Villa Porto is an exceptional villa in so many ways, 3 bedroom Villa Porto benefits from a truly special location directly on the sea front, spectacular sea vistas from all levels,  rustic high end design and spacious accommodation. The outdoor areas are ranged across different levels, offering guests a fabulous choice of different spaces in which to swim, sunbathe, or just to relax and drink in the amazing vistas. Being west facing, the villa benefits from all day sun. And the icing on the cake: direct private access to the sea!

The interior and exterior spaces have been recently cosmetically updated, to ensure that guests have a comfortable,  luxury experience.  Careful thought has been put into every piece selected for the villa, including many unique custom designs, and a relaxing, rustic colour palette has been used throughout, along with tasteful art pieces.

Amenities at the villa are second to none – two of the bedrooms have jacuzzi baths, and share a private roof terrace with outdoor bar. 

Beautiful mature gardens & stone walls surround the property, helping to give the villa high levels of privacy.

Villa Porto is located next to the prestigious Villa Mahal hotel/complex in Kisla, just a 15 minute walk to the Old Town/Town centre.

Penthouse level: 

The villa is entered (at the back) on the penthouse level. This floor offers 110 m2 space in total, and features  two unusually large master bedrooms, both of which have stunning en-suite wet rooms, an indoor jacuzzi. These bedrooms share a private roof terrace with glorious sea views. The terrace is furnished with a comfortable seating set, and a rattan ‘egg’ chair, and bar & seating.

Both bedrooms have king size beds, & ample wardrobe space, vanity unit,  and a jacuzzi positioned with an amazing sea view. Both have en suite shower rooms, one of which has Jack & Jill sinks.

Stairs lead down from this level to the ground floor accommodation.

Entrance and Ground floor: 

Hallway, leading to:

Third bedroom of 22m2. This room is again very spacious, and arranged as a twin room, with wardrobe, large vanity unit, and and ensuite shower room.  Fully fitted kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable L shaped sofa (seating 6), coffee table, & rocking chair, plus  a flat screen TV on the wall facing the sofa.  

There is also a separate WC located on this level.

Outdoor Areas:

The courtyard garden is accessed from one end of the lounge, at the other end, there are two sets of doors leading out to the pool terrace.  It is located at the back of the ground floor level, and features bistro table and chairs, plus a bar, pool table & table tennis table.

The pool terrace has two lovely shaded areas here adjacent to the infinity pool.  The first is the dining area which seats 6, and the other is a comfortable seating unit with two armchairs. The pool has rattan sun beds arranged around it, and a large cantilevered umbrella, plus a top of the range gas BBQ. Steps to the side of the pool lead down to the lower sunbathing level, again furnished with sun beds.

The lower garden has lawned areas, with comfortable rattan seating set, umbrella, two swing seats & bean bags.

The private beach platform  has steps that lead down from the garden, across a track and then further steps cut into the cliff side and shaded by olive trees lead down to sunbathing platforms set into the rocks; at sea level a decked platform is furnished with sun beds, sun shades and scatter cushions and has steps into the sea.

NB the private beach platform is shared with two neighbouring villas.

Beautiful bright and spacious apartment with every mod con. The private pool area is very spacious and really well furnished. It is in a great location. A true 7 minute stroll to the main buzz of Kalkan., but also plenty of shops and restaurants on the way. Ertan has put a great deal of thought and effort into this apartment making it a real gem. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and hope to return soon.

A beautifully presented contemporary 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom duplex apartment with private plunge pool and beautiful sea views. Yesim apartment's location is hard to beat as Kalkan's Old Town is just a 1-2 minute stroll from the property, as are all the shops, restaurants and amenities. Kalkan's pretty harbour front and town beach are just an easy 5 minute walk.

Yesim Apartment is a beautiful and stylish penthouse apartment in a fantastic location- just a 2 minute walk from the Old Town. It has a private plunge pool and beautiful unobscured sea views.

Lower floor:

On the entry level of the apartment, there are three stylish en-suite bedrooms. To the rear of the townhouse is the twin bedroom, with en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a large private balcony which looks over the courtyard below.

To the front of the townhouse are two double en-suite bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms has double wardrobes, bed side cabinets and huge super King- sized luxury beds. The two bedrooms have patio doors opening out onto a very spacious, shared south facing balcony. The balcony is furnished with a seating set and two sun loungers.

Upper floor:

Marble stairs lead up to the first floor where there is an bright and airy open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all white goods and the living area comfortably furnished a stylish corner sofa. Floor to ceiling double patio doors lead out onto the roof terrace. There is also a separate WC on this level.

