Outside, Villa Kumanluk’s extensive terraces invite you to unwind under the Turkish sun. Ground Floor 
The entrance opens into a light-filled open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, where large glass doors frame the stunning sea views and lead out onto the terraces. The lounge features a comfortable sofa set around a fireplace and TV, while the modern kitchen is fitted with Bosch appliances, marble worktops, and an island breakfast bar. This level also hosts a double bedroom with a super-king bed, en-suite shower room, and sea view, alongside a convenient guest WC. 

First Floor 
Upstairs, you’ll find three well-appointed bedrooms: the master suite, a second double bedroom, and a twin room, all with en-suite shower rooms finished in elegant travertine. The master suite and second double share a spacious balcony offering sweeping views across the bay — the perfect place for morning coffee. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, with ceiling fans for extra comfort during warmer months. 

Lower Floor – Private Studio Suite 
Beneath the sea-facing terrace, accessed by an external staircase beside the pool, is a self-contained studio suite. Blueberry 1 apartment is set out over one level with 2 bedrooms.

On entering the apartment there is a spacious open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all white goods such as fridge freezer, washing machine, electric oven, gas hob and dishwasher. The lounge is very light and airy, with floor to ceiling windows. The living area has a large, comfy corner sofa, coffee table and wall mounted flat-screen TV with DVD player. Double patio doors lead straight out on the pool terrace. 

 

The two double bedrooms are both a similar size and are furnished with a King-sized bed, double wardrobes and bed side cabinets. Each bedroom has double patio doors which lead out onto the pool terrace. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with the second bedroom having access to a family bathroom. Each bathroom has a shower unit, WC and vanity unit with sink. 

 

The apartment has sole use of a large private swimming pool surrounded by spacious sunbathing terraces. At the front of the terrace there is a marble topped table with six dining chairs, plus a gas fired BBQ. This outside dining area is perfectly positioned to take in the beautiful views over Kalkan and the bay. In addition, the pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers and a double swing seat- an ideal place to relax and enjoy the peaceful garden. 

 

Set in a small complex of private apartments, Blueberry 1 is just a stone’s throw from Kalkan’s weekly Thursday market. The nearest restaurants and shops are a genuine 1-minute walk away, whilst Kalkan Old Town can easily be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. The apartment’s central location ensures there is no need for taxis or car hire.

This penthouse apartment occupies two levels – there are three bedrooms on the lower level and an open plan kitchen and living area occupies the top level.

The upper floor has access to a stunning terrace which features fabulous views and a private swirling plunge pool with built-in seating (approximately 4.5m x 2.5m). Sunloungers, comfy bean-bags and parasols are provided.

The living area of the apartment has a seating area with flatscreen TV and DVD player and an open plan kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. It’s walking distance to the centre and larger markets.

Being west facing, the villa benefits from all day sun regardless of the time of year.

The interior and exterior spaces have been recently cosmetically updated by the new owners, to ensure that guests have a comfortable, luxury experience. Careful thought has been put into every piece selected for the villa, including many unique custom designs, and a relaxing, rustic colour palette has been used throughout, along with tasteful art pieces.

Amenities at the villa are second to none – two of the bedrooms have Jacuzzi baths, and share a private verandah / terrace.

A spectacular spa and leisure area has been recently added within the grounds – this incorporates a gym, cinema room and sauna. 

Beautiful mature gardens and stone walls surround the property, helping to give the villa high levels of privacy.

Villa Porto is located next to the prestigious Villa Mahal Hotel and beach club in Kisla, just a 15-20 minute walk to Kalkan’s Old Town and harbour area and complimentary private transfers are included.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Penthouse level:

The villa is entered (at the rear) on the penthouse level. This floor offers a very generous 100 square metres of space and features two unusually large master bedrooms, both of which have stunning en-suite wet rooms and indoor Jacuzzi bathtubs. These bedrooms share a private terrace with glorious sea views. The terrace is furnished with a comfortable seating set, and a rattan ‘egg’ chair.

Each bedroom has a double-size bed, ample wardrobe space, vanity unit and a Jacuzzi positioned to take advantage of the sea views. Both have en-suite shower rooms with Jack & Jill basins.

