The pool and its surroundings are wonderful.

The apartment is located on a hill, but we didn’t mind.

The apartment has its own private entrance on the ground floor.

Accommodation:

The property is on a complex comprising of 6 apartments, all of which have sea views and use of a large communal swimming pool. Guests staying at the property also have the benefit of their own private plunge pool. The apartment is furnished in a contemporary style, fully air-conditioned and has WiFi internet access, a satellite TV with English channels and Netflix and a DVD player.

Ground Floor:

Two high quality bedrooms, each with their own interior design style. The accommodation is arranged over one level with one double and one twin bedroom and two fully tiled shower rooms with a W/C. The open plan living space comprises of a fully equipped kitchen consisting of oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine and iron and dining area.  The lounge a comfortable sofa and coffee table and from here has access to a furnished private terrace and plunge pool.

Bedrooms:

Two high quality bedrooms, each with their own interior design style. The accommodation is arranged over one level with one double and one twin bedroom and two fully tiled shower rooms with a W/C.

The master bedroom is located at the front of the apartment and has views over the private plunge pool.

Outside area:

Private plunge pool and furnished private terrace.  Communal pool.

Apartment Anna is close to a direct pathway to the beach and harbour, 2 minutes’ walk to restaurants and just 3 minutes’ walk to a supermarket.

Prime location! Excellent location and just a 5 min walk to the beach, harbour and everything the Old town has to offer.

Lovely well set out apartment with its own private terrace and plunge pool offering perfect peace and quiet.

The extensive sundeck is well furnished and it feels like the communal pool is your own private pool.

Great stay in a wonderful resort.

Leto Townhouse is a luxurious home from home, in a fantastic location- just a 2 minute walk from Kalkan’s bustling Old Town. The townhouse has a beautiful secluded courtyard garden and a private pool- perfect for cooling off in.

Ground floor:

On entering Leto Townhouse, there is a beautiful, spacious open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen set to the rear. The kitchen features all high end modern appliances, beautiful marble work tops and has an island unit with bar stools. Should you wish to whip up a quick breakfast, light lunch or even full evening meal- the kitchen is stocked with everything you should need. A door leads off the kitchen out to the beautifully secluded private courtyard. The perfect spot for escaping the heat of the day, the courtyard is furnished with sun loungers, comfortable seating and an outdoor dining table with chairs. There is also a traditional stone built BBQ here- perfect those lazy, balmy summer evenings.

The living room at Leto Townhouse is very spacious, furnished with a high-end corner sofa, flatscreen TV, DVD player and portable speaker. Wi-Fi is also provided.

First floor:

Marble stairs lead up to the first floor of Leto Townhouse where there are three stylish en-suite bedrooms. To the rear of the townhouse is the twin bedroom, with en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a large private balcony which looks over the courtyard below.

To the front of the townhouse are two double en-suite bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms has double wardrobes, bed side cabinets and huge super King- sized luxury beds. The two bedrooms share a very spacious south facing balcony, furnished with a seating set and two further sun loungers

Outdoor areas:

A door leads off the kitchen out to the beautifully secluded private courtyard. The perfect spot for escaping the heat of the day, the courtyard is furnished with sun loungers, comfortable seating and an outdoor dining table with chairs. There is also a traditional stone built BBQ here- perfect those lazy, balmy summer evenings.

Double patio doors open off the living area out onto the south facing pool terrace. Here, there is a small but perfectly formed plunge pool- a must for cooling off in during the hot summer months. The terrace is furnished with four high quality aluminium sun loungers and features pretty Mediterranean shrubbery.

The townhouse is located on a quiet residential side street, yet is only a 2 minute walk from the Old Town and many, many amenities. There are only a small number of steps leading to the entrance of the property, which along with its central location, make it an ideal property for those with mobility issues.

Villa Lavaya is a palatial villa with its unique layout, design features and highly enviable location, has just undergone extensive renovation.  Lavaya is a contemporary and extremely spacious 6 (or possibly 7*) bedroom villa, with a fantastic master suite Jacuzzi, plunge pool and waterfall flowing into the vast infinity pool. From its luxury amenities to its high-end designer finish, there are so many elements that make this villa stand out.

