Both bedrooms are located on the first floor, and importantly, both are en-suite, making the villa particularly well suited to couples or a small family.Â
The master bedroom features a super king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and access to a private balcony. The second bedroom can be arranged as either a double or twin, and also benefits from its own en-suite bathroom.Â
Both bedrooms are light, comfortable and well presented, with air conditioning throughout to keep the villa cool in the summer months.Â

The private walled courtyard is beautifully presented, with colourful bougainvillea and traditional stonework creating a relaxed, intimate setting. Above, the roof terrace provides a second outdoor living space, with lovely views across Kalkan, the mountains and the sea. With both dining and seating areas, it’s the perfect spot for sunset drinks or relaxed evening meals.Â

Villa is in a perfect location just minutes away from the Old Town. It has everything you need for a fabulous holiday, great pool with space around for sunbeds. Only negatives are the views from the roof terrace are a little obstructed but that did not affect our stay.
I have to say that the service from everyone at Lale Homes has exceeded our expectations, they will go more than that extra mile to help you with any queries you have or need help making bookings for boat trips etc. I would like to say a big THANK YOU to you all.
This is the second Villa we have e rented through Lale and will not be out last.

Another fantastic visit to Kalkan for us in August 2024. Without doubt this villa is in the best location for those wanting to enjoy everything the Old Town has to offer, It’s literally seconds to get to ‘Greek St’ and enjoy a cocktail in Shade Lounge, our personal favourite bar!

We spent two weeks in the villa as a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The villa is well located in the center of kalkan. You can reach everything on foot and theoretically you don’t need a car. Supermarkets, restaurants and the center of kalkan old town can be reached in a few minutes. Although the villa is centrally located, the surrounding area is quiet and ideal for families. The villa itself is very nice and has everything you need. You won’t miss anything! The villa is clean and well maintained. You feel at home. The pool and the outdoor area are regularly cleaned by the service team. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed our meals outside.
The team of Lale Rentals is available to answer any questions you may have and you feel in good hands. Big praise!
So all in all a perfect place to stay. I can fully recommend the villa!

‘The best relaxing holiday location in Kalkan – 5/5’ We have just returned from one of the most relaxing holidays we have ever had, the location is perfect and the Townhouse is amazing. The roof top terrace gives you the best views of both the harbour and village either over a morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening. The house is beautifully appointed and offers everything, the pool offers endless hours of relaxation and fun, our 5 year old has just learned to swim here. Thank you to the Townhouse for best holiday.

We had a great time staying at the villa. What we liked most about the villa was the private pool and how close it was to the Old Town. It was a very short walk into the town and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
