Location – Elevated Central Position, Walk to Old Town & Harbour

Villa Dalkiran enjoys an elevated setting within easy reach of Kalkan Old Town. The downhill walk to the harbour, rooftop restaurants, beach clubs and boutiques takes under ten minutes, making this an excellent option for guests who value being close to amenities without sacrificing views.

The return journey can be taken at a relaxed pace or by inexpensive local taxi in the evenings.

A shaded private parking area with space for cars or motorbikes is available at the villa — a valuable and practical feature in this central part of Kalkan.

The Accommodation

First Floor – Three En-Suite Bedrooms with Private Balconies

The villa is accessed through an entrance gate located at the side of the property.

Upon entering, you’ll find the well-equipped kitchen immediately to your right, complete with a dining table that seats 6 comfortably. The kitchen features modern appliances, including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, built-in microwave, electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, kettle, and toaster. Sliding doors conveniently open to the pool terrace.

This level houses two double bedrooms. Set over four floors, it offers stunning sea views from most floors, a large private pool (which can be heated) a stylish dining terrace, and a panoramic roof terrace. Beautifully furnished & decorated throughout, it’s the ideal villa for families or groups seeking a peaceful yet sophisticated getaway

Access to the villa – there is an off-road parking space at the front of the villa. From this, there are gated steps which lead down through a charming front garden filled with a variety of plants and trees to the front door.

Accommodation

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor (entrance level)

The front door of Villa Jibreel opens directly into a welcoming hallway and lounge area. To the right, the stylish lounge features floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that frame the sea views and fill the space with natural light. Comfortably furnished with two sofas, two armchairs, coffee tables, and a pouffe, it’s a perfect space to relax.

Entertainment is taken care of with a 4K smart TV equipped with a Firestick, giving guests access to international channels, Netflix, and YouTube. A small balcony off the front of the lounge provides a charming spot to enjoy a morning coffee at the bistro-style table and chairs.

To the side, another set of sliding doors leads out to the spacious dining terrace, where a large marble-topped table seats 10 guests—ideal for al fresco dining with a view. Shade is provided for this area by the pergola above the dining terrace.

A convenient WC with sink is also located just off the lounge area.

The separate kitchen, located behind the lounge/hallway, also opens onto the dining terrace through French windows. The spacious freshwater pool features a graduated depth and Roman steps in the corner, providing easy access for all ages. Around the pool, you’ll find 10 sunbeds, perfect for soaking up the sun, as well as a shaded lounge area furnished with comfortable sofas, armchairs, and a coffee table—ideal for relaxing out of the midday heat. Guests can enjoy a game of table football, refresh under the outdoor shower, or cook up a feast on the free standing BBQ. Pool heating*is also available, if required, during the cooler months ( * a separate charge applies for this)

Traditional stone walls and pretty decorative panels provide a sense of privacy, while mature plants and trees in the surrounding flower beds add a lush, tranquil feel. Stone steps lead up from the pool terrace to the villa’s main entrance.

A very attractive, contemporary design 4 bed villa, with 4 ensuite bathrooms, and a large private swimming pool and a wonderful roof terrace. Marina is set in a peaceful location near olive groves just off the Kalamar Road, but within a few minutes walk of great local amenities (restaurants, bars, supermarkets) The walk time into the town centre is approx 15 mins on the flat, and it also has easy access to the beach clubs in beautiful Kalamar Bay

Villa Marina is a large, family friendly villa for 8 people. There is plenty of space both inside and out. Plenty of sun-loungers, comfy chairs and space around and a large swimming pool. This is a great villa with olive trees to the side. Fully air-conditioned throughout.

Ground Floor:

Open plan and spacious. Just inside the entrance is a full shower room, which is bathroom number 5. There’s a further table and chairs inside should you need it, separating the lounge from the kitchen which is modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave. The washing machine is in a cupboard under the stairs. From the lounge there is access to the poolside.

