Spacious open plan living and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen includes fridge-freezer, oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. The living area provides comfortable seating with satellite TV and DVD player. The glass frontage of the property enables one to make the most of the stunning sea views.
There is also a utility room + WC on this level with washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board etc.
First floor:
This floor houses two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with twin beds. Each has an en-suite shower room.
Second floor:
This floor houses two bedrooms – each has a king-size bed and en-suite shower room. All bedrooms in Villa Mercan have stunning uninterrupted views, afforded by the flooring to ceiling glass panels in each room. In addition, each bedroom has access out onto a large private balcony, each balcony being equipped with coffee tables and chairs.
Roof Terrace:
One of the highlights of this villa is its stunning roof terrace with far-reaching views and a Jacuzzi plunge pool. The terrace is also furnished with a huge ottoman seating area and it also benefits from having an outdoor kitchen.

Villa Mercan has a large infinity-edged pool with a spacious terrace furnished with comfortable seating and ample sun loungers + parasols. An al-fresco dining area with BBQ plus a shower are also provided.
