Villa Mirage is a very welcome addition to our listings. This beautiful and stylishly presented 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa is in a peaceful and elevated position with stunning panoramic views overlooking Kalkan and the bay. The villa has a fantastic infinity pool with jacuzzi section, spaces sunbathing terraces and Kalkan's Old Town is a 15 minute downhill walk.

Villa Mirage is in an elevated position overlooking Kalkan and the bay.

 This detached fully air-conditioned villa has been very stylishly furnished by the owners who use the villa as their winter home. Villa Mirage also features an attractive outdoor Jacuzzi that overflows into a private infinity pool. This can be heated at certain times of the year (additional costs may apply – please ask for details at the time of booking).

The spacious marble pool terrace is furnished with sun-loungers and parasols, comfortable sofa seating with coffee table, plus a BBQ and table and chairs for al-fresco dining for 8 guests. Welcome shade is provided by the unique roof design.

The living area of the property is beautifully furnished an L-shaped sofa, 42” LCD satellite TV, DVD player and sound system.

The well-equipped kitchen features granite work surfaces, island unit and Siemens appliances, including dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer.

Adjacent to the ground floor cloakroom, is a laundry room with washer/dryer and sink.

The four bedrooms are configured as follows:

Three bedrooms with a king-sized bed and a private balcony. Each of these rooms has a marbled en-suite bath/shower room with walk-in shower (one bathroom also has a bath).

One twin bedded room, with a private balcony and en-suite shower room featuring a walk-in shower.

The centre of Kalkan village is a 15-minute walk away – this is downhill all the way, so bear in mind, it’s uphill on the way back so a taxi home is a good idea.

It is spacious and well fitted out, tastefully furnished with wonderful views.

The outside furniture is good quality with lots of options for sun or shade. We enjoyed the table tennis table too.

An exceptional 3 bedroom villa, furnished to a very high standard, Villa Lavanta is located in an attractive residential area of Kalamar Bay. The nearest beach club is a 3 minute walk down the hill. There are cafes/restaurants within 150 metres and small supermarkets within just a 5 minute walk.

Lower ground floor apartment:

The ground floor apartment, built using traditional stone, is always cool and offers excellent family facilities and direct access to the private pool and chill areas. One double bedroom and lounge/sleeping area with fully equipped kitchen and dining area gives teenagers or friends total independence with WiFi, TV and air conditioning. The bathroom has WC and shower facilities.

First floor:

The first floor has been totally refurbished to a very high standard with a new shower/WC room, floor to ceiling glass windows in a very spacious lounge and a newly refitted and well equipped kitchen with granite worktops and seating round the island. There is a large fridge/freezer and a water chiller so no need to carry any water bottles to the villa. Off the kitchen, through large glass sliding doors, there is a large dining area for alfresco dining and from here there are beautiful views of the sea and the palm trees for which our road is well-known. There is a further large television on this level.

Second floor:

Two further bedrooms upstairs share a fully renovated master double bathroom with twin rain shower and two wash-hand-basins. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, separate access to balconies and beautiful views of the bay to the islands beyond.

From the second floor you access the roof terrace area with its panoramic views over the bay and mountains to the left and right, ideal for catching rays or sipping a drink whilst watching the sun set. There is a seating area and additional sun beds on this level.

Outdoor areas:

There is a generously sized private swimming pool with roman steps, on the ground floor, surrounded by spacious sunbathing terraces. On this level there is also a shaded comfortable seating area. Leading off the kitchen and living area, there is a large al fresco dining terrace. The roof terrace with its built-in seating area, pergola and sun loungers, has the best views of all.

An excellent Villa in Kalkan.

This was our first time at Villa Lavanta, although we have been to Kalkan many times. We had an excellent stay in what is a beautifully appointed villa, to the extent that we had no hesitation in booking again to hopefully return next year.

Some elements of the layout were a bit quirky and took some getting used to, for example, the almost separate apartment on the ground floor, but we came to appreciate how useful this was in providing everyone some space.

Great views, in a great location locally. Everything we wanted for our stay.

Villa Kariska is a beautiful and spacious private villa, ideal for one or two families, or a group of friends wishing to holiday together. A home from home, it has an abundance of extra features.

Ground floor:

Villa Kariska is comfortably furnished and offers a large spacious, light and airy, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area which opens directly onto the gardens and pool area.

