Ground Floor (Entrance Level) 

Accessed by a few steps through a secure communal gate, Mar Azul welcomes guests into a bright and airy open-plan living space. Two sets of full-height sliding doors flood the room with natural light and open directly onto the private pool terrace. 

The modern L-shaped kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay, including an electric hob and oven, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and water cooler. A dining table for six completes this sociable space. 

The comfortable lounge area features a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, and a music system — perfect for relaxing evenings indoors. 

Also on this level is a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, built-in wardrobes, a chest of drawers with mirror, and direct access to the garden and pool terrace through sliding doors. A washing machine is conveniently located within the room.

Exceptional apartment!

This apartment was exceptional. The sea view just can’t be captured on camera. The rooms are spacious and beautifully clean and the kids loved the pool. We walked into the old town every day with a 12 minute walk (top tip…cut across the playground at the end of the road to avoid the steep steps/hill). The supermarket is just around the corner. Jane was great, giving us all the information well before we departed for Turkey and the owner’s son was there to greet us and help us with our bags even though we arrived after midnight! I’d highly recommend this apartment to everyone. One thing to pack in your suitcase though is a tea towel if you plan on using the kitchen.

Iskele 1 Apartment is a 3 bedroom duplex apartment on the ground floor level in a block of just four apartments, in a fabulous central location opposite the Asfiya Sea View Hotel.

Just a 2 minute flat walk to the centre of town, and less than 10 minutes walk away from Kalkan’s old town, for shopping, restaurants, harbour area and the beach. Iskele apartments each have their own private pool and sun terrace, from which you can admire almost all of the Kalkan landscape leading out to the beautiful blue Mediterranean Sea and surrounding mountain views.

Outside a sun terrace with good sized pool with sun loungers for chilling out in the sunshine. There is also an outside dining table and chairs plus BBQ for enjoying some alfresco meals.

Asfiya Loft apartments comprise 14 (new in 2023) loft style, 2 bedroomed apartments at the Asfiya complex (site of old Asfiya Hotel and where Asfiya Apartments are located). Located on the Kalamar Road in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan behind Macro Centre and Migros Supermarket.
These modern, bright & airy well-equipped apartments are tastefully decorated and centre around a large communal pool as well as a smaller children’s pool with plenty of sun loungers.

The complex has its own concierge service, plus guests who stay at the Asfiya Loft Apartments will also have the added bonus of free entry to the ever-popular Yali Beach Club, umbrella, sun bed and towel are included. In addition, a 10% discount will apply at the Likya Hotel Restaurant and Spa and the MOC Cafe.

Just a short stroll to town, this complex is ideal for both families and groups of friends.

The 7 Garden Duplex Apartments with private pools are located across the ground and first floors and each has 2 en-suite bedrooms. In addition, each apartment has its own pool as well as access to the large communal pool.

The ground floor comprises of an open plan living area with a large sofa plus a coffee table and wall mounted Smart TV. The dining table comfortably seats 4 and sliding doors lead out to the private pool terrace with garden seating and two deck chairs. The kitchen is separate with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is also a cloakroom with WC and basin – some apartments have the washing machine with integral dryer within the cloakroom and some have this in a cupboard on the landing by the bedrooms. 

On the first floor there are 2 en-suite bedrooms; the double bedroom is at the front of the apartment with a balcony furnished with 2 chairs and side table. The twin room is at the rear of the apartment with a private balcony which is furnished with two chairs and a side table. 

Some twin rooms can be made into a double on request.

This shower room also houses a washing machine. 

Each apartment has access to the large communal pool.
