Apartment Fabio is a beautiful duplex, very spacious 3 bed, 3 bath apartment with fantastic facilities, just a short stroll from the Old Town and the harbour.

Ground floor:

Fabio has an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all white goods including dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine. The living area of the apartment has comfortable seating with flatscreen TV and DVD player plus an Ipod docking station. There is a dining area to seat 6 people.

Lower ground floor:

Fabio is an upside down duplex so all bedrooms are located on the lower level and all have patio doors which lead out onto the peaceful and shaded courtyard garden.

The bedrooms are configured as follows:

Bedroom 1 – super-king-size bed, with en-suite shower room. Large patio doors leading to garden terrace area.

Bedroom 2 – king-size bed. En-suite shower room. Large patio doors leading to garden terrace area.

Bedroom 3 – twin beds. Large patio doors leading to garden terrace area.

A separate shower room is located on this level, adjacent to bedroom 3. A washing machine is also located on this level in the hallway under the stairs.

Outdoor areas:

The apartment has a spacious fully furnished poolside terrace with its own relaxing pool (8 x 4 mtrs with a constant depth of 1.25 mtrs).

The poolside terrace offers an attractive shaded pergola with comfortable rattan seating and a dining table for poolside dining. Sun beds, parasols and bean bags are also provided for your comfort and convenience.

On the lower level, there is a lovely secluded courtyard garden, accessed from all the bedrooms.  This garden has an Ottoman seating area and outdoor fridge- perfect for keeping bottles of wine chilled!

Villa Safran is situated on the Kalamar Road, just past Café Vita, Villa Safran County is a detached villa with an imposing entrance. A high walled garden for privacy, automatic controlled garage door and intercom entry system greets you, and once inside there are a few steps down into the grounds of the villa itself.  

Upon entering the property, the actual size of the Villa Safran County becomes apparent, with an opulent entrance hall which opens onto the split-level open plan living areas with high ceilings and a central aircon system.

Ground Floor:

Filled with natural light the kitchen with granite worktops is super equipped with modern luxuries you’d expect from a villa of this magnitude, incorporating an integrated electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, juicer, ice maker, kettle and UK toaster. A stylish feature is the kitchen island with built-in gas hob and includes seating for 10 people. There is also a large sliding glass door to the outside for easy access to the pergola covered dining terrace. 

A couple of steps down leads into the contemporary lounge area with a large comfortable L-shape sofa, armchairs and smart TV. Glass sliding doors maximise the view which looks out onto the luxurious pool terrace. 

Off the entrance hall the first stylish bedroom with en-suite can be found, this is a family room with 1 king and 1 single bed, perfect for anyone not wishing to climb stairs or with a young child and has a French balcony with a pool view. 

On this level there is a utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and a separate guest WC. 

Bedroom 1 

Family en-suite shower room with Rain Forest shower, king size bed, single bed, wardrobes with full length mirrors, smart TV, air-conditioning, safe, French balcony with pool view and sea glimpse (this bedroom is on the ground floor). 

Stairs leads up to the first floor where an impressive landing awaits and the stylish décor continues in the three spacious double en-suite bedrooms, one of which has its own private Turkish bath and another with twin showers with picture window and sea views. All bedrooms share wonderful pool and sea views over Kalamar Bay.

Outside Area:

The generously proportioned elegant terrace with pool measuring 10 x 5.5m (1.6m deep) and jacuzzi is undoubtedly a key feature of this property. The jacuzzi seats 10 people and has walk-in roman steps and there are ladder steps at the other end of the pool, and an outdoor shower. 10 sunbeds adorn the pool with side tables and parasols, comfortable sofa seating and a swing seat.  

All the grounds are tastefully landscaped and at one end of the outdoor terrace there is a more private sunbathing area with curtains and 2 sunbeds. 

A large, covered pergola terrace equipped with lighting and a built-in bbq makes for the perfect alfresco dining experience and comfortably accommodates 10 people. 

There is a table tennis game for all the family to enjoy, and due to its size, luxury décor and amenities this jewel of a villa certainly makes for an unforgettable holiday.

There is also a stone built BBQ, and an outside shower. To the side of the terrace is a lawned area, with separate seating, and also a table tennis table for the more active guests! On the top floor of the villa is a glorious roof terrace, offering the best views of all. It is partially shaded by a pergola, and has a built in seating area, plus a small bar area, fridge and sink – perfect for enjoying a sun-downer whilst taking in the magnificent views!

Private garage underneath the property, plus additional parking outside on ground floor level. The villa is suitable for those with impaired mobility, as it can be accessed on the flat via the ground floor parking area, and there is one double bedroom with en-suite also on the ground floor.

Ground Floor:

Large, spectacularly appointed open-plan kitchen and lounge. The large modern kitchen complete with breakfast bar, has everything you will need for your holiday. A dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer are all provided. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, gas hob and oven, toaster and kettle.

To the front of the super comfy lounge is a wonderful, dual purpose sun/dining room with sliding glass doors leading out to the private pool area. The lounge area has TV and surround system and a super comfy sofa with seating for 8 people.

Lower Ground Floor:

When it’s time for bed you simply go downstairs to the 3 bedrooms: There’s one twin and 2 doubles, the master of which has a TV and memory foam mattress. For absolute privacy, each of the bedrooms has its own luxurious en-suite bathroom. Even the mirrors are heated! From all the bedrooms there are sliding patio doors leading to a second terrace area. A beautiful, walled garden with lovely plants and feature stonework. A peaceful oasis of calm and an ideal spot to relax and escape the heat of the afternoon sun and read a book or have a nap!

Outside Areas:

The pool area is south-facing so benefits from sun all day long.  The beautiful pool has been converted to a saltwater system. The pool is 8m x 4m, a good size with roman steps, so plenty of space to swim and play and a new outside shower has been installed in this area. As they have lower chlorine levels, salt water pools are much gentler on the eyes and skin. No more stinging eyes and ruined swimwear!

Within the pool area you will find 6 sun loungers, a beautiful shady gazebo for outdoor dining and a decked kitchen area with sink and BBQ.
