The property is on a complex comprising of 6 apartments, all of which have sea views and use of a large communal swimming pool. Guests staying at the property also have the benefit of their own private plunge pool. The apartment is furnished in a contemporary style, fully air-conditioned and has WiFi internet access, a satellite TV with English channels and Netflix and a DVD player.

Ground Floor:

Two high quality bedrooms, each with their own interior design style. The accommodation is arranged over one level with one double and one twin bedroom and two fully tiled shower rooms with a W/C. The open plan living space comprises of a fully equipped kitchen consisting of oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine and iron and dining area.  The lounge a comfortable sofa and coffee table and from here has access to a furnished private terrace and plunge pool.

Bedrooms:

Two high quality bedrooms, each with their own interior design style. The accommodation is arranged over one level with one double and one twin bedroom and two fully tiled shower rooms with a W/C.

Amazing location and a wonderful apartment

Prime location! Excellent location and just a 5 min walk to the beach, harbour and everything the Old town has to offer.

Lovely well set out apartment with its own private terrace and plunge pool offering perfect peace and quiet.

The extensive sundeck is well furnished and it feels like the communal pool is your own private pool.

Great stay in a wonderful resort.

Kay and Nige are wonderful hosts and we would definitely come again

Olympos 5 enjoys one of the best locations in exclusive Kormuluk, only an easy 5-minute stroll to Kalkan’s renowned rooftop restaurants, harbour, and beach. The Olympos complex offers tranquil surroundings, with a large communal pool & sun-bathing terrace, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, and a shaded area with tables & chairs to cool off. Close to two of the best beach clubs in Kalkan – Palm Beach is only a few steps away, and Zest Beach Club just a 5 minute walk away. There are also car park spaces outside of the apartment complex for guests who wish to hire a car to travel further afield.

I can’t recommend Villa Sahin enough!

We stayed at Villa Sahin in 2021. We really needed some peaceful downtime and Villa Sahin proved that and more.

The Villa is beautifully decorated throughout and is spotlessly clean and tidy. A lot of thought has been put into its decoration to make it feel like home.

The garden is stunning with olive trees and plants scattered throughout the grounds. It has three charming patio areas and a breath taking view across Kalkan. The pool is clear and inviting and I swam every day we were there.

I can’t recommend Villa Sahin enough and I look forward to our return..

When you arrive at Villa Sahin you know you are arriving somewhere exclusive.

The long private drive to the front door makes your arrival feel very special. Once inside the villa you can appreciate the stunning interior. The owners obviously have great taste in combining interesting colours with exceptionally wonderful pieces of artwork. It feels spacious and airy and offers everything you could want regarding interior seating areas and dining facilities.

As a family, we have rarely eaten or sat indoors as the jewel in the crown is the outdoor facilities and the spectacular view. The owners have thought of everything. There are plenty of comfortable loungers and a wonderful seating/dining area to appreciate the view for many hours !

The bedrooms are all comfortable and again, offer guests everything they would require when on holiday.

Villa Sahin has the added bonus of offering a bedroom on the top floor with an amazing outside terrace. All the outside areas are very private, another bonus.

Kalkan is a short taxi drive away and is a delightful town. It’s an historical town offering very good examples of Ottoman Greek architecture. The choices of restaurants are extensive and the food is of a high quality.

We have been going to Villa Sahin for several years and each year the owners have improved it, either repainting it or upgrading the furniture.

We have travelled extensively over the years but we have never experienced such a beautifully equipped villa in such a stunning area which is why we return year after year.

A dining area with stylish dining table and chairs also benefit from the spectacular views. The modern kitchen in Villa Marvellous is fully equipped with modern appliances including coffee machine. A double bedroom with en suite facilities is located on this floor and patio doors open out onto the pool terrace.

First Floor – Villa Marvellous
On the first floor are two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and one twin bedroom. All bedrooms feature balconies with glass balcony railings to enhance the magnificent sea views.

Top Floor – Villa Marvellous
The top floor is occupied by the master en-suite bedroom which has an apex roof, so height restrictions apply in places. The bedroom leads out to the furnished roof terrace with jacuzzi, which offers breath-taking views of both the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding mountains.

The entrance to Villa Lighthouse 2 is accessed by just 3 steps leading up to the property which opens onto a lovely pool terrace with limited sea views and a landscaped garden. A modern, light and airy open plan living area greets you on the ground floor with a well-equipped kitchen incorporating an integrated oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, Turkish toaster and water cooler. The stylish kitchen also has a kitchen island and gas hob.

With floor to ceiling large glass windows/doors, the view from the comfortable lounge looks out onto the pool terrace. The lounge includes 2 sofas, an armchair, coffee table, sideboard and smart TV.

On this level there is also a guest WC.

First Floor – Villa Lighthouse 2

Wide stairs (no handrail) lead up to the first floor where there are 2 spacious en-suite bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. Both bedrooms benefit from their own balcony, each with chairs and a coffee table to soak up the beautiful sea views over Kalamar bay.

Yade Apartment is a contemporary style 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex apartment with its own private pool & garden which has the feel of your own mini villa! There are many amenities on your doorstep, including 2 local supermarkets and some great restaurants and cafes.  

