Double doors lead out from the living area on to the pool terrace.
There are steps up to an indoor dining area.
There is a double bedroom on this level with an en-suite shower area and separate WC.
First Floor:
There are three bedrooms on this level:

There is an automatic awning that’s activated by high temperatures to allow use of this stunning space all day long. The views from this level are truly stunning so it’s the perfect place to enjoy a meal or a pre-dinner drink before heading off into town.
Outside the villa:
The villa has its own pool which can be heated in the cooler months.
As well as an al-fresco dining area, there is also a comfortable seating area. Well established plants surround the villa providing privacy.
The communal pool is 1-2 minutes’ walk away.

Well positioned for beautiful Kalkan. A trip to Zest Beach Club is a treat.

This was our first visit to Turkey but it won’t be our last.
Villa Amelia is a spacious, modern, very well equipped villa just a few minutes walk from the old town of Kalkan, ideal for a family holiday. We stayed here for a week in August with our daughter and grand children who thoroughly enjoyed the villa and all of the amenities it had to offer. The main kitchen on the ground floor leads out onto the pool area but there is a further kitchen and dining area on the roof which makes a wonderful setting for dining in the evening. There is lots of outside space with a private pool and garden.