Stairs lead down from this level to the ground floor accommodation.

Third bedroom – This room is again very spacious (22 square metres) and is configured as a twin room, with wardrobe, large vanity unit and and en-suite shower room.

Kitchen – fully fitted, with oven, hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and espresso coffee machine.

Lounge – the lounge has a leather sofa, coffee table, rocking chair, plus a wall-mounted flat screen TV facing the sofa. The courtyard garden is accessed from one end of the lounge and at the opposite end, there are three sets of doors leading out to the pool terrace.

There is also a separate WC located on this level.

Outside the villa:

Courtyard garden – this is located at the back of the ground floor level and is furnished with table and chairs.

Pool terrace area – there are two lovely shaded areas adjacent to the stunning split-level infinity pool. The first is the dining area which seats eight, and the other is a comfortable seating set with two arm chairs. The pool has rattan sun-loungers arranged around it and a large cantilevered umbrella, plus a top of the range BBQ.

A separate spa and leisure area, including gym, sauna and cinema room can be found within the villa’s extensive grounds.

Lower garden – lawned area, with cabana-style double lounger overlooking Kalkan bay. 

Private beach platform  – steps lead down from the garden, across a track and then further steps cut into the cliff side (shaded by olive trees) lead down to sunbathing platforms set into the rocks; at sea level a decked platform is furnished with sun-loungers, parasols and scatter cushions. Steps lead directly into the sea.

Minerva Apartment is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious apartment in a highly sought after location- just a genuine 1 minute walk to the nearest amenities and an easy 5 minute walk to Kalkan’s Old Town. The apartment is located on a peaceful complex of just 6 apartments which share 2 large swimming pools, spacious sunbathing terraces and extensive communal gardens.

Accommodation:

On entering the apartment a spacious entrance hallway leads through to the light and airy open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances such as electric oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle & fruit blender, 2 cafetieres ( large and small) and a Nespresso Coffee Machine. The kitchen also has a marble topped table and chairs to comfortably seat 4.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the living area, furnished with a high quality cast iron sofa and armchair, chess table, book case, flat-screen TV, DVD player, Ipod Dock and Wi-Fi. Double patio doors lead directly out onto the wrap-around balcony.

The apartment has two bedrooms- a master bedroom with King-sized bed, en-suite and a twin bedroom with a separate shower room directly across the hallway. Both bedrooms are furnished with handmade traditional wooden wardrobes, bed side cabinets and vanity unit with mirror. A hair dryer is provided in the master bedroom. The bedrooms both have a door leading out onto the balcony.

The en-suite and separate shower room are both equipped with walk-in shower, WC and sink.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout.

Outdoor areas:

A fantastic feature of Minerva Apartment is the huge wrap-around balcony which can be accessed from the bedrooms and living room/kitchen. The balcony is furnished with an outdoor dining table and chairs for 6, a rattan sofa, chairs and coffee table set.  The perfect place to spend lazy days, the balcony benefits from beautiful mountain and sea views.

There are two large swimming pools shared by six apartments, both of which have Roman steps for easy access. The pools are both surrounded by spacious sunbathing terraces, with sun loungers and a parasol provided for the use of guests at Minerva Apartment.

Situated just behind the Anka (formerly Yali) Supermarket complex, the apartment is in a fantastic central yet peaceful location- ensuring that there will never be a need for car hire or taxis.

Fabulous apartment in a perfect location!

Our stay in Minerva apartment was perfect for our party. Every room was decorated to a very high standard; the accommodation was homely had absolutely everything we needed if we wanted to dine in after a day lazing around the pool. The pool area was immaculately clean and we had sun beds for our use, belonging to the apartment. It was also very quiet around the pool which is exactly what we wanted from our holiday. We also loved the wrap-around balcony, which is a great sun trap in the mornings, and the views from there, especially during the evening. The apartment was so close to everything that we needed in terms of shops, bars, cafes and banks etc., and was only a short walk to the beautiful old town and all the amazing shops and restaurants. Despite it’s central location, what we loved was how quiet it was on an evening and that fact that it is just far enough away from the main attractions of the old town to be really relaxing. This was our second time of staying in Minerva apartment and we would definitely return.

