The entrance to the apartment is on the ground floor and opens to a very bright and spacious open plan living area with a well-stocked modern kitchen with water cooler and Nespresso coffee machine, indoor dining area and airy living space housing an ample L-shaped sofa, air conditioning, TV with UK channels and Bluetooth speaker.

Fabio is the largest of the Ekin apartments and has two levels – the lower ground floor has three light and airy bedrooms and the living area (entry level) occupies the upper ground floor. This level has access to a very spacious and sunny terrace with large pool for sole use. An al-fresco dining area is also situated on the pool terrace together with an ottoman-style seating area – perfect for escaping the midday sun or for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. The lower level has access to a pretty second terrace and garden area – this is secluded and affords some shade in the afternoon so it’s another ideal place to relax.

The living area of the apartment has comfortable seating with flatscreen TV and DVD player plus Ipod docking station and an open plan kitchen with with cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. There is a dining area to seat 6 people. 

The bedrooms are configured as follows:

Bedroom 1 – super-kingsize bed, with en-suite shower room. Large patio doors leading to garden terrace area.

The house was amazing. It is at walking distance to the centre; market, grocery, bakery etc. is really close to the house.

The house was really clean and we easily checked-in.

The house offers so a lot. Jane is really punctual 😊, she wasn’t a minute late than the time we agreed.

Wished we had more time; a week wasn’t enough to totally enjoy the house. 😅

I would suggest anyone who would like to have wonderful summer or winter vacation.

A large apartment on two levels. Very peaceful and beautiful place to relax.

Restaurants, harbour and old town are not far away (about 10 – 15 min walk).

The terrace and pool are top notch.

However, you can view the terrace/pool from the street, but there are few cars/people passing by.

All in all, we had a great stay.

Blueberry 3 is a duplex apartment with 3 bedrooms.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Entering the property on the lower floor, there are two bedrooms – one double and one twin. Each bedroom is bright and airy and furnished in a clean, contemporary style. These bedrooms each have floor to ceiling double patio doors which open onto a Juliette style balcony. On this floor there is also a family bathroom, which is shared by these two bedrooms.

A marble staircase leads up to the top floor of the apartment where there is a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range of quality appliances and it also has a dining table with chairs to seat 6 guests. A lovely feature of the kitchen is the picture window which looks directly out over the plunge pool. A water cooler is provided.

The living area is simply but stylishly decorated with a large, stylish corner sofa, coffee table and entertainment unit with flat-screen TV.

Double patio doors open directly out onto the roof terrace.

There is also a double bedroom on this floor and an adjacent bathroom with shower unit, WC and vanity unit with basin.

All rooms in the apartment are air conditioned.

Outside the apartment:

The roof terrace has great views and a good-sized plunge pool, which is ideal for cooling off on those hot summer days. A wide awning can be used for shade.

Great central location

Blueberry 3 Apartment is situated in a great spot, convenient for restaurants, supermarket, and the weekly market. There are quite a few steps to climb as it is the penthouse apartment – 24 steps to the front door and then another 14 inside to get to the living and pool area, but the climb is worth it when you see the view.

It is furnished quite simply but modern and light with a very comfy sofa ensemble in the lounge with great views over the bay. The super king bed in the main bedroom was excellent – one of the best we have ever slept in!

The bathroom had a very powerful shower, but it could do with having a bit of a makeover – it was clean and functional just needs some tender loving care.

The outside patio was adequate for 2 people with sunbeds and sofas and a BBQ, and the pool was super clean with lovely views. There is an awning blind over the main doors to shield the patio, which was much needed in the day.

All in all, a great convenient place to stay, it could do with a welcome book giving instructions of where things are and how to get the TV to work etc., but that’s just a small observation.

Jane and her team were as always incredible, always available to help or answer the many stupid ones I asked – so many thanks for that.

Kalkan is a beautiful place, and I would recommend this company to find you the right place to stay, and you won’t go far wrong with Blueberry 3.

We love this penthouse apartment which is very spacious and in a great location across from the Coriander restaurant and the local Thursday Market.

Lots of lovely places to eat on your doorstep and a 10 minute stroll into the old town.

Floor to ceiling double patio doors lead off the kitchen onto a sea view balcony. A couple of steps lead down from the kitchen into the spacious living area which is furnished with stylish sofas, coffee table, TV unit and flat-screen TV. Double patio doors open out onto the pool terrace and there is a separate balcony off the kitchen with a table and two chairs.

