The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Entering the property on the lower floor, there are two bedrooms – one double and one twin. Each bedroom is bright and airy and furnished in a clean, contemporary style. These bedrooms each have floor to ceiling double patio doors which open onto a Juliette style balcony. On this floor there is also a family bathroom, which is shared by these two bedrooms.
A marble staircase leads up to the top floor of the apartment where there is a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range of quality appliances and it also has a dining table with chairs to seat 6 guests. A lovely feature of the kitchen is the picture window which looks directly out over the plunge pool. A water cooler is provided.
The living area is simply but stylishly decorated with a large, stylish corner sofa, coffee table and entertainment unit with flat-screen TV.
Double patio doors open directly out onto the roof terrace.
There is also a double bedroom on this floor and an adjacent bathroom with shower unit, WC and vanity unit with basin.
All rooms in the apartment are air conditioned.
Outside the apartment:
The roof terrace has great views and a good-sized plunge pool, which is ideal for cooling off on those hot summer days. A wide awning can be used for shade.

Blueberry 3 Apartment is situated in a great spot, convenient for restaurants, supermarket, and the weekly market. There are quite a few steps to climb as it is the penthouse apartment – 24 steps to the front door and then another 14 inside to get to the living and pool area, but the climb is worth it when you see the view.
It is furnished quite simply but modern and light with a very comfy sofa ensemble in the lounge with great views over the bay. The super king bed in the main bedroom was excellent – one of the best we have ever slept in!
The bathroom had a very powerful shower, but it could do with having a bit of a makeover – it was clean and functional just needs some tender loving care.
The outside patio was adequate for 2 people with sunbeds and sofas and a BBQ, and the pool was super clean with lovely views. There is an awning blind over the main doors to shield the patio, which was much needed in the day.
All in all, a great convenient place to stay, it could do with a welcome book giving instructions of where things are and how to get the TV to work etc., but that’s just a small observation.

Kalkan is a beautiful place, and I would recommend this company to find you the right place to stay, and you won’t go far wrong with Blueberry 3.
This was our third stay in Blueberry 3.
We love this penthouse apartment which is very spacious and in a great location across from the Coriander restaurant and the local Thursday Market.
Lots of lovely places to eat on your doorstep and a 10 minute stroll into the old town.
Can’t recommend Jane and the Team highly enough.
They sort everything out for you to enjoy your holiday without the stress.
