Villa Gul is a stylishly presented 2 bedroom villa in an unbeatable location- just a stone’s throw from Kalkan’s Old Town. The villa can accommodate up to 4 guests, has a private pool, sauna, and 2 double en-suite bathrooms. The Villa:

Inside, there is a spacious open plan and modern kitchen, dining and living area. The sleek kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday.

There are two double bedrooms, configured as a master double and a twin bedroom. Each bedroom is en-suite, with the master bedroom having a fantastic jacuzzi bath, with views over the bay.

Each bedroom also has access out onto a balcony, from which there are views over the Old Town and bay. All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned.

In addition, Villa Gul has it’s very own sauna- a fantastic and unusual feature! The villa is ideal for couples or small families.

The nearest amenities are just 1 minute away, and the Old Town plus harbour are just a 3-5 minute walk. Therefore there is no need for a hire car or taxis at this property.

Outside Areas:

The villa has a pretty, enclosed courtyard style pool terrace with room for sun loungers and an alfresco dining area. There is also an outdoor shower. Although the villa is in a fantastic central location, the outside areas are secluded and peaceful.

Villa Gul was perfect for our 10 days in Kalkan, it was beautifully furnished, very comfortable, had everything we required and was ideally located in the heart of the old town.

The small pool and patio area were great , we were never bothered by noise.

We have just enjoyed a 10 day stay in Kalkan and our second time in Villa Gul.

I would highly recommend it, very close to the old town Centre, literally a 5 minute walk.

The villa is modern and spacious and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to self cater and there was a very substantial welcome pack on arrival.

The pool has recently been extended and is perfect for a dip to cool off. The balcony offers a fantastic view and for catching early evening sun.

We will definitely be back!

Lie back and relax in the infinity pool with the waterfall overflowing from the master suite infinity pool. Relax to the sounds of flowing water or gaze across the waterfall onto the seating area and pool bar beyond. If you are looking to hide from the midday sun, why not take yourself to the side garden and relax in the hammock with a good book.  For those who enjoy the heat, grab a bottle of water from the outdoor bar and relax in the unique swing structure while catching more of the sun’s rays. The outdoor sofas allow you to lie back next to the pool while enjoying some shade by pulling the canopy above you.

Socialise with friends and family in the outside entertaining area and bar which has stunning views of the waterfall and sea beyond.  The impressive marble bar has everything you need to create those sundown cocktails.  This beautifully lit bar is the perfect place to visit before heading into one of the towns amazing restaurants or lighting the BBQ for a meal on the terrace. You can make a delicious cocktail and take yourself to the outdoor seating area.  Whether it’s relaxing jazz or something upbeat you require, the outdoor sound system of Sonos speakers will not disappoint.

The outdoor entertaining area is a great space for those who still have some energy after a day by the pool or fancy some shade and activity from the afternoon sun. It consists of a pool table, table tennis and darts board. The outdoor dining area is a beautiful space for alfresco dining with stunning waterfall lights hanging above the table.

The villa’s stunning glass façade with stone walls is modern and sophisticated and provides the perfect balance between the interior and the exterior of the villa.  The quality continues inside with marble flooring and full glass walls that frame the breath-taking views of the sea, beach and town.  Serious wow factor is the glass enclosed staircase that connects all three floors.

Ground floor:

On the ground floor there is one en-suite double bedroom with fully fitted, bespoke wardrobes and makeup area.

The modern, spacious lounge is flooded with light by the walls of glass doors and looks out onto the expansive terrace and pool area.  The 75″ TV and surround sound makes it a beautiful space to enjoy a movie together.  This floor boasts a reading area with handcrafted chairs and coffee table.  The marble kitchen and breakfast bar consist of all the amenities needed while staying at Villa Lavaya.  The marble dining table seats 14 and is the perfect place if you want to eat indoors. At the rear, sliding doors open out onto the games area.

A WC is also provided on this level.

First floor:

On the first floor you will find two en-suite bedrooms, one double and one twin (can be made into double on request), with bespoke fitted wardrobes and dressing/make-up area.  Each bedroom has floor to ceiling glass doors which open up onto a large balcony with seating to enjoy the views of the water. 

A spacious master suite is meticulously designed with king-size bed, walk-in wardrobes and a luxurious bathroom where you can enjoy a relaxing Jacuzzi bath or a relaxing shower with sea views. But, the most incredible part of this master suite is the private Jacuzzi and plunge pool which sits on the terrace.  A unique waterfall cascades from this first floor pool into the expansive main infinity pool below.  Two large bamboo cushioned swings hang from the pergola and sit above the pool.  If you prefer a sun lounger, lie back in one of the two that sit in this beautiful pool overlooking the sea.

Second floor:

The second floor consists of a further en-suite bedroom with double bed, fitted bespoke wardrobes and dressing/makeup area.  What makes this bedroom so special is the 180* balcony.  The views from this floor are incredible at all times of the day and night.

