We had an amazing stay at Villa Old Town Ardem. Jane was really helpful with any questions and the apartment was perfect, lovely rooms, a great pool and really close to everything. Kalkan itself is beautiful, we were just a 2 min walk from restaurants and shops and a 5 min walk to the beach. The food in Kalkan is exceptional, we never had a bad meal, even at some of the smaller places where we didn’t expect much. There is so much to see and do in such a small town that we are already looking at coming back next year.

Our staying was really good and pleasure!

We spent 18 days there.

The view was so stunning that we specially go home to see those beautiful sunsets of Kalkan.

House is situated near the road, so you can go to the beach by foot, but it is really hard for us, so we needed to rent a car.

We had some minor problems, but all of them was quickly solved by Jane. She was always in touch:)

Kitchen is fully renovated, but there you will not find any cooking and kitchen basics: salt or pepper, oil, liquids or rubbish sucks.

So it is ok to buy for us as we had a very long staying.

Also I want to add: House was extremely clean!

That was fantastic! I have a very great experience with holiday rentals staying.

We had cleaning every Monday and Janes team was making a great job!

We recently stayed at Villa Greenwich in Kalkan, and the two weeks could not have gone better.

Whilst the setting of Kalkan lends itself to a wonderful backdrop, the villa itself was beautiful and well-maintained, with absolutely everything we needed for our stay.

We had family stay with us in the first week, and they continue to say how amazing the week was. We had friends the second week who will struggle with future holidays as the bar was set so high.

I cannot thank Jane and the team enough for making the whole process from booking to arriving and any minor issues during our stay so easy.

It really makes a difference when you get such a high standard of interaction and are so friendly when dealing with us.

Thank you for making what was a special occasion for us even more special and I look forward to return to Kalkan in what will seem a very long year away

We, a family of 5, have just stayed at the Tulip apartment for 2 weeks. 1-15 August 2026. It is situated in the perfect place with everything about a 10 minute walk away.

The home was well stocked with every appliance you could possibly need. Very modern and clean. Air conditioning throughout. Most amazing views over kalkan. Absolutely loved our stay.