The beautiful modern kitchen with its granite work tops, is equipped with everything you might expect at home from a dishwasher and washing machine to an Nespresso coffee machine and chilled water dispenser. The living space includes everything you might need such as wi-fi internet, smart TV, and a Bluetooth speaker.

First floor:

The master bedroom suite covers the whole of the first floor, with a six-foot four poster bed, en-suite, seating area and large private balcony.

Second and third floors:

The other three bedrooms are on these floors, and include one king-size room and two twin rooms. All bedrooms open out onto spacious balconies with bistro table and chairs.

Outside Areas:

The villa boasts a large terrace with a private pool within beautiful mature gardens. There are plenty of areas to sunbathe on with our six sun loungers and 3 large parasols for those who enjoy the shade. There are plenty of different areas to find peace and quiet and enjoy the stunning views of the beautiful Taurus mountains and sea.

The terrace has a large dining table which seats 10 guests. There is another smaller seating area in our courtyard, and a double hammock on the shady upper terrace.

The stunning roof terrace is the perfect place to chill and enjoy the sunsets. A fridge is available to make sure you have cold drinks available for the those 6 o’clock G&Ts. For those who like to cook outside, we have a large kettle barbeque.

The garden is fully maintained throughout the year by a local professional team. The pool, patio and garden areas are cleaned on a daily basis early in the morning, as not to disturb your day. The inside of the villa is cleaned once a week and given a full linen change, or more frequently at guests request.

The villa is in a peaceful, residential location and is an easy 10 minute stroll to the centre of Kalkan. The town beach and harbour is a further 5 minutes. A car is not required at this property, and taxis are readily available and well priced.

The villa is lovely and peaceful with so much out door space but still very cosy.

Everything you need in the kitchen and lots of bonus extras like games to play, books and even hairdryers etc.

Great host with a good support team.

Pool was immaculate and tended to every day. I think it’s the cleanest pool we have ever had.

They arranged airport transfers from and back to Dalaman airport, all pre-paid, very clean and safe transport.

The villa was exactly as described and pictured.

Once in Kalkan, the in-resort representative, Sharon, was also super helpful.

Sharon gave some great recommendations to local restaurants and excursions.

All information provided in the villa was also very useful.

We had Sharon’s telephone number and while we tried not to bother Sharon, on the occasion we did, Sharon was quick to respond and resolve.

Villa Fosa is a wonderful family villa offering a large private swimming pool, beautiful gardens and stunning sea views. Located between Kalkan and Kalamar Bays, the villa has many amenities within easy walking distance.

Ground floor:

Inside the villa is designed for easy summer living, with the open plan design on the ground floor making use of large French windows that open out onto the swimming pool terrace and an ‘al fresco’ dining area for eight people. The large kitchen features an oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a Magimix Nespresso machine, while the washing machine is located under the stairs together with an iron and ironing board. There is also a downstairs toilet.

The indoor dining area has a wooden table and six chairs, while the living room features two comfortable cream armchairs, together with a sofa bed, new flat screen 50 inch HD television and Blu-ray player and Amazon Firestick. Pretty, traditional style lighting throughout the ground floor together with handmade wooden cupboards all add to the quality and beautiful style of the property.

First floor:

On the first floor you will find one large bedroom with a super-king size bed, wooden furnishings and lovely en-suite shower room finished in cream and stone tiles, together with the pretty en-suite twin bedded room, which is also furnished in wood. Both have large glass doors that open out onto a wonderfully spacious balcony with wooden seats and sun loungers to enjoy the views.

Second floor:

On the second floor is the luxurious Master Suite, which features a super-king size bed and private shower room, together with a lovely roof terrace with iron sofas on which to relax with a book or a drink at the end of the day. The views from the Master Suite are spectacular and it’s the perfect location for enjoying some star gazing.

Whichever room you stay in, you will wake up in the morning and open your curtains to stunning views of the Mediterranean and the towering Taurus mountains that form the backdrop to Kalkan.

In addition, we offer rental of a full range of baby/child equipment including a BT baby monitor, Baby Bjorn potty, Phil & Ted’s travel cot, high chair, etc – please ask us about prices for your requirements. The villa also has a range of children’s books and family games.

Outdoor areas:

Outside the villa, guests can enjoy a lovely private swimming pool with built in steps offering easy access to the water. Surrounding the pool is a large sunbathing terrace with wooden sun-loungers, covered with thick cushions for extra comfort in the sun. Pink and white oleanders together with large pot plants surround the pool area, creating a wonderful holiday escape.

