Accommodation Layout:

Ground Floor

The villa is accessed through an entrance gate located at the side of the property.

Upon entering, you’ll find the well-equipped kitchen immediately to your right, complete with a dining table that seats 6 comfortably. The kitchen features modern appliances, including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, built-in microwave, electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, kettle, and toaster. Sliding doors conveniently open to the pool terrace.

The living area is furnished with two sofas and an armchair arranged around a coffee table, complemented by a Smart TV. Again, sliding doors lead out to the inviting pool terrace.

First Floor

This level houses two double bedrooms. The bedroom on the left includes an en-suite shower and features sliding doors that open to a private balcony furnished with two chairs and a side table, perfect for enjoying the stunning sea views. The room also includes a wardrobe and a dressing table with a stool.

The second double bedroom boasts a picture window and a sliding door leading to a Juliette balcony with sea views. This room is similarly equipped with a wardrobe and a dressing table with a stool.

Second Floor

The top floor provides access to a spacious roof terrace, offering superb panoramic sea views t

Lower Ground Floor

Stairs lead down to the lower ground floor, which features a bar area with bar chairs, a small drinks fridge, and a sink. A washing machine is conveniently located beneath the stairs for guest use.This level also includes a sauna and a cinema room with two cozy sofas. Additionally, there is a large double bedroom with an en-suite shower, furnished with a wardrobe and a dressing table with a stool. A glass door leads to the stairs that descend to the indoor pool.

On the lower split level, guests will find a generous wicker sofa set, along with a slide and swing for small children, and a table football area.

The indoor pool features ladder-style steps for easy access and is surrounded by four sun loungers.

Opposite the indoor pool, there is another bedroom with twin beds, en-suite shower room, wardrobe, and vanity unit.

Outdoor Amenities:

The villa boasts an L-shaped pool, complete with a pool ladder at one end and a shallow area featuring sun loungers at the other. Six additional sun loungers, accompanied by two large parasols, are strategically placed around the pool.

Under a charming pergola, a dining table that seats 8 comfortably is available, along with a BBQ for delightful al fresco dining.A comfortable seating area and a swing seat provide perfect spots for guests to unwind by the pool while enjoying the scenic views.

At the rear of the villa, an outdoor shower is available for guests’ convenience.

Villa Jibreel is a beautifully renovated, 5-bedroom villa in the peaceful Kalamar Bay area. Set over four floors, it offers stunning sea views from most floors, a large private pool (which can be heated) a stylish dining terrace, and a panoramic roof terrace. Beautifully furnished & decorated throughout, it’s the ideal villa for families or groups seeking a peaceful yet sophisticated getaway 

 

Access to the villa – there is an off-road parking space at the front of the villa. From this, there are gated steps which lead down through a charming front garden filled with a variety of plants and trees to the front door. 

 

Accommodation 

The accommodation is laid out as follows: 

 

Ground floor (entrance level)  

The front door of Villa Jibreel opens directly into a welcoming hallway and lounge area. To the right, the stylish lounge features floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that frame the sea views and fill the space with natural light. Comfortably furnished with two sofas, two armchairs, coffee tables, and a pouffe, it’s a perfect space to relax. 

 

Entertainment is taken care of with a 4K smart TV equipped with a Firestick, giving guests access to international channels, Netflix, and YouTube. A small balcony off the front of the lounge provides a charming spot to enjoy a morning coffee at the bistro-style table and chairs. 

 

To the side, another set of sliding doors leads out to the spacious dining terrace, where a large marble-topped table seats 10 guests—ideal for al fresco dining with a view.  Shade is provided for this area by the pergola above the dining terrace.  

 

A convenient WC with sink is also located just off the lounge area. 

 

The separate kitchen, located behind the lounge/hallway, also opens onto the dining terrace through French windows. Modern and fully equipped, it includes a large fridge-freezer, oven & hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and an espresso coffee machine—everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay. 