Lower ground floor:

On the lower ground floor you will find a further en-suite bedroom with fitted wardrobes and dressing/makeup area. 

For those who like to stay fit while holidaying, the lower ground floor gym is the perfect place for you.  You will find all you need.

The new media room on this level will keep everyone happy, whether you want to watch a movie on the 65″ TV with surround sound, or play a game on the Xbox.  The bespoke lie-down TV bed enables this room to be used as a double bedroom (if required) and will keep you comfortable whatever you choose to do. There is a fridge in the room so you don’t need to go up to the main kitchen for drinks or snacks.  This room is also en-suite.

Outside:

The huge 15m saltwater infinity pool at Villa Lavaya can be heated if desired and has a shallow section to enable non-swimmers/children to enjoy the pool, yet is still deep enough for the full length to be used by swimmers. From the pool there are views to the right out to Mouse and Snake Islands, a view best appreciated at sunset when dramatic hues of oranges, pinks and purples illuminate the sky.
If you are looking to hide from the midday sun, the hammock in the side garden is an ideal spot to relax with a good book. For those who enjoy the heat, grab a chilled bottle of water from the outdoor bar and relax in the unique swing structure while catching the sun’s rays. The ​day beds next to the pool allow you to lie back and unwind to the sounds of water flowing from the master suite infinity pool above; the canopy can be extended to provide shade ​here ​if required.
The outdoor entertaining area with pool table, table tennis and darts board is a great space for those who still have some energy after a day by the pool, or fancy an afternoon activity shaded from the sun. Close by is a cushioned rattan seating area for spectators to sit and chill or just cool off with a refreshing drink.
To the other side of the entertaining area you will find a marble outside bar. Beautifully lit in the evening, the bar is equipped with everything you need to create a tempting sundown cocktail before lighting the stone BBQ for a meal on the terrace, or heading into town to visit one of Kalkan’s renowned restaurants. Whether it’s relaxing jazz or something upbeat you require, the outdoor sound system of Sonos speakers will not disappoint.
There is an alfresco dining area ideally situated between the kitchen and built-in stone BBQ, waterfall lights above the table create a magical ambience and a beautiful setting for evening dining.

Su Apartment is a lovely 2 bed duplex property located on the popular Emir complex, with sea views and large shared pool.  Just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre, the centrally located complex benefits from two large shared swimming pools. The largest of these is just a stone’s throw away from the apartment steps. The property is well maintained and in very good condition.

Accommodation:

Ground Floor

Open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The fully fitted kitchen contains a fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso Coffee Machine, kettle and toaster. A washing machine is located in a cupboard next to the kitchen.

The lounge area consists of two 3 seater sofas, coffee table and 43″ Smart TV. The dining area has a table and seating for 4 people.

Comfortable apartment in a superb position

We are probably biased as this was our 18th stay at the Su apartment. It is so convenient for the terrace and swimming pool just outside the door. The covered private patio has views across the pool to Kalkan Bay. Master bedroom is light and airy with a balcony ideal for sitting having a sundowner.

The Emir complex is ideally situated only 5-10mins from the old town, and there are several supermarkets nearby.

Jane, Elsie and Mimi from Lale Holiday rentals were all very helpful, including arranging transfers for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Su. The apartment is beautifully furnished and clean and has everything you need for your stay. The pool area has lovely comfortable sun loungers with stunning views of the town and was never too crowded.

It’s a 5-10 minute walk into the town or harbour with lots of choice of restaurants and bars so great location with no need for a taxi.

The onsite management team were very friendly and helpful and the booking experience with Lale was also superb.

We have visited this apartment every year for the past 16 years. It really is a home from home for us.

It is well appointed, on the popular Emir development and is in an ideal situation, with beautiful views out to sea, and close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

The balcony from the master bedroom is an ideal place for having a nightcap, and the ground floor terrace is a lovely spot to have breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Melissa Apartment is a tastefully decorated 2 bedroom duplex apartment with it’s own swimming pool and private roof terrace- making it feel more like a villa, but with the price tag of an apartment! Located close to the Thursday market, the apartment is within easy walking distance of all amenities and just a five minute walk to the centre of Kalkan.

Ground floor:

On the ground floor of the apartment there is a spacious master bedroom which has double doors open directly onto the pool terrace. The room is light and airy, air conditioned and is furnished with a double bed, bed side cabinets, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a mirror. The en-suite bathroom has a toilet, shower enclosure and sink unit.

First Floor:

A flight of stairs leads up to the living area and the twin bedroom. This twin bedroom is also air conditioned and furnished with twin beds, bedside tables and wardrobe. A side balcony offers sea views. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower unit, WC and sink. The open plan living area on this level is a good size, with a fully equipped modern kitchen and seating area with L-shaped sofa. Leading off the lounge is a covered balcony with dining table and chairs- the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the shade.