To the side of the villa, steps lead up to a large shaded drinks terrace with a seating area, consisting of a hammock chair swing and offers wonderful views out over the bays. Bougainvillea and oleander surround the terrace and a large hammock is the perfect place for an afternoon siesta. All around the villa are pretty gardens with banana trees, bougainvillea and jasmine growing, and you can make use of the Weber barbecue that is available for guests. A beautiful villa with everything we needed

We had a lovely stay at Villa Fossa. A beautiful villa with everything we needed. We loved the pool and the extra shaded seating area with hammocks. Lots of lovely restaurants and places to drink just a short walk away or about a 20min walk down the hill to old Kalkan town. We took a taxi back to the villa costing around £3.50 after an evening out. Villa was clean and tidy with lots of storage. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. All round a fantastic stay and we will definitely return.

Villa Fosa, had everything you needed to enjoy a lovely family holiday in Kalkan. A great location with lovely relaxing views from all balconies, especially the top balcony.

The villa is in a great location with bars and restaurants nearby. Also, near several Migros’s.

It was walking distance to the Town, which was a 15 minute enjoyable stroll.

Everything was perfect. Everything we needed was supplied.

The villa itself was lovely and was kept very clean.

The terrace and pool area was very spacious and we spent many hours on the roof top terrace taking in the amazing views.

The location of the villa was perfect with many fabulous restaurants and well stocked supermarkets in the vicinity and the town was also just a short walk away.

We would thoroughly recommend this villa and would definitely stay there again.

You need to be fit and able as it’s a good 15/20 minutes walk down to Kalkan which is very hilly and uneven pavements.

On the plus side it has stunning views.

Villa Mercan is a luxury villa located in the exclusive Komurluk area of Kalkan. The villa boasts stunning sea views, a private infinity pool and is just a couple of minutes’ walk from the nearest beach club.

Villa Kulla is a 4 bedroom villa, comfortably accommodating a maximum of 8 guests. It is in an enviable position in the centre of Kalkan, but also at the end of a cul-de-sac, so quiet and undisturbed. It is just a 2 minute walk from Kalkan centre with its full range of restaurants and artisan shops etc

Inside, the ground floor has an open plan lounge, modern spacious kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms are spread across the first, second and roof level floors. This includes a master double bedroom with access to the roof terrace and spectacular views of the sea, harbour and Old Town area.

The villa has a generous sized heated, salt-water private swimming pool surrounded by sunbathing terraces, a table tennis table, and choice of al-fresco dining areas.

For your entertainment the living room has large flat screen satellite TV (limited English channels). The villa also enjoys air-conditioning and complimentary wi-fi throughout.

The first floor has a double en-suite bedroom with a private balcony, plus a twin bedroom, also with a balcony, and separate shower room.

On the second floor is a bedroom which can be configured either as a double, or a twin room, with ensuite bathroom, & private balcony which enjoys beautiful sea views.

On the roof level you will find a large master en-suite double bedroom with lots of space. The room has direct access onto the large roof top terrace with spectacular sea views. From this terrace you can see the Old Town and harbour while enjoying some privacy – the perfect spot to enjoy your breakfast coffee or sundowner tipple from.

We would definitely return to the villa

We are a party of 4 adults and 4 kids aged between 10 and 14 and we have had an amazing time at Villa Kulla.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in KALKAN and this is the best villa we have stayed in.

The villa Is a short walk to the centre of the old town and only 100 yards from the supermarket.

The views from the balcony were amazing.

The pool and table tennis table were a big hit for everyone.

All rooms are well air conditioned.

Our rep, Sharon, was extremely helpful and sorted any minor issues on arrival and arranged water for the cooler quickly.

There are just 2 things we thought would make the villa more workable for us which was to have wardrobes in the top floor bedroom and to make the table near the front door a useable area as this had most of the shade for lunchtime dining.

Villa Berlin is a luxury villa for rent with 5 bedrooms sleeping 10 people, located in Kalkan’s Kızıltaş area. As well as the magnificent sea and bay views, Villa Berlin has all the amenities you will want for your holiday.

On the ground floor leading into the large open plan kitchen, dining and living areas.

Ground Floor:

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, dinnerware and kitchen utensils.