Lie back and relax in the infinity pool with the waterfall overflowing from the master suite infinity pool. Relax to the sounds of flowing water or gaze across the waterfall onto the seating area and pool bar beyond. If you are looking to hide from the midday sun, why not take yourself to the side garden and relax in the hammock with a good book.  For those who enjoy the heat, grab a bottle of water from the outdoor bar and relax in the unique swing structure while catching more of the sun’s rays. The outdoor sofas allow you to lie back next to the pool while enjoying some shade by pulling the canopy above you.

Socialise with friends and family in the outside entertaining area and bar which has stunning views of the waterfall and sea beyond.  The impressive marble bar has everything you need to create those sundown cocktails.  This beautifully lit bar is the perfect place to visit before heading into one of the towns amazing restaurants or lighting the BBQ for a meal on the terrace. You can make a delicious cocktail and take yourself to the outdoor seating area.  Whether it’s relaxing jazz or something upbeat you require, the outdoor sound system of Sonos speakers will not disappoint.

The outdoor entertaining area is a great space for those who still have some energy after a day by the pool or fancy some shade and activity from the afternoon sun. It consists of a pool table, table tennis and darts board. The outdoor dining area is a beautiful space for alfresco dining with stunning waterfall lights hanging above the table.

The villa’s stunning glass façade with stone walls is modern and sophisticated and provides the perfect balance between the interior and the exterior of the villa.  The quality continues inside with marble flooring and full glass walls that frame the breath-taking views of the sea, beach and town.  Serious wow factor is the glass enclosed staircase that connects all three floors.

Ground floor:

On the ground floor there is one en-suite double bedroom with fully fitted, bespoke wardrobes and makeup area.

The modern, spacious lounge is flooded with light by the walls of glass doors and looks out onto the expansive terrace and pool area.  The 75″ TV and surround sound makes it a beautiful space to enjoy a movie together.  This floor boasts a reading area with handcrafted chairs and coffee table.  The marble kitchen and breakfast bar consist of all the amenities needed while staying at Villa Lavaya.  The marble dining table seats 14 and is the perfect place if you want to eat indoors. At the rear, sliding doors open out onto the games area.

A WC is also provided on this level.

First floor:

On the first floor you will find two en-suite bedrooms, one double and one twin (can be made into double on request), with bespoke fitted wardrobes and dressing/make-up area.  Each bedroom has floor to ceiling glass doors which open up onto a large balcony with seating to enjoy the views of the water. 

A spacious master suite is meticulously designed with king-size bed, walk-in wardrobes and a luxurious bathroom where you can enjoy a relaxing Jacuzzi bath or a relaxing shower with sea views. But, the most incredible part of this master suite is the private Jacuzzi and plunge pool which sits on the terrace.  A unique waterfall cascades from this first floor pool into the expansive main infinity pool below.  Two large bamboo cushioned swings hang from the pergola and sit above the pool.  If you prefer a sun lounger, lie back in one of the two that sit in this beautiful pool overlooking the sea.

Second floor:

The second floor consists of a further en-suite bedroom with double bed, fitted bespoke wardrobes and dressing/makeup area.  What makes this bedroom so special is the 180* balcony.  The views from this floor are incredible at all times of the day and night.

Lower ground floor:

On the lower ground floor you will find a further en-suite bedroom with fitted wardrobes and dressing/makeup area. 

For those who like to stay fit while holidaying, the lower ground floor gym is the perfect place for you.  You will find all you need.

The new media room on this level will keep everyone happy, whether you want to watch a movie on the 65″ TV with surround sound, or play a game on the Xbox.  The bespoke lie-down TV bed enables this room to be used as a double bedroom (if required) and will keep you comfortable whatever you choose to do. There is a fridge in the room so you don’t need to go up to the main kitchen for drinks or snacks.  This room is also en-suite.