Outside areas:

The roof terrace is furnished with sun loungers and a fantastic plunge pool- the perfect place to cool off. There are beautiful, sweeping sea views from the roof terrace. Each bedroom also has either a private balcony, or a large shared balcony.

The apartment is within a stone’s throw of Kalkan’s Old Town, its fantastic restaurants. shops, cafes and bars.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a bit of relaxation but also keen to be in walking distance to the old town.

It could not have been better in terms of location, views and generally a lovely place to stay.

Everything worked perfectly. Lots of very hot water.

The Lale team were on hand with advice and even provided a welcome pack which was appreciated.

The decor and ambiance felt suitably lux to go with the price.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is over two floors.

I don’t think I’d recommend for kids either due to the steps inside and the generally quite grown-up decor etc.

We had an amazing stay at the Yesim apartment in Kalkan – the apartment was stunning, with an amazing view and immaculate from head to toe.

Bedrooms are of a good size, and the kitchen/living area is very modern and spacious.

We loved the terrace and small pool to cool down when the weather was particularly hot also.

Jane, the host, had also been kind enough to leave us some supplies such as bread and drinks for our arrival.

Cannot fault this place!

Blueberry 3 apartment is a luxury 3 bedroom duplex in central Kalkan with its own private pool. Migros Supermarket is opposite, with eateries, banks and shops around the corner, and very convenient for Kalkan traditions of the Thursday market, or walking down into the Old Town & Harbour areas.

Ground Floor 

On this level is the twin bedroom, double bedroom and separate shower room with stairs to the upper floor.

First Floor 

The upper floor has a further shower room and master double bedroom with sloping roof.

This upper level incorporates a modern open-plan living & kitchen area. The lounge has a large comfortable L-shaped sofa, flat-screen TV and coffee table.
The kitchen has all the modern appliances you would expect, including oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. It also has a breakfast bar style dining table with 6 bar stools.
Both areas are flooded with light from floor to ceiling windows/doors which fill the entire width of the apartments living space. Additionally, the entire apartment has air-conditioning and complimentary wi-fi.

Bedrooms 

Bedroom 1 – Double room fully air-conditioned. On the ground floor. Shared Shower room with Twin Room

Bedroom 2 – Twin room fully air-conditioned. On the ground floor. Shared Shower room with ground floor double

Outside 

From the lounge you step out onto the sea view roof terrace with large private plunge pool (6m x 2.5m approx) which is approximately 0.75 – 1mtr deep. There’s a lovely comfy seating area plus 2 sunbeds. There are also reclining chairs for use outside.

Although the apartment is at the top of the building, due to the slope of the land there are around 10 steps only to the apartment door, making it a very convenient ‘penthouse’ apartment.

This was our third stay in Blueberry 3.

We love this penthouse apartment which is very spacious and in a great location across from the Coriander restaurant and the local Thursday Market.

Lots of lovely places to eat on your doorstep and a 10 minute stroll into the old town.

Can’t recommend Jane and the Team highly enough.

They sort everything out for you to enjoy your holiday without the stress.

An absolutely stunning property!

Myself and my friends stayed in this beautiful apartment in May 2022. It is an absolutely stunning property which is situated across from the Thursday market and only a 10 minute walk into Kalkan Old Town with plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes all around. Supermarkets are only a short walk too. The property was very spacious, modern and has all the facilities you need for a wonderful stay. The pool is amazing for a cool dip and plenty of sunbeds. As it is a penthouse the views over Kalkan are amazing. I would highly recommend this property for your next stay in beautiful Kalkan. It has everything you could possibly want. We will be returning this year for sure. Thanks to Jane and all the management for making out stay so special.

Villa Kaitak is a beautiful and stylish detached villa offering fantastic sea views, beautiful outdoor spaces, a private swimming pool and is just a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Kalkan. Decorated throughout to an exceptional standard, the stand out feature of this fantastic villa has to be the roof top bar- the idea place to enjoy a sun downer or two!

Ground floor:

Entering the property on the ground floor there is a bright and airy open plan kitchen and living area. Floor to ceiling patio doors floor the area with light and allow access directly out onto the pool terrace. The contemporary kitchen is very well equipped, features marble worktops and a fantastic island breakfast bar- which looks out over the pool terrace. The living area is comfortably furnished with armchairs, sofas, a wall mounted flatscreen TV and fireplace. An elegant spiral staircase leads up to the first and second floors.

Also on this ground floor level there is a good size double bedroom with adjacent bathroom. This bedroom has access directly out onto the pool terrace.

First floor:

On this level there are two en-suite bedrooms: a master double and twin bedroom. Each bedroom is a good size, stylishly furnished and has access out onto a large shared balcony- from which there are beautiful panoramic views over the bay.