Living Room: In the living room, which has a sea view and has been designed comfortably, there is a seating group, plasma TV, satellite receiver, dining table, air conditioner, iron and ironing board. There is an exit to the pool from the living room.

The view is spectacular!

Our first time in that region of turkey and great city of Kalkan. I don’t think I can do justice with words towards the Villa Berlin but all I can say is the view is spectacular. The building is a new build. It’s super clean and it’s managed by people who are very caring everybody in our group of 10 loved the villa and we had such an amazing time for nine days every day. The location is only five minutes away from the sea and city center. You could probably walk and get there in 15 minutes. The villa is on a hill overlooking the city of Kalkan and the sea. Like I said, the words would not do justice I will definitely recommend anybody to visit and stay.

Villa Berlin made one of our most memorable trips ever. Everything was perfect. I would like to thank you on behalf of all the guests, we all loved it.

Villa Manila – is a recently renovated, exceptionally large 4 bedroom villa offers superb design throughout with fabulous outdoor space with some of the best sea views in Kalkan. The villa has been carefully thought out style and design wise, including many unique custom designs, and a relaxing, contemporary colour palette has been, along with tasteful artwork. Located in a peaceful and elevated location above Kalamar Bay, the villa offers truly outstanding views from all levels.

Five en-suite generously sized bedrooms in total, three of which are on the first floor with a master suite on the top floor penthouse level, with walk in wardrobes/dressing areas, all with stunning en-suite wet rooms . All of the bedrooms are generously proportioned and have spectacular views.

Outdoor spaces – Ground ﬂoor outside pool terrace area with a stunning emerald tiled infinity-edged pool with shade pool for kids and ınternal jacuzzi pool, plus an outdoor kitchen & bar with shady pergola, and a top of the range builded BBQ. Pool terrace furnished with a unique large Balinese style swing daybed. Kalkan harbour and Kalamar bay sea views from the main pool terrace.

At the back of the villa is a unique and truly beautiful courtyard garden. There is pool table, bar and table tennis table in this courtyard area. The penthouse level has its own private roof terrace with outdoor bar and own relaxing daybed.

Ground ﬂoor:

Open plan area with kitchen, dining area and living area. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating and Samsung 4K Ultra TV + Samsung bluetooth sound bar.

The kitchen features composite marble worktops and top-end Siemens white goods.

There is also a WC/cloakroom with shower on this level.

One of the villa’s unique design features also starts on the ground floor – the custom made curved staircase, with its beautiful metal fretwork balustrade, plus teak veneered treads, which winds its way up to the upper floors.

Floor to ceiling sliding doors and windows which lead out onto the spacious sunbathing terraces to the front of the property.

First floor:

This level features three unusually large bedrooms – all of which have stunning en-suite wet rooms, walk in wardrobes, and glorious sea views. All bedrooms have private balconies furnished with a rattan chair for relaxation.

Bedroom 1 – 35m2 double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe area. There is a bath in the bedroom with amazing sea view and this bedroom also has a separate wet room style shower room, vanity unit & mirror, plus a private balcony and stunning sea view.

Villa Manila, Kalkan certainly delivered on our expectations!

Villa Manila, Kalkan certainly delivered on our expectations, and in most cases exceeded them. The ground floor is huge, and the kitchen has full sets of cutlery, crockery and innumerable glassware. The outside area / pool are massive, beds for all, a huge swing bed, two full size dining tables & chairs + seating. Not to mention the outside bar with sink & fridge, plus pool table and table tennis. If this wasn’t enough, there’s a roof terrace with bar, sink, fridge and more seating. We were only there 7 days, so not enough time to adequately use every area available! All 4 bedrooms are large doubles, good storage (with coat hangers), all have en-suite bathrooms and balconies with great views. Bedding, towels etc are all of good quality and the place was immaculately clean. Views from every vantage point are excellent, overlooking both bays. Will certainly book again, and highly recommend to anyone.

Villa Honeybee is a luxury villa located in the prestigious area of Komurluk. Set over 3 floors, the villa boasts stunning panoramic views across the bay towards the harbour.

Ground floor (pool level):

The ground floor comprises an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area with double glass doors which open out to the pool terrace. There is also a double bedroom with large en-suite shower room on this floor with a door from the bedroom leading out onto to the pool terrace (please note that the shower room can also be accessed from the hallway, but the door can remain locked if preferred).