Outside areas:

Stairs lead from the first floor up to the roof level. Here there is a utility room with washing machine. A door leads out onto the private roof terrace from which there are spectacular sea and mountain views. A pergola gives shade throughout the day- making it the ideal place to relax and enjoy the views day or night.

Outside, the apartment has it’s own 7m x 4m private pool, surrounded by sunbathing terraces and pretty gardens. The terrace is equipped with 4 rattan sun loungers and a gas BBQ is provided for guests. The apartment is accessed off the main road through a gated entrance and down a small flight of steps- making the outside spaces very secure and private.

This apartment is a real gem of a place. It’s more like a villa than an apartment, it has so much room. It is beautifully kept with the pool and patio area cleaned everyday. The pool is a lovely size and very welcome on a hot day. Internally, the bedrooms are furnished with lovely comfortable beds and excellent showers with adequate room for clothes – the only thing missing for me in the bedroom was a chair to sit at the dressing table to do hair and makeup. We took one off the balcony so all was ok. Lovely sitting room with a great modern kitchen, only thing missing here for me was a microwave. On the few wet days we had takeaways delivered and they could have done with a boost in a microwave but it’s not a show stopper. We loved the upper terrace and spent many hours up there, the furniture is very comfortable and the views are fabulous. Again one thing I think would enhance this is a fridge to keep drinks and ice in instead of having to go down to the kitchen. Melissa is very well appointed to walk into town Migros is just down the road and the wonderful Coriander restaurant is also very nearby. I would recommend this place to anyone the owners are fantastic and a shout out to Jane and her staff who manage the villas. Oh and lastly the fresh bread that is delivered is a lovely touch. Thank you Sharon and Rami for allowing us to rent your beautiful apartment, we hope to be back in the future.

Melissa apartment is not an apartment, it’s a good sized semidetached villa. Great pool, loads of room on the many balconies. A little noisy at times as your close to the school. Overall a good stay. Would recommend Melissa apartment to anyone.

Beautiful apartment, conveniently located within the village, steps to a multitude of excellent restaurants and shops.

It was clean and beautifully laid out with a terrace and pool, all mod cons.

The hosts were lovely, helpful, and readily available to answer any questions.

A few thoughtful extras which were a nice surprise.

I was there with my two teenage children and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Melissa Apartment: Everything seen in the advertisement about the house was exactly as described, even more.

When we entered the house, even something for breakfast was left for us, considering that we arrived by road after a long journey.

The views from the house were great, the cleaning of the house perfect and when we encountered any problem, it was resolved extremely fast.

For example, on the second day we entered the house, the water was cut off. Although the water in the tank was finished, Ramazan brought water in a tanker in a very short time, perhaps not taking an hour, and he solved our problem immediately.

There is a lot of thought and attention to detail, there was even a small portable cold box for snacks to take with you to the beach.

The size and depth of the swimming pool were good and it was extremely clean.

If I were to go to Kalkan again, I would definitely choose this place, which has excellent views, is perfectly maintained and a great location, and I would definitely recommend it to those who want to stay.

The kitchen was fully remodelled and installed in March 2023. Stunning apartment - inside and out

We have been to Kalkan many times and this apartment is perfectly located to be far away enough from the noise of the centre but close enough to be a short walk in.

The view is just breath-taking, lots to see during the day whilst the boats sail in and out of harbour and beautiful by night with the lights.

Very well provisioned, we had everything we needed during our stay and more. Very glad of the upstairs loo, as we couldn’t quite pluck up the courage to use the main en suite bathroom, which is pretty much on view with the glass partition.

Good supermarket within a few minutes walk.

Lots and lots of towels provided, plenty of spaces for everyone to relax.

Sea Esta Su Apartment is situated in a small development of five apartments close to restaurants, the beach and shopping which are just an easy 7 minute walk to Kalkan’s picturesque old town. 

Ground floor:

The spacious open plan living area has contemporary style décor and furnishings and is further enhanced with original art pieces. The kitchen is fully equipped with integral oven, hob and dishwasher. There is also a large fridge freezer and kettle. 

Full length sliding doors open on to the large private pool terrace where you will find ample sun loungers and a shaded dining area.

A guest cloakroom is also provided on this level.

Lower ground floor:

A staircase will take you to the lower ground floor where there are three en-suite bedrooms and a furnished terrace garden accessed by bedrooms.

The spacious bright master bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobe and dressing table under a large mirror. The second bedroom is also bright and spacious with twin beds. The third bedroom is a double.

All bathrooms are beautifully finished with walk in high pressure showers.

The soft ambient LED lighting throughout the apartment will further help you relax during your stay.

