Villa Kulla is a 4 bedroom villa, comfortably accommodating a maximum of 8 guests. It is in an enviable position in the centre of Kalkan, but also at the end of a cul-de-sac, so quiet and undisturbed. It is just a 2 minute walk from Kalkan centre with its full range of restaurants and artisan shops etc
Inside, the ground floor has an open plan lounge, modern spacious kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms are spread across the first, second and roof level floors. This includes a master double bedroom with access to the roof terrace and spectacular views of the sea, harbour and Old Town area.
The villa has a generous sized heated, salt-water private swimming pool surrounded by sunbathing terraces, a table tennis table, and choice of al-fresco dining areas.
Ground Floor – Villa Kulla
On entering the villa on the ground floor, you will find a comfortable open-plan living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for preparing anything from breakfast or snacks to a full dinner. This includes a large fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, and kettle. The washing machine can also be found in the kitchen.
Adjacent to the kitchen is an indoor dining table and 4 chairs. Next to this is the comfortable lounge area. Doors open out onto the pool terrace from the kitchen area. For your entertainment the living room has large flat screen satellite TV (limited English channels). The villa also enjoys air-conditioning and complimentary wi-fi throughout.
First Floor – Villa Kulla
The first floor has a double en-suite bedroom with a private balcony, plus a twin bedroom, also with a balcony, and separate shower room.
Second Floor – Villa Kulla
On the second floor is a bedroom which can be configured either as a double, or a twin room, with ensuite bathroom, & private balcony which enjoys beautiful sea views.
Roof Level – Villa Kulla
On the roof level you will find a large master en-suite double bedroom with lots of space. The room has direct access onto the large roof top terrace with spectacular sea views. From this terrace you can see the Old Town and harbour while enjoying some privacy – the perfect spot to enjoy your breakfast coffee or sundowner tipple from.

The villa has a good sized 7mtr x 3.5mtr private salt-water swimming pool, which can also be heated if required. [an additional charge applies] plus sunbathing terraces, and a choice of al-fresco dining areas.
The pool terrace has plenty of sunbeds for relaxing, plus table tennis if you fancy getting a bit more active. There is also a comfortable seating area with coffee table, plus an alfresco dining area and 6 chairs. Should you want alfresco cooking to go with it, there is a BBQ for guest use.

We are a party of 4 adults and 4 kids aged between 10 and 14 and we have had an amazing time at Villa Kulla.
This is the 3rd time we have stayed in KALKAN and this is the best villa we have stayed in.
The villa Is a short walk to the centre of the old town and only 100 yards from the supermarket.
The views from the balcony were amazing.
The pool and table tennis table were a big hit for everyone.
All rooms are well air conditioned.
Our rep, Sharon, was extremely helpful and sorted any minor issues on arrival and arranged water for the cooler quickly.
There are just 2 things we thought would make the villa more workable for us which was to have wardrobes in the top floor bedroom and to make the table near the front door a useable area as this had most of the shade for lunchtime dining.