  • The villa has IPTV for sports and movies plus UK TV channels

  • *The 13th and 14th guests (if applicable) will be accommodated on the double sofa bed in the media room – this is suitable for older children or young teens, but not suitable for adults (this room does have an en-suite shower room)
  • Although the lower ground level is within the secure perimeter of the property, it is separately accessed from the main part of the house, so it would not be suitable to accommodate unaccompanied young children
  • Pool heating is available at this villa – extra costs apply.  This must be pre-booked at least 7 days in advance and pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking

Blueberry 2 apartment in Kalkan is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom split level apartment with very good outside space and own infinity pool with partial sea view. The pool and terrace attracts sun all day long and is a lovely spacious area that not many apartments have. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has complimentary wifi. Migros Supermarket is opposite the apartment, with eateries, banks and shops around the corner, and the Old Town and Harbour only a short stroll away.

Living Area 

The apartment is up a short flight of steps on the outside (about 7). Inside there is the open plan split level lounge and kitchen. The lounge is spacious and opens out onto the poolside. The kitchen is modern with a table and 4 chairs, plus it has a small balcony with table and 2 chairs for a quick coffee (or glass of wine). There is a shower room off the lounge.

Bedrooms 

To the other side of the lounge is the second shower room and both bedrooms. The twin bedroom has floor to ceiling glass doors with direct access to the poolside. The double bedroom is up 2 steps and has its own balcony with table and 2 chairs.

Bedroom 1 – Double room fully air-conditioned.

Bedroom 2 – Twin room fully air-conditioned.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 – Shower room off the lounge.

Bathroom 2 – Shower room between both bedrooms.

Outdoors 

Blueberry 2 has its own infinity pool, which is roughly 6m x 3m and surrounded by plenty of sunbathing terraces. There are 4 sunbeds, a BBQ, comfy sofa and coffee table plus a dining table and 4 chairs, and 2 parasols.

A truly stunning light, bright and contemporary 3 bed duplex apartment in one of Kalkan's most sought after locations, just a 5 minute walk on the flat to the town centre and Old Town. Tulip has been recently renovated, bringing the accommodation up to a high, luxury standard. Inside the accommodation is spacious, and all the bedrooms are ensuite. The star of the show though is the large roof terrace, with it's own jacuzzi pool and great sea views. Overall, Tulip is an exceptional property at an affordable price tag.

This beautiful contemporary style apartment is in a prime, super central location, close to the Likya Residence and within a 5 minute walk to the town. The apartment has been finished with high quality fittings and fixtures, throughout, features a rooftop plunge pool with great views, and many luxury touches
 
The layout of the apartment is as follows
 

Lower level:

 
There are 3 double bedrooms on this floor of the apartment; each bedroom has sea views and an en-suite shower room (the master bedroom also has a Jacuzzi bath).
 
Upper level:
 
Floor to ceiling windows either side of bifold doors connect the open plan living area with fabulous sea and mountain views and make the space in this area light and bright.
 
The lounge area is furnished with a sofa and armchair, plus a coffee and occasional tables, and a large flat screen TV  (with English speaking channels) There is also an ipod dock, bluetooth speaker and CD/DVD player
 
The kitchen was fully remodelled and installed in March 2023. This offers a contemporary cooking and dining experience with an integrated water cooler, drinks fridge, induction hob, Quooker tap, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and coffee machine along with all the usual kitchen equipment. A long preparation and dining counter with bar stools provides an abundance of preparation and eating space.
 
Also on the upper floor is a separate WC.
 
Outside the Apartment:
 
The newly fitted plunge pool on the villa’s roof terrace offers integrated seating, Jacuzzi jets and lighting. The views to the sea and mountains are spectacular. One side of the terrace has a shaded seating area. The other has  sunloungers, beanbags and a BBQ. 
 
The front terrace has further sunloungers, plus a dining table and chairs.

Stunning apartment - inside and out

We have been to Kalkan many times and this apartment is perfectly located to be far away enough from the noise of the centre but close enough to be a short walk in.

The view is just breath-taking, lots to see during the day whilst the boats sail in and out of harbour and beautiful by night with the lights.