Accommodation: 

On entering the apartment there is a spacious open plan living area with separate kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, including fridge freezer, oven and hob, and a dishwasher.  There is also an indoor dining table seating 4. Floor to ceiling double patio doors lead off the lounge  onto the outside patio.  The living area  is furnished with a stylish sofa, two arm chairs and  coffee tables, TV unit and flat-screen TV. There is also a separate WC on this level. 

The apartment has two bedrooms, both of which have ensuite bathrooms . The master bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has twin beds.  Both bedrooms connect to a spacious wraparound style balcony 

Each bathroom has a walk-in shower unit, WC and vanity unit with sink. 

 Outside areas: 

The private full-size pool and large pool terrace are the star features of this property and where no doubt you will spend most of your time when staying at Yade apartment.  

Well furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchair seating group, 4 sunbeds with side tables and sunshades, plus an outdoor dining table and chairs, seating 4 in a shady location. There is also a BBQ for guests’ use, and an outdoor shower.

Yade has a cot & high chair, and also toys for small children, so family friendly

Fabulous place to stay for two people

My husband & I booked Yade apartment for 8 nights for our wedding anniversary & we weren’t disappointed.

The apartment is extremely well equipped & we guess the owner likes to cook. We always have breakfast & lunch at the apartment & everything was there.

It was extremely clean, modern, well furnished with a comfortable king sized bed, which is something that is very important to us.

Great shower with hot water.

The outdoor pool is a good size with comfy sun loungers, the only thing to mention is that there is no sun in the patio area after 4.00pm – we travelled at the end of September, this wasn’t an issue for us as we chilled on the patio furniture with a drink & had a cool down.

It’s a very quiet area so no issue getting to sleep 🙂

We’ve stayed in Kalkan numerous times over the last 8 years in different area & whilst we felt it was a bit too far to walk to the old town, taxis were cheap at 110 TL about £3.35 & only a few minutes journey.

There are some lovely bars & restaurants about a five minute walk from the apartment, we particularly liked Kitchen & the bar attached to the Elixir hotel.

We booked via Lale Homes who were fantastic every step of the way, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this fantastic apartment, which did indeed feel like a small villa & Lale Homes.

Situated in the middle of the Ekin apartment complex, Ortada is a two bedroom, ground and lower ground duplex apartment with its own private pool and two outdoor terraces. Due to its central location and just off the Kalamar Road, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, the quaint old town, beach and harbour are all within a 5–10 minute relatively flat walk.

Apartment Ortada is a bright and airy, modern duplex apartment with its own private pool and two outdoor terraces.  The main ground floor pool terrace is south facing and enjoys all day sun, whilst the lower ground shady garden courtyard provides a welcoming escape from the summer heat.

 

The entrance to the apartment is on the ground floor and opens to a very bright and spacious open plan living area with a well-stocked modern kitchen with water cooler and Nespresso coffee machine, indoor dining area and airy living space housing an ample L-shaped sofa, air conditioning, TV with UK channels and Bluetooth speaker.  Two large sets of patio doors open directly onto the pool terrace and outside dining area.  A BBQ, adjustable shade and comfy sun-loungers complete the picture.

The two light and generous bedrooms are on the lower level and both open out onto the downstairs garden courtyard.  This is also equipped with outdoor furniture and a table tennis table for entertainment.

The master bedroom has a large double bed, air conditioning, ample storage for clothes and an ensuite shower room. 

​

The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and air conditioning and a shower room with sink and WC is immediately opposite. 

​

A laundry room is also located on this level, equipped with washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Safa Apartment has been finished to an exceptionally high standard and has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout. The apartment includes all the facilities you would expect to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible including air-conditioning throughout and Wi-fi internet access.

The light & airy open plan lounge and dining area are tastefully decorated in a contemporary Turkish style.  There is an LCD TV, DVD  and ample lounge and dining seating provided.

The modern and well equipped kitchen featuring solid granite work tops includes full size stainless steel cooker, hob and extractor fan, washing machine and fridge freezer. An iron and ironing board are also provided for the use of guests.  There is a contemporary bathroom, fully tiled in travertine with rainfall shower, sink/vanity unit and modern, wall mounted w.c.

The spacious master bedroom has a comfortable bed with plenty of wardrobe space and dressing table.  Bedroom two has twin beds, again good size wardrobes, dressing table and hairdryer. Air conditioning is throughout.

There are also car park spaces outside of the apartment for guests who wish to hire a car to travel further afield.

What a beautiful apartment!

We recently stayed at Safa Apartment and had a fabulous time.

There are so many positives about this apartment:

Beautifully decorated and furnished

Very well equipped – everything you need for a great self catering holiday was there and we particularly loved the water dispenser and coffee machine.

The Smart TV is a great addition too!

The outside area is lovely with brand new sunbeds with super thick mattresses and a lovely pool that is shared by only 3 apartments. We were very lucky to be the only guests by the pool each day but there is plenty of room around the pool anyway.

AND Safa is literally a couple of minutes walk into the Old Town!

We loved it all.

Stunning apartment!

I stayed in Safa Apartment for a week in April. It is a really beautifully and luxuriously decorated apartment. It is a very convenient and short downhill walk into the Old Town and harbour, and a fairly easy walk back as well. It’s very conveniently located to the Carrefour supermarket and has lovely views down to the Bay from the large terrace off the living space. It really did feel like a home away from home – as comfortable and well kitted out as beautiful in design. Highly recommend and very much hope to stay in again!