The first of the apartment’s bedrooms is the master en-suite double bedroom. The second is a twin bedroom with separate bathroom. 

Decorated in a cool, contemporary style, each bedroom is fully furnished and has access out onto either a private balcony or the main pool terrace.

Each bathroom has a walk in shower unit, WC and vanity unit with basin.

All rooms in the apartment are air conditioned.

Outside the apartment:

A fantastic feature of Blueberry 2 apartment is the spacious private terrace with plunge pool. The pool is at the centre of the terrace and is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor dining table with chairs together with comfortable and relaxed seating. A BBQ is also provided. 

Please note that this pool is not suitable for children owing to the infinity edge to the pool and the drop involved.

We have just spent a wonderful week at Blueberry 2 apartment! It was everything we were hoping for and more.

The apartment is in a great location, 2 minutes walk to the supermarket to buy some croissants for breakfast. 5-10 minute walk into the old town.

The apartment was perfect for us, lovely and spacious and clean and cool.

The pool area was amazing, lots of space to relax around the pool and a dip in the pool to cool off.

Perfect holiday, we absolutely love Kalkan and will definitely be returning to Blueberry 2.

The team at Lale are so helpful and friendly and made our holiday special!

The apartment has sole use of a large private swimming pool surrounded by spacious sunbathing terraces. At the front of the terrace there is a marble topped table with six dining chairs, plus a gas fired BBQ. This outside dining area is perfectly positioned to take in the beautiful views over Kalkan and the bay. In addition, the pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers and a double swing seat- an ideal place to relax and enjoy the peaceful garden. 

 

Set in a small complex of private apartments, Blueberry 1 is just a stone’s throw from Kalkan’s weekly Thursday market. The nearest restaurants and shops are a genuine 1-minute walk away, whilst Kalkan Old Town can easily be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. The apartment’s central location ensures there is no need for taxis or car hire.

Inside the house, it’s beautifully designed.

There was basic food left for us in the fridge.

The pool is nice and ideal in size, it is good in terms of hygiene every morning as well.

The house is very close to the beaches, walking distance.

The view from the pool and the balconies of the rooms is very nice.

The view of the house is very beautiful, you can see the whole of Kalkan.

It’s walking distance to the centre and larger markets.

We were 6 people and were very satisfied, we will come again next year!

Azure Apartment is a wonderful 2-bedroom apartment with its own private entrance on the ground floor. The property offers fantastic views from all levels. The peaceful complex has a large, shared pool and terrace with sun beds and umbrellas. The views are stunning from the wrap around balcony and roof terrace areas. Easy walking distance down into the town centre, the pleasant 2 bed property is in the lower Kiziltas area of Kalkan. The apartment is located within a short walk down to the town however a taxi may be needed on the walk back up.

This apartment offers breathtaking vistas across the roof tops of Kalkan to the harbour and beyond to the islands.

Azure Apartment offers a stylish and spacious interior with two generous sized balconies from which to enjoy the views.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

The property is accessed from the street below up a flight of steps and there is plenty of off street parking.

The entrance door leads into an open plan kitchen and living area.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a large fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave, gas hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and water cooler.  There is also a dining table within the kitchen with 6 chairs.

The living area has a large L-shaped sofa set around a coffee table with a flat screen TV and DVD player. 

Sliding doors lead out onto the balcony which is furnished with two wicker chairs and a coffee table.  There are also two sun loungers as well.

A separate cloakroom / WC is provided on this level for guests’ use.

First floor: 

The master bedroom has a double bed with an open wardrobe, dressing table and stool.  Within the room is an en-suite shower with WC and basin behind two opaque glass walls. Sliding doors lead out onto the spacious balcony which is shared with the apartment’s twin bedroom. This offers panoramic views of Kalkan Bay below and the mountains that surround the town and is furnished with two sun loungers with a parasol and a dining table with 4 chairs.

The twin bedroom has built in wardrobes, a dressing table and chair with a glass door giving access to the shared balcony with sea views. This bedroom has use of the separate shower room next door.

Outside the apartment:

The apartment shares the large pool below, together with a landscaped garden.

On the terrace surrounding the pool, there’s is a dining table with 10 chairs beneath a pergola which guests are welcome to use.

  • The property is fully air-conditioned
  • The property has complimentary WiFi connection
  • A welcome pack is provided on arrival
  • Pool towels are provided for guests’ use 
  • Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis (ie – if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