This apartment is amazing. We were a family of 3, and it was just perfect. Spotlessly clean, super equipped, very comfy beds. We were so impressed with the attention to detail from the owner. We were so lucky to basically have the pool to ourselves which was also well equipped with lovely clean sunbeds. The location is great. Not too much of a walk into the main town area. Local supermarket and restaurants were really nice too. We catered for ourselves half the time we were here. It was a perfect home from home. Just fabulous. Only thing missing was a shopping trolley, then, we looked in the cupboard and there it was! Outstanding!! Only bug bear, for our 15 year old was that broadband was iffy. But not much a problem for us.

We had a very comfortable stay for four people; it was clean and comfortable. A particular highlight for me was the air conditioning available in every room. The house’s location was convenient, being close to the Kalkan bazaar and the sea. There were also amenities like a grocery store, bakery, and pharmacy nearby, all within walking distance. If we visit again, we would gladly choose this house once more.

We spent three wonderful weeks in the Minerva and it is one of the best apartments we have stayed in over the years.

Spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped with extras like washing up liquid, wash powder, tea towels, cleaning supplies and a thoughtful welcome pack.

The folding doors onto the terrace were wonderful and I spent most of my time on the huge wrap around terrace just chilling and reading and having a drink or two!

Jane was fast as always answering the two queries we had.

Minerva is the perfect package!

Just returned home from 11 nights at Minerva. When we arrived we were wowed at how lovely the apartment is – it is beautifully decorated with lovely tiles and wooden ceilings. The kitchen is well kitted out and we often cooked at the apartment. The water cooler is a great feature (we refilled it twice during our stay at a reasonable cost) as is the air conditioning which was very much appreciated in the heat. The bathrooms were lovely with helpful light up mirrors and the bedrooms and living room were spacious and comfortable.

Minerva is the ground floor apartment in a beautiful site of 6. The living space opens onto a spacious balcony with views over the swimming pool and to the sea and mountains further afield. Every day we soaked up the views and at night the twinkling lights of the apartments on the opposite hillside lit up Kalkan like a Christmas tree! There are bars, restaurants and shops right on the doorstep (2 minute walk away) and then 5-10 minutes walk into the old town. Our favourite was Lime Bar round the corner which had a pool table and dart board and so kept our boys occupied in the evening.

Jane and Elsie at Lale Homes were super helpful from the moment I booked until the moment we left – Jane couldn’t have been more helpful and was always on hand to answer any questions via whatsapp once we arrived. They provided a perfect service and I would absolutely book with them in future and would happily return to Minerva again.

We were really sad to leave and all agreed it was the best family holiday we’ve had and part of that was due to the lovely setting!

A wonderful 11 day break

We have just returned from a wonderfully relaxing 11 days in Kalkan.

The Minerva apartment is fantastically located just a ten minute walk into the town and is equipped with everything you need for a holiday.

We were really lucky in having the swimming pool to ourselves for the duration of our stay and enjoyed all the outdoor space.

It was extremely hot and so we appreciated the excellent air conditioning!

I’d really recommend this apartment and the service we received from Lale Homes which was outstanding throughout our stay.

Villa JoJo is a stunning, 3 bedroom property with large private pool, arranged over 3 floors. The villa is located in the quiet residential area of Kalkan known as Kiziltas.  Villa Jojo, is a stunning private 3 bed property with private pool and an elevated position offering sea and mountain views.  The villa is set over 3 floors and has the added benefit of being gated with off road parking.

Ground Floor:

Spacious open plan kitchen/living area. Brand new kitchen equipped with modern appliances.  Dining area with seating for 6 people.  Comfortable sofa, smart TV and full length doors in both the kitchen and living room area which open outside onto the terrace and pool area.  WC and laundry area with washing machine on this level.

First Floor:

Two double bedrooms, both en suite.  Full length doors open onto a shared balcony with sea and Kalkan Town views.

Second Floor:

Twin bedded/double bedroom with en suite.  Door opening onto a balcony with uninterrupted sea views.

Outside Areas:

The pool terrace has a covered dining area with seating for 6 guests, including sink unit, outside fridge and a BBQ.  Ample and comfortable seating area off to one side, offering al fresco living  during your stay.