Very well provisioned, we had everything we needed during our stay and more. Very glad of the upstairs loo, as we couldn’t quite pluck up the courage to use the main en suite bathroom, which is pretty much on view with the glass partition.

Good supermarket within a few minutes walk.

Lots and lots of towels provided, plenty of spaces for everyone to relax.

Yesim Apartment is a beautiful and stylish penthouse apartment in a fantastic location- just a 2 minute walk from the Old Town. It has a private plunge pool and beautiful unobscured sea views.

Lower floor:

On the entry level of the apartment, there are three stylish en-suite bedrooms. To the rear of the townhouse is the twin bedroom, with en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a large private balcony which looks over the courtyard below.

To the front of the townhouse are two double en-suite bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms has double wardrobes, bed side cabinets and huge super King- sized luxury beds. The two bedrooms have patio doors opening out onto a very spacious, shared south facing balcony. The balcony is furnished with a seating set and two sun loungers.

Upper floor:

Marble stairs lead up to the first floor where there is an bright and airy open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all white goods and the living area comfortably furnished a stylish corner sofa. Floor to ceiling double patio doors lead out onto the roof terrace. There is also a separate WC on this level.

Outside areas:

The roof terrace is furnished with sun loungers and a fantastic plunge pool- the perfect place to cool off. There are beautiful, sweeping sea views from the roof terrace. Each bedroom also has either a private balcony, or a large shared balcony.

The apartment is within a stone’s throw of Kalkan’s Old Town, its fantastic restaurants. shops, cafes and bars.

We had an amazing stay at the Yesim apartment in Kalkan – the apartment was stunning, with an amazing view and immaculate from head to toe.

Bedrooms are of a good size, and the kitchen/living area is very modern and spacious.

We loved the terrace and small pool to cool down when the weather was particularly hot also.

Jane, the host, had also been kind enough to leave us some supplies such as bread and drinks for our arrival.

The apartment was amazing – spotless and had everything you needed.

The location was perfect – close to all amenities.

Kalkan is definitely somewhere we will return to – in fact we will be booking again for next year.

Absolutely loved Yesim Apartment and it quickly felt like home. The rooftop pool and views are the main attraction of this place and they did not disappoint!

The location is fantastic. So easy to get to all the restaurants and shops, whilst still being very peaceful during the day.

Pleasant surprise to find bread, jam, juice, milk, biscuits, and water on arrival. Thank you.

Kitchen was well equipped with decent appliances. The water cooler was a saviour. Huge TV with smart apps – great for streaming music whilst in the pool!

There were just two of us staying so we had plenty of room. I’m not sure it would be particularly comfortable with any more than four people as the outside space is limited (but beautiful all the same). Great to have an ensuite shower room in each bedroom as well as a fourth shower room upstairs!

The apartment was very clean and well presented on arrival.

Cannot fault the service we received from Lale Homes. Always prompt to reply and the transfer service provided was fantastic. We struggled with the lack of shade on the terrace and a lovely lady called Tracy came round the next working day after I emailed them to assess the situation and provided an umbrella within a couple of hours! Thank you so much Tracy.

Overall, beautiful and homely apartment with a fantastic private pool, stunning views, and great central location. I would definitely book again if I ever come back to Kalkan.

Blueberry 3 apartment is a luxury 3 bedroom duplex in central Kalkan with its own private pool. Migros Supermarket is opposite, with eateries, banks and shops around the corner, and very convenient for Kalkan traditions of the Thursday market, or walking down into the Old Town & Harbour areas.

Ground Floor 

On this level is the twin bedroom, double bedroom and separate shower room with stairs to the upper floor.

First Floor 

The upper floor has a further shower room and master double bedroom with sloping roof.

This upper level incorporates a modern open-plan living & kitchen area. The lounge has a large comfortable L-shaped sofa, flat-screen TV and coffee table.
The kitchen has all the modern appliances you would expect, including oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. It also has a breakfast bar style dining table with 6 bar stools.
Both areas are flooded with light from floor to ceiling windows/doors which fill the entire width of the apartments living space. Additionally, the entire apartment has air-conditioning and complimentary wi-fi.

