A small cluster of local amenities is just a few minutes’ walk away, including a supermarket, several well-regarded restaurants, and a coffee shop—ideal for easy meals out or picking up essentials without needing a car.

The villa is set slightly back from the road and benefits from boundary walls and screening, creating a private and well-contained environment.

Kalamar Beach Club is also within easy reach, while Kalkan’s Old Town, harbour, and wider selection of restaurants and shops are just a short taxi ride away.

The Accommodation

A few steps lead down to the lounge, where a large L-shaped sofa, armchairs, and a smart TV are positioned in front of floor-to-ceiling glass doors overlooking the pool terrace.

Also on this level is a family bedroom featuring a king-size bed plus an additional single bed, an en-suite bathroom, smart TV, and a Juliet balcony with pool views. A utility room and a separate guest WC are also located on this floor.

First Floor – Three En-Suite Bedrooms with Spa Features