First Floor:

On the first floor are 2 twin en-suite bedrooms and a large king-size en-suite. All three have balconies with the twin rooms having side balconies overlooking the olive groves.

Top Floor:

The master en-suite bedroom on the top floor is large, with a TV (mainly Turkish channels) and comfy seating area. You also have direct access to the furnished roof terrace which has views of Kalamar Bay.

There is also separate access to the roof terrace without going through the bedroom.

This is such a beautiful spacious villa in a great location.

We were greeted with a lovely welcome pack and a visit from the owner himself who brought us fresh bread.

There is a lovely area around the pool. We found the walk into Kalkan a little long in the heat, but taxi’s were readily available.

The villa is immaculate throughout, and the bedrooms perfect for our families.

We would definitely visit again.

A beautiful 4 bedroom villa with the perfect bedroom configuration for the family (2 large kingsize and 2 twin). The property was fully prepared for us, clean and tidy and fully equipped with the great additions of games, which the family enjoyed. The outside area was large and the BBQ used almost daily. The roof terrace is very spacious, with lovely mountain and Kalkan views. The centre is a genuine 20 minute leisurely walk. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday, we were sorry to leave.

Villa Manila – is a recently renovated, exceptionally large 4 bedroom villa offers superb design throughout with fabulous outdoor space with some of the best sea views in Kalkan. The villa has been carefully thought out style and design wise, including many unique custom designs, and a relaxing, contemporary colour palette has been, along with tasteful artwork. Located in a peaceful and elevated location above Kalamar Bay, the villa offers truly outstanding views from all levels.

Five en-suite generously sized bedrooms in total, three of which are on the first floor with a master suite on the top floor penthouse level, with walk in wardrobes/dressing areas, all with stunning en-suite wet rooms . All of the bedrooms are generously proportioned and have spectacular views.

Outdoor spaces – Ground ﬂoor outside pool terrace area with a stunning emerald tiled infinity-edged pool with shade pool for kids and ınternal jacuzzi pool, plus an outdoor kitchen & bar with shady pergola, and a top of the range builded BBQ. Pool terrace furnished with a unique large Balinese style swing daybed. Kalkan harbour and Kalamar bay sea views from the main pool terrace.

At the back of the villa is a unique and truly beautiful courtyard garden. There is pool table, bar and table tennis table in this courtyard area. The penthouse level has its own private roof terrace with outdoor bar and own relaxing daybed.

Ground ﬂoor:

Open plan area with kitchen, dining area and living area. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating and Samsung 4K Ultra TV + Samsung bluetooth sound bar.

The kitchen features composite marble worktops and top-end Siemens white goods.

There is also a WC/cloakroom with shower on this level.

One of the villa’s unique design features also starts on the ground floor – the custom made curved staircase, with its beautiful metal fretwork balustrade, plus teak veneered treads, which winds its way up to the upper floors.

Floor to ceiling sliding doors and windows which lead out onto the spacious sunbathing terraces to the front of the property.

First floor:

This level features three unusually large bedrooms – all of which have stunning en-suite wet rooms, walk in wardrobes, and glorious sea views. All bedrooms have private balconies furnished with a rattan chair for relaxation.

Villa Manila, Kalkan certainly delivered on our expectations, and in most cases exceeded them. The ground floor is huge, and the kitchen has full sets of cutlery, crockery and innumerable glassware. The outside area / pool are massive, beds for all, a huge swing bed, two full size dining tables & chairs + seating. Not to mention the outside bar with sink & fridge, plus pool table and table tennis. If this wasn’t enough, there’s a roof terrace with bar, sink, fridge and more seating. We were only there 7 days, so not enough time to adequately use every area available! All 4 bedrooms are large doubles, good storage (with coat hangers), all have en-suite bathrooms and balconies with great views. Bedding, towels etc are all of good quality and the place was immaculately clean. Views from every vantage point are excellent, overlooking both bays. Will certainly book again, and highly recommend to anyone.
