Blueberry 1 Apartment is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment in a really envious position just by the supermarkets, banks and restaurants, and across from the Thursday Market, but also just a 10 minute walk to the harbour.

It is also one of those precious few apartments with a private pool, making it particularly attractive to those wanting to enjoy and swim or splash about any time of the day, just outside the door.

Living Area 

The apartment is light, airy and comfortable throughout. Blueberry 1 is open plan with a lounge area with a large L-shaped sofa, coffee table and wall mounted TV. Large doors/windows let in lots of lights and open out onto the poolside and terraces.

The modern kitchen with breakfast bar and 4 stools, has all the appliances you need including oven, hob, ridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, water dispenser and a coffee maker.

The two bedrooms can be configured either as 1 twin and 1 double, or both doubles as the beds push together. Useful for making the apartment suitable for couples of small family groups. If you are a family with two children, the apartment can accommodate you comfortably. There are also 2 shower rooms so no sharing.

Outside 

The outdoor space with this property turns it into a luxury apartment, it is generous enough it would not embarrass a villa. The full size pool is surrounded by sunbathing terraces complete with sun loungers & parasols, swing seat, comfy sofa and chairs, dining table and BBQ. The terraces are also bordered by olive trees and rock, so a lovely natural setting and not so close to your neighbours.
There is on street parking easily available if you wish to have use of a car during your stay.

Beautiful bright and spacious apartment with every mod con. The private pool area is very spacious and really well furnished. It is in a great location. A true 7 minute stroll to the main buzz of Kalkan., but also plenty of shops and restaurants on the way. Ertan has put a great deal of thought and effort into this apartment making it a real gem. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and hope to return soon.