 

From the hallway, steps lead down to the lower pool level, and also up to the first floor accommodation 

 

Pool level accommodation 

A corridor on this level features useful storage cupboards and a modern family shower room, shared by both bedrooms. A side door from the corridor also provides direct access to the side pool terrace. 

Double Bedroom 

The largest bedroom in the villa, this spacious room features a king-size bed with a padded headboard, bedside tables, a double wardrobe, and a vanity unit with an LED-lit mirror. A small desk offers a quiet workspace, ideal for guests who may need to work during their stay. Above the desk is a 4K Smart TV with Firestick, providing access to international channels, Netflix, and YouTube. Double sliding glass doors on two sides open directly onto the pool terrace, blending indoor comfort with outdoor living. 

 

Twin/King Bedroom 

This flexible room includes twin single beds that can be configured as a king-size bed upon request. Furnished with a double wardrobe, bedside table, and vanity unit, the room also features large sliding glass doors that lead straight onto the pool terrace 

 

First Floor Accommodation 

Master Bedroom 

This elegant room features a double bed with a padded headboard, bedside tables, a triple wardrobe with integrated vanity unit and mirror, and an armchair. The en-suite shower room adds to the comfort and privacy. Step out onto the private balcony, complete with a bistro-style table and chairs, and enjoy stunning sea views. 

 

Double Bedroom 

Furnished with a double bed, padded headboard, bedside tables, a double wardrobe & vanity unit, this bedroom also benefits from a private en-suite bathroom. The room opens onto a private balcony with sea views, furnished with a bistro table and chairs. A large jeweller-style safe is securely located in this room. 

 

Stairs lead up from the first floor to the top floor 

 

Kitchenette & Laundry Area 

This level features a convenient kitchenette with an under-counter fridge—perfect for keeping drinks chilled for sunset drinks on the roof terrace. A washing machine and drying rack are also located here for guest use. 

 

Twin Bedroom 

The twin bedroom on this level is bright and welcoming, furnished with two single beds, a chest of drawers with a mirror above, and built-in sliding cupborads. A large picture window offers wonderful views across Kalamar Bay (NB – the window includes a child-safety feature for added peace of mind)

There is a shower room located next to the twin bedroom 

 

Roof Terrace 

Accessed via a door from the kitchenette, the roof terrace is a true highlight of the villa. Enjoy panoramic sea views from the comfort of a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table, shaded by a stylish pergola. There are also two sunbeds for lounging and a bistro-style table and chairs—perfect for evening drinks under the stars. 

 

 

 

 

Pool Terrace 

The spacious freshwater pool features a graduated depth and Roman steps in the corner, providing easy access for all ages. Around the pool, you’ll find 10 sunbeds, perfect for soaking up the sun, as well as a shaded lounge area furnished with comfortable sofas, armchairs, and a coffee table—ideal for relaxing out of the midday heat. Guests can enjoy a game of table football, refresh under the outdoor shower, or cook up a feast on the free standing BBQ. Pool heating*is also available, if required, during the cooler months ( * a separate charge applies for this) 

 

Traditional stone walls and pretty decorative panels provide a sense of privacy, while mature plants and trees in the surrounding flower beds add a lush, tranquil feel. Stone steps lead up from the pool terrace to the villa’s main entrance.

Exceptional apartment!

This apartment was exceptional. The sea view just can’t be captured on camera. The rooms are spacious and beautifully clean and the kids loved the pool. We walked into the old town every day with a 12 minute walk (top tip…cut across the playground at the end of the road to avoid the steep steps/hill). The supermarket is just around the corner. Jane was great, giving us all the information well before we departed for Turkey and the owner’s son was there to greet us and help us with our bags even though we arrived after midnight! I’d highly recommend this apartment to everyone. One thing to pack in your suitcase though is a tea towel if you plan on using the kitchen.