Although the apartment is at the top of the building, due to the slope of the land there are around 10 steps only to the apartment door, making it a very convenient ‘penthouse’ apartment.

This was our third stay in Blueberry 3.

We love this penthouse apartment which is very spacious and in a great location across from the Coriander restaurant and the local Thursday Market.

Lots of lovely places to eat on your doorstep and a 10 minute stroll into the old town.

Can’t recommend Jane and the Team highly enough.

They sort everything out for you to enjoy your holiday without the stress.

Myself and my friends stayed in this beautiful apartment in May 2022. It is an absolutely stunning property which is situated across from the Thursday market and only a 10 minute walk into Kalkan Old Town with plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes all around. Supermarkets are only a short walk too. The property was very spacious, modern and has all the facilities you need for a wonderful stay. The pool is amazing for a cool dip and plenty of sunbeds. As it is a penthouse the views over Kalkan are amazing. I would highly recommend this property for your next stay in beautiful Kalkan. It has everything you could possibly want. We will be returning this year for sure. Thanks to Jane and all the management for making out stay so special.

Just returned from a week here and it was truly amazing. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable and spotlessly clean with everything you need and more. Even before arriving ellie the owner was so helpful so we had no worries. The views are amazing. The terrace with plunge pool relaxing and actually pool bigger than it looks in pics. Sunbeds comfortable and clean. The pics are accurate and don’t exaggerate the size and space of this apartment. Town is walkable in and probably back in cooler weather but taxis are cheap. I honestly can’t praise this apartment enough and would definitely return . Thank you for a wonderful week 5/5

'Fantastic Apartment with all mod-cons - 5/5'

Stayed here for 1 week early June and found the apartment was very well equipped. The sun terrace was excellent and the plunge pool was just what you needed while basking in the sun. We stayed here with friends, there was plenty of room for 6 adults, although there was only 4 of us. The apartment is a 20-25 min min walk from the centre and a 10 min walk from the nearest supermarket. Kalkan is built on a very steep hill so, no high heels ladies, taxi back to the apartment is about £1.20 so nothing at all. Overall we had an excellent stay.

Yasameen Penthouse Apartment is a beautiful 3 bed penthouse duplex apartment with private roof top plunge pool. Ideally located in a peaceful area within a 5 minute leisurely stroll of Kalkan town centre.  Modern and contemporary in design, the property is furnished & decorated to a very high standard with stunning sea views and a lovely outside terrace. The complex is in a peaceful location yet only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Kalkan with many shops and amenities just a few minutes away.

 

Entrance:

Up two flights of stairs and entering on the ground floor, there are three good sized bedrooms, two doubles and one twin.  The Master bedroom is exceptionally spacious, has a beautiful en suite bathroom and access out onto a large private balcony with sea views. King size bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables. 

The second bedroom is a double, also generously proportioned with a balcony and sea views. Wardrobe and dressing table.

The third bedroom, configured as a twin is also on this floor. 

These two bedrooms share a stylish family bathroom with shower unit, wc and vanity unit with sink.  

 

First Floor: 

Marble steps lead up to the open plan living area with a good size fully fitted kitchen with granite counter tops & breakfast bar The living are has been designed to maximise the beautiful views, with floor to ceiling glass doors opening directly out onto the wrap around terrace.  The area comprises of a living area, dining area, cloakroom and kitchen.  The kitchen is very well equipped with high end appliances and is contemporary in style with white gloss units and black granite work surfaces, and houses a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and kettle. The lounge is comfortably furnished with an extra large L shaped sofa and flat screen TV.

 

Outside Areas:

In addition to the two private bedroom balconies, the large wrap around balcony and plunge pool on the upper level offers stunning uninterrupted views out over Kalkan Bay and harbour, and also the beautiful olive groves surrounding the property.  The balcony houses sun loungers and umbrellas, and a BBQ. The beautiful plunge pool is a good size (Length 6.00mt x Width 3.50mt x Depth 0.90mt).
