Begonvil 3 Apartment has the best position in the building – on the top floor, where you can take in the fantastic sea views from both the ground floor balcony, and the roof terrace on the top floor! It is slightly elevated, so you get the panoramic views across the entire bay, yet it is within VERY easy walking distance of the Old Town
Entrance floor:
On entering the apartment there is a bright and airy kitchen and living area. The kitchen has been updated and is fully equipped, with everything you could need for a self-catering holiday. Double patio doors lead off the spacious living area out onto a large dining balcony with new pergola.
On this floor there is also a double bedroom which also has access out onto the balcony. There is a utility area and a newly refurbished family bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
First Floor
A flight of stairs leads up the top level of the apartment. Here there is a lovely twin bedroom, hallway and newly refurbished bathroom with shower, sink and WC. A door leads out onto the private roof terrace.
Outside areas:
Begonvil 3 has several different outside areas, meaning there is always somewhere to escape to with a glass of wine and a good book! In front of the entrance to the apartment, there is a stylish built in seating area with table.
There is a large balcony leading off the living area and also a roof terrace at the top of the apartment, furnished with sun-loungers and a bistro table with chairs. The roof terrace is very secluded and the ideal place to sunbathe.
Set in a block of just three apartments, the apartment also has access to the communal pool and gardens.
The apartment is ideal either for couples or a small family.

Our staying was really good and pleasure!
We spent 18 days there.
The view was so stunning that we specially go home to see those beautiful sunsets of Kalkan.
House is situated near the road, so you can go to the beach by foot, but it is really hard for us, so we needed to rent a car.
We had some minor problems, but all of them was quickly solved by Jane. She was always in touch:)
Kitchen is fully renovated, but there you will not find any cooking and kitchen basics: salt or pepper, oil, liquids or rubbish sucks.
So it is ok to buy for us as we had a very long staying.
Also I want to add: House was extremely clean!

The apartment is very stylish and comfy, and very well maintained. Cleaning is very good. The view from the balconies is awesome. The noise from the road is very very low and will not bother you. Supermarkets, old city and Kalkan beach are very close to the apt.
The apartment is great and worth the money.
We can highly recommend it.
Jane is attentive to communication, everything is very clearly organized, we had no problems in communication.