The living room is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa and a 42″ television with English and Turkish channels. The television is a smart TV which enables you to watch Netflix if you have an account. The villa also has a water cooler, washing machine and a dishwasher.

First floor:

There are three bedrooms on the first floor which all have sea views. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds (each 90cm x 200cm) and the third is a double bedroom (160cm x 200cm). Each bedroom has access to a shared sea view balcony. The double and one of the twin bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms; the remaining twin bedroom has access to the house shower room on this level

Second floor (entry level):

There is a double bedroom on this level with a king size bed (180cm x 200cm) and access to a private roof terrace offering lovely sea views and furnished with cushioned sun loungers. This bedroom has use of a separate shower room on this floor.

Outdoor areas:

The villa benefits from having a generously-sized pool terrace furnished with sun-loungers which have thick comfortable mattresses and two deckchairs.

The terrace gets plenty of sun throughout the day and is in the perfect position for enjoying the spectacular sunsets that this area of Kalkan is renowned for. A table and chairs are provided under a shaded area for alfresco dining, along with a large gas BBQ. A comfortable seating area is also positioned at the front of the pool terrace overlooking the sea.

Amazing week in Villa Honeybee

We have just come back from the most amazing week staying in Villa Honeybee, Kalkan.

Our first time to Turkey and we will definitely be coming back to Kalkan.

There were 10 of us sharing the villa and it was just perfect for all of us. The location and views were incredible. Very spacious even with 10 of us.

Jane and Elsie at Lale Homes looked after our every needs beautifully .. from the very start when we booked the villa to the return transfer back to the airport.

We couldn’t have chosen a better Villa. Kalkan has captured all our hearts and we will definitely be returning.

The only one slight issue we had during our stay at the Villa was that we couldn’t get the TV to work.. which usually on holiday we wouldn’t have even tried to watch tv however our stay coincided with the second week of the Olympics needless to say it would have been good to be able to catch up on the daily events taking place in Paris.

Apart from this slight inconvenience Villa Honeybee created the most wonderful memories for all of us.. thank you Lale Homes.

Villa Harika is beautifully-presented five bedroom, fully air-conditioned villa, with stunning views of Kalkan harbour, bay and islands.

Close to central Kalkan, Villa Harika is tastefully furnished and there are many private areas in and around the villa in which to relax.

Ground floor:

The open plan ground floor consists of fully equipped kitchen with all new Siemens kitchen appliances including built in oven and microwave, water dispenser and new ice make, dining area and spacious living room, and cloakroom with WC and hand basin.

IPTV, DVD player, new living room furniture, top of the range sound system, IPod docking station and WiFi are all provided at the villa.

Lower ground floor:

The lower ground floor has two large bedrooms – one with kingsize bed and one with twin beds. Both bedrooms have spacious en-suite bathrooms with modern fittings – the kingsize bedroom has new spacious walk in shower. Each bedroom on this level has access to a quiet terrace with comfortable seating area and full sea views. All 5 bedrooms have new furnishings.

There is also a utility room on this floor, equipped with washing machine, sink, ironing board and iron.

With its own private access, there is a fifth bedroom on the lower ground floor (a double), which is accessed through the lower front garden terrace. It too has its own en-suite bathroom with modern fittings (please note, that because this bedroom is separately accessed from the main house, it is not suitable for young children).

First floor:

The first floor also has two large bedrooms – one with kingsize bed and one with twin beds. Again, both bedrooms have spacious en-suite bathrooms with modern fittings. Both of these bedrooms have private balconies with impressive sea views.

Outdoor areas:

At the side of the pool terrace, there is a large table beneath a shady pergola for al-fresco dining. The lower ground floor has a shady secluded chill-out area with 2 seater sofa, 2 chairs and a coffee table – ideal for reading and relaxing in a cool breeze. There is another shady terrace with side sea view and a large comfy sofa at the side of the villa. Also located here, is a custom built stone natural BBQ plus a full-sized drinks fridge, ready for preparing your nice cool sundowners!

The larger than average infinity pool has wonderful sea views and there are ample new sun-loungers and parasols provided, new outdoor heater, new outdoor speaker. New contemporary glass balustrades now compliment the newly extended terrace.

The villa is an approximate 8 minute walk from central Kalkan – this is downhill all the way, therefore, uphill on the way back, so taxi’s home might be required.