Outdoor areas:

The villa is afforded a good deal of privacy from neighbouring properties with mature planting and shrubbery. The square shaped pool (approx 6m x 6m) has Roman steps with handrail for easy access and is surrounded by spacious sunbathing terraces. There is also an al fresco dining area, custom built large stone BBQ and outside pool shower.

Villa Kaitak’s roof terrace is the perfect place to relax and take in the views- day or night! A canopy provides shade during the day, but by night enjoy watching the beautiful sun sets from your very own bar! The views from the roof terrace are stunning and there’s even a fridge- making it easy to prepare your favourite tipple.

The villa is in a peaceful location yet is only a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Kalkan and just a few minute’s walk to the weekly Thursday market.

Apartment Fabio is a beautiful duplex, very spacious 3 bed, 3 bath apartment with fantastic facilities, just a short stroll from the Old Town and the harbour.

Ground floor:

Fabio has an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all white goods including dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine. The living area of the apartment has comfortable seating with flatscreen TV and DVD player plus an Ipod docking station. There is a dining area to seat 6 people.

Lower ground floor:

Fabio is an upside down duplex so all bedrooms are located on the lower level and all have patio doors which lead out onto the peaceful and shaded courtyard garden.

The bedrooms are configured as follows:

Bedroom 1 – super-king-size bed, with en-suite shower room. Large patio doors leading to garden terrace area.

The house was amazing. It is at walking distance to the centre; market, grocery, bakery etc. is really close to the house.

The house was really clean and we easily checked-in.

The house offers so a lot. Jane is really punctual 😊, she wasn’t a minute late than the time we agreed.

Wished we had more time; a week wasn’t enough to totally enjoy the house. 😅

I would suggest anyone who would like to have wonderful summer or winter vacation.

A large apartment on two levels. Very peaceful and beautiful place to relax.

Restaurants, harbour and old town are not far away (about 10 – 15 min walk).

The terrace and pool are top notch.

However, you can view the terrace/pool from the street, but there are few cars/people passing by.

All in all, we had a great stay.

Villa Greenwich affords spectacular views of Kalkan Bay enhanced from its elevated position in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan. Comfortably accommodating 8 guests in 4 bedrooms (all with ensuite bathrooms) Villa Greenwich provides sea views from every room and contemporary, stylish interiors with large glass windows to allow the light to flow freely through the open plan areas. The open plan ground floor comprises a large lounge with a comfortable large L shaped sofa & TV, a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, well connected to the exterior areas via large sliding windows.

The outside spaces are well thought out and ideal for summer living. There is easy access to the large private pool via the roman steps in the corner. A large al-fresco dining area is covered with a shady pergola, cushioned sun loungers and parasols are provided for relaxing, and another comfortable seating group is located at the edge of the pool terrace. There is a BBQ and a table tennis table located to the side of the terrace.

Two of the bedrooms have private balconies, and the master bedroom on the top floor has its own private terrace furnished with sun loungers and a rattan ‘egg’ chair. There is also a separate roof terrace, with its own bar, and jacuzzi and offers the perfect place for a chilled sundowner whilst taking in the views.

Ground floor:

The ground floor comprises of a comfortable open plan living area with L shaped sofa, fully equipped kitchen/ dining area and a separate W/C.

The open plan living area contains a comfortable open plan living area with large L shaped sofa, flat screen TV, plus a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and bar stool seating.  A water cooler, fridge freezer, luxury wine fridge, Nespresso Coffee Machine, built in oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and cafetiere are also provided (the washing machine can be located in a cupboard under the stairs) There is a separate seating area to the side of the breakfast bar with swivel armchairs. Glass sliding doors lead out from the kitchen area onto the pool terrace.

There is also a cloak room and W/C on this level.

First floor:

Bedroom 1,2 & 3 – Stairs lead up to the first floor and large landing with a seating area.

On this level there are three bedrooms – two spacious doubles and a twin bedroom, all of which have their own ensuite shower rooms. Both double bedrooms have sea view private balconies, furnished with a table and chairs (bedroom 1 also has an egg chair on the balcony). The twin bedroom has an ensuite shower room with W/C.

 

Second floor: 

Bedroom 4 – The master bedroom suite occupies the whole of the top floor, with a double bed and en-suite shower room. The room has direct access to unforgettable sea views from the private furnished roof terrace, with its own sun loungers, and two comfortable rattan ‘egg’ chairs.

Roof terrace – has its own entrance (not connected to the master bedroom).

 

Outside Areas:

The outside spaces are well thought out and ideal for summer living.

