Our staying was really good and pleasure!
We spent 18 days there.
The view was so stunning that we specially go home to see those beautiful sunsets of Kalkan.
House is situated near the road, so you can go to the beach by foot, but it is really hard for us, so we needed to rent a car.
We had some minor problems, but all of them was quickly solved by Jane. She was always in touch:)
Kitchen is fully renovated, but there you will not find any cooking and kitchen basics: salt or pepper, oil, liquids or rubbish sucks.
So it is ok to buy for us as we had a very long staying.
Also I want to add: House was extremely clean!

Yes, it’s a 20/30 min walk into town but the chilled location & the ambiance / views around Kalamar Bay make it a very special place to stay..
The villa is stunning inside, beautifully & tastefully decorated; It’s the best equipped holiday accommodation we’ve had in Kalkan over the last 16 years; everything you need is catered for in the Villa..
Beautiful pool in the courtyard, which we had to ourselves the majority of our holiday. The rooftop was our favourite place to chill both night & day…

What a wonderful apartment! Every here you could need for a fantastic holiday. The bifold doors opening out to frame the beautiful view of Kalkan Bay is stunning.
Comfortable beds, plenty of storage, fully equipped kitchen, allocated sun loungers, stylish furnishings and ideal location for Old Town are just a few of the benefits of staying at Minerva apartment.