Outside areas:

The apartment benefits from having a spacious pool terrace with large pool. The terrace is furnished with ample sun loungers and a shaded dining area for al-fresco dining. An added bonus is the garden terrace which is accessed by the bedrooms. This is a peaceful retreat and is an ideal spot for reading a book and relaxing. The pool is serviced daily and fresh bread can be delivered by the pool man on request.

We have just returned from Kalkan staying at Sea Esta Su. What a beautiful apartment with a very inviting size pool. This apartment has everything you need for your stay. The walk to town is a nice 10 mins easy walk, however coming back there’s a couple of hills.

The town is very nice with plenty of shops and the roof top restaurants are just amazing.

We all enjoyed our stay here and will return to Kalkan.

Villa Mirage is in an elevated position overlooking Kalkan and the bay. 

This detached fully air-conditioned villa has been very stylishly furnished by the owners who use the villa as their winter home. Villa Mirage also features an attractive outdoor Jacuzzi that overflows into a private infinity pool. This can be heated at certain times of the year (additional costs may apply – please ask for details at the time of booking). 

 

The spacious marble pool terrace is furnished with sun-loungers and parasols, comfortable sofa seating with coffee table, plus a BBQ and table and chairs for al-fresco dining for 8 guests. Welcome shade is provided by the unique roof design. 

 

The living area of the property is beautifully furnished an L-shaped sofa, 42” LCD satellite TV, DVD player and sound system. 

 

The well-equipped kitchen features granite work surfaces, island unit and Siemens appliances, including dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer. 

 

Adjacent to the ground floor cloakroom, is a laundry room with washer/dryer and sink. 

 

The four bedrooms are configured as follows: 

 

Three bedrooms with a king-sized bed and a private balcony. Each of these rooms has a marbled en-suite bath/shower room with walk-in shower (one bathroom also has a bath).

The centre of Kalkan village is a 15-minute walk away – this is downhill all the way, so bear in mind, it’s uphill on the way back so a taxi home is a good idea.

It is spacious and well fitted out, tastefully furnished with wonderful views.

The outside furniture is good quality with lots of options for sun or shade. We enjoyed the table tennis table too.

We would stay again and our friends have already rebooked to bring family out next year.”

The ground floor has an open plan living space with a large corner style sofa, smart tv, and fireplace. Sliding glass doors from here lead directly out to the pool terrace.
The kitchen area is bright and modern fully furnished with fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster.
A Double bedroom opening onto poolside with separate shower room, is also located on this level.

The top floor has a wonderful roof terrace with a shaded dining area, BBQ and comfortable seating, the ideal place to relax and watch the sun go down while admiring the splendid sea and mountain views over Kalkan.

Outside Areas

The good-sized pool is approx. 6m x 4m. around the terrace you will find sun loungers and a comfy seating area with table and BBQ. For the more energetic under the pool is a table tennis room.

The garden area has a lovely mature trees and shrubbery plus shaded seating.

For beach days, Indigo & Cakil Beach Clubs are around an 5-minute walk, while Kalkan harbour (approximately 10 minutes away) offers water taxis to beach clubs across the bay, including Palm & Zest Beach Clubs  

 

The Accommodation 

The accommodation is arranged over two main floors, with a spacious roof terrace above, offering bright, well-proportioned living spaces suited to families or small groups. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout, with ceiling fans in all main rooms providing an additional cooling option. 

Ground Floor – Living Space & Kitchen 
The open-plan living area is split-level and well designed, with a comfortable lounge, indoor dining space, and a modern kitchen. 

The kitchen is finished with Corian work surfaces and high-quality integrated appliances, including oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and coffee machine. A sliding door leads directly out to the al fresco dining terrace and BBQ area. 

The living area offers comfortable seating and opens onto the pool terrace via double doors, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow.  

Also on this level is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and separate WC, ideal for guests preferring fewer stairs.

A really perfect Villa.

Cool inside, hot outside.

Lovely kitchen, big comfy lounge with games and videos galore.

Big bedrooms with loads of storage and mirrors.

Roof terrace is luxurious, had a great BBQ one night and sat up there for cocktails and games every evening.

Well positioned for beautiful Kalkan. A trip to Zest Beach Club is a treat.

Any Villa issues are sorted immediately.

Transfers were well organised, on time and comfy.

All arrangements from start to finish were efficient.

Great location, Villa and service.

This was our first visit to Turkey but it won’t be our last.

Spacious, modern and very well equipped

Villa Amelia is a spacious, modern, very well equipped villa just a few minutes walk from the old town of Kalkan, ideal for a family holiday. We stayed here for a week in August with our daughter and grand children who thoroughly enjoyed the villa and all of the amenities it had to offer. The main kitchen on the ground floor leads out onto the pool area but there is a further kitchen and dining area on the roof which makes a wonderful setting for dining in the evening. There is lots of outside space with a private pool and garden.