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Greenwich, everything about it was perfect, it’s beautifully furnished, well maintained, had everything you would need with great attention to detail.

The views are extraordinary and just a £2.50 fare by taxi to the centre. Taxis are in abundance and the manager of the villa is so helpful, couldn’t have been better

Villa Mirage is a very welcome addition to our listings. This beautiful and stylishly presented 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa is in a peaceful and elevated position with panoramic views overlooking Kalkan and the bay. The villa has a fantastic infinity pool with jacuzzi section, spaces terraces and Kalkan’s Old Town is a 15 minute downhill walk. This superb detached fully air-conditioned villa has been very stylishly furnished by the owners who use the villa as their winter home.

Ground Floor:

The living area of the property is beautifully furnished an L-shaped sofa, 42” LCD satellite TV, DVD player and sound system.  The well-equipped kitchen features granite work surfaces, island unit and Siemens appliances, including dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer. Adjacent to the ground floor cloakroom, is a laundry room with washer/dryer and sink.  

First Floor:

The four bedrooms are configured as follows:

Three bedrooms with a king-sized bed and a private balcony. Each of these rooms has a marbled en-suite bath/shower room with walk-in shower (one bathroom also has a bath).

One twin bedded room, with a private balcony and en-suite shower room featuring a walk-in shower.

Outside Areas:

Jacuzzi that overflows into a private infinity pool. This can be heated at certain times of the year (additional costs may apply – please ask for details at the time of booking). The spacious marble pool terrace is furnished with sun-loungers and parasols, comfortable sofa seating with coffee table, plus a BBQ and table and chairs for al-fresco dining for 8 guests. Welcome shade is provided by the unique roof design. 

 

The centre of Kalkan village is a 15 minute walk away – this is downhill all the way, so bear in mind, it’s uphill on the way back so a taxi home is a good idea.

It is spacious and well fitted out, tastefully furnished with wonderful views.

The outside furniture is good quality with lots of options for sun or shade. We enjoyed the table tennis table too.

Villa Safran is situated on the Kalamar Road, just past Café Vita, Villa Safran County is a detached villa with an imposing entrance. A high walled garden for privacy, automatic controlled garage door and intercom entry system greets you, and once inside there are a few steps down into the grounds of the villa itself.  

Upon entering the property, the actual size of the Villa Safran County becomes apparent, with an opulent entrance hall which opens onto the split-level open plan living areas with high ceilings and a central aircon system.

Ground Floor:

Filled with natural light the kitchen with granite worktops is super equipped with modern luxuries you’d expect from a villa of this magnitude, incorporating an integrated electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, juicer, ice maker, kettle and UK toaster. A stylish feature is the kitchen island with built-in gas hob and includes seating for 10 people. There is also a large sliding glass door to the outside for easy access to the pergola covered dining terrace. 

A couple of steps down leads into the contemporary lounge area with a large comfortable L-shape sofa, armchairs and smart TV. Glass sliding doors maximise the view which looks out onto the luxurious pool terrace. 

Off the entrance hall the first stylish bedroom with en-suite can be found, this is a family room with 1 king and 1 single bed, perfect for anyone not wishing to climb stairs or with a young child and has a French balcony with a pool view. 

On this level there is a utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and a separate guest WC. 

Bedroom 1

All bedrooms share wonderful pool and sea views over Kalamar Bay.

Second Floor:

Stairs leads up to the second floor where sliding doors lead out onto a large roof terrace which is well equipped with comfortable seating, a dining table and chairs, and 2 sunbeds with panoramic sea and Kalamar views.  

On this level the final spacious double en-suite bedroom can be found which features a jacuzzi bath on the balcony to take in the magnificent Kalamar Bay sea views.

Outside Area:

The generously proportioned elegant terrace with pool measuring 10 x 5.5m (1.6m deep) and jacuzzi is undoubtedly a key feature of this property. The jacuzzi seats 10 people and has walk-in roman steps and there are ladder steps at the other end of the pool, and an outdoor shower. 10 sunbeds adorn the pool with side tables and parasols, comfortable sofa seating and a swing seat.  

All the grounds are tastefully landscaped and at one end of the outdoor terrace there is a more private sunbathing area with curtains and 2 sunbeds. 

A large, covered pergola terrace equipped with lighting and a built-in bbq makes for the perfect alfresco dining experience and comfortably accommodates 10 people. 

There is a table tennis game for all the family to enjoy, and due to its size, luxury décor and amenities this jewel of a villa certainly makes for an unforgettable holiday. 

There is covered private parking for 1 car at the entrance to the property. (Some road noise may be heard from the pool terrace).
