The upper floor has a further shower room and master double bedroom with sloping roof.
This upper level incorporates a modern open-plan living & kitchen area. The lounge has a large comfortable L-shaped sofa, flat-screen TV and coffee table.
The kitchen has all the modern appliances you would expect, including oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. It also has a breakfast bar style dining table with 6 bar stools.
Both areas are flooded with light from floor to ceiling windows/doors which fill the entire width of the apartments living space. Additionally, the entire apartment has air-conditioning and complimentary wi-fi.

From the lounge you step out onto the sea view roof terrace with large private plunge pool (6m x 2.5m approx) which is approximately 0.75 – 1mtr deep. There’s a lovely comfy seating area plus 2 sunbeds. There are also reclining chairs for use outside.
Although the apartment is at the top of the building, due to the slope of the land there are around 10 steps only to the apartment door, making it a very convenient ‘penthouse’ apartment.

This was our third stay in Blueberry 3.
We love this penthouse apartment which is very spacious and in a great location across from the Coriander restaurant and the local Thursday Market.
Lots of lovely places to eat on your doorstep and a 10 minute stroll into the old town.
Can’t recommend Jane and the Team highly enough.
They sort everything out for you to enjoy your holiday without the stress.

Myself and my friends stayed in this beautiful apartment in May 2022. It is an absolutely stunning property which is situated across from the Thursday market and only a 10 minute walk into Kalkan Old Town with plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes all around. Supermarkets are only a short walk too. The property was very spacious, modern and has all the facilities you need for a wonderful stay. The pool is amazing for a cool dip and plenty of sunbeds. As it is a penthouse the views over Kalkan are amazing. I would highly recommend this property for your next stay in beautiful Kalkan. It has everything you could possibly want. We will be returning this year for sure. Thanks to Jane and all the management for making out stay so special.