Located in the lower Kiziltas area of Kalkan, Villa Verde is a delightful 3-bedroom villa, accommodating up to 6 guests, with a private pool and wonderful sea views from the upper levels, The interior of the villa is very attractive, with a contemporary design. The owners have put much thought into ensuring that their guests have a comfortable stay, and the villa features quality fixtures and fittings throughout, plus some great ‘extras’, such as the double swing seat & jacuzzi on the pool terrace, an, induction hob, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The villa is south facing, so plenty of opportunities to sunbathe all day long!

Ground Floor – Villa Verde 

The open plan living area contains a well-equipped kitchen, that includes, Fridge freezer, built in oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, & Nespresso coffee machine.  The lounge area has a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table, flat screen smart TV with Netflix ready to use with your own account login. Glass sliding doors lead out onto the beautifully designed and spacious pool terrace. There is also a cloakroom and WC on this level. 

 

First Floor – Villa Verde 

The first floor has two double en-suite bedrooms. Both have air conditioning and private furnished balcony that have partial sea views overlooking Kalkan and the surrounding mountains.  

 

Top Floor – Villa Verde 

The top floor has an attic conversion twin bedroom with limited head room, more suited to older children. (Please note that this floor has no bathroom facilities, anyone occupying the attic bedroom would have to share one of the double bedroom’s en-suite). 

Separate access leads to the villa’s roof terrace, which has wonderful views over Kalkan and is furnished with a comfortable sofa sets. The roof terrace has the best sea views of all and is perfect for enjoying an evening drink whilst relaxing and taking in the beautiful sunsets 

 

Bedrooms – Villa Verde 

Bedroom 1 – Double En-suite bedroom with Private balcony and air-conditioning. 
Bedroom 2 – Double En-suite bedroom, Private balcony and air-conditioning. 
Bedroom 3 – Twin bedroom on the top floor and air-conditioning. 
Please note this bedroom has a sloping roof and no bathroom so is more suited to children. 

 

Outside – Villa Verde 

To the front of the villa at the main entrance is a small seating area over looking pretty gardens, while to the rear is the Pool and terrace. 
The private pool (6m x 4m x 1.60 depth) has sun loungers, tables and parasols around its edge, plus a jacuzzi, shaded by a pergola.  There is also a lovely rattan seating set and coffee table, barrel type chair swing, BBQ and outside shower 

 

Access to the villa 

Villa Verde is accessed from the road side by stairs shared by neighbouring villas. 
NB care should be taken when using the stairs as they are communal and do not require villa owners to maintain them

Villa Kulla is a 4 bedroom villa, comfortably accommodating a maximum of 8 guests. It is in an enviable position in the centre of Kalkan, but also at the end of a cul-de-sac, so quiet and undisturbed. It is just a 2 minute walk from Kalkan centre with its full range of restaurants and artisan shops etc

Inside, the ground floor has an open plan lounge, modern spacious kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms are spread across the first, second and roof level floors. This includes a master double bedroom with access to the roof terrace and spectacular views of the sea, harbour and Old Town area.

The villa has a generous sized heated, salt-water private swimming pool surrounded by sunbathing terraces, a table tennis table, and choice of al-fresco dining areas.

Ground Floor – Villa Kulla

On entering the villa on the ground floor, you will find a comfortable open-plan living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for preparing anything from breakfast or snacks to a full dinner. Adjacent to the kitchen is an indoor dining table and 4 chairs. Next to this is the comfortable lounge area. Doors open out onto the pool terrace from the kitchen area. For your entertainment the living room has large flat screen satellite TV (limited English channels). The villa also enjoys air-conditioning and complimentary wi-fi throughout.

The first floor has a double en-suite bedroom with a private balcony, plus a twin bedroom, also with a balcony, and separate shower room.

Second Floor – Villa Kulla

On the second floor is a bedroom which can be configured either as a double, or a twin room, with ensuite bathroom, & private balcony which enjoys beautiful sea views.

Roof Level – Villa Kulla

On the roof level you will find a large master en-suite double bedroom with lots of space. The room has direct access onto the large roof top terrace with spectacular sea views. From this terrace you can see the Old Town and harbour while enjoying some privacy – the perfect spot to enjoy your breakfast coffee or sundowner tipple from.

The pool terrace has plenty of sunbeds for relaxing, plus table tennis if you fancy getting a bit more active. There is also a comfortable seating area with coffee table, plus an alfresco dining area and 6 chairs. Should you want alfresco cooking to go with it, there is a BBQ for guest use.

7 night stay at Villa Kulla

I recently stayed at Villa Kulla for 7 days with my family – there were 7 of us including my 7 month old daughter and this property was absolutely perfect. The bedrooms were spacious with their own bathrooms, the kitchen was well equipped and the outside pool area was exactly what we needed. The location was idyllic – it was peaceful and quiet but just a short walk to the main town of Kalkan. This was our first time visiting and we will most definitely return!

Villa Kulla is a lovely spacious villa with a great pool. It’s an easy downhill walk to the town centre and a slightly harder walk back, but very doable and no need to get a taxi. The beds were very comfortable and the Villa was well equipped, having a water cooler was fantastic with replacement bottles only 200TL. Would highly recommend.

We are a party of 4 adults and 4 kids aged between 10 and 14 and we have had an amazing time at Villa Kulla.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in KALKAN and this is the best villa we have stayed in.

The villa Is a short walk to the centre of the old town and only 100 yards from the supermarket.

The views from the balcony were amazing.

The pool and table tennis table were a big hit for everyone.

All rooms are well air conditioned.

Our rep, Sharon, was extremely helpful and sorted any minor issues on arrival and arranged water for the cooler quickly.

There are just 2 things we thought would make the villa more workable for us which was to have wardrobes in the top floor bedroom and to make the table near the front door a useable area as this had most of the shade for lunchtime dining.

Hey Jude is an exceptionally spacious, 3 bedroom beautifully presented duplex ground floor apartment in a select development of just 5 private holiday units. in a quiet, residential area, the apartment is within easy walking distance to the Old Town. The attention to detail makes this apartment stand out from the rest! Enjoy your own private pool, secluded lower garden and al-fresco dining on balmy summer evenings. 

 

Ground Floor: 

Large, spectacularly appointed open-plan kitchen and lounge. The large modern kitchen complete with breakfast bar, has everything you will need for your holiday. A dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer are all provided. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, gas hob and oven, toaster, and kettle. 

To the front of the super comfortable lounge is a wonderful, dual-purpose sun/dining room with sliding glass doors leading out to the private pool area. The lounge area has TV and surround system and a super comfortable sofa with seating for 8 people. 

 

Lower Ground Floor: 

When it’s time for bed you simply go downstairs to the 3 bedrooms: There is one twin and 2 doubles, the master of which has a TV and memory foam mattress. For absolute privacy, each of the bedrooms has its own luxurious en-suite bathroom. Even the mirrors are heated! From all the bedrooms there are sliding patio doors leading to a second terrace area. A beautiful, walled garden with lovely plants and feature stonework. A peaceful oasis of calm and an ideal spot to relax and escape the heat of the afternoon sun and read a book or have a nap! 

 

Outside Areas: 

The pool area is south facing so benefits from sun all day long.  The beautiful pool has been converted to a saltwater system. The pool is 8m x 4m, a decent size with roman steps, so plenty of space to swim and play and a new outside shower has been installed in this area. As they have lower chlorine levels, salt water pools are much gentler on the eyes and skin. No more stinging eyes and ruined swimwear! 

Within the pool area you will find 6 sun loungers, and a beautiful shady gazebo for outdoor dining

Hey Jude is a wonderful property. We were lucky enough to stay a month and hosted family from both Australia and the UK during that time. It was perfect.

The layout works well and bedrooms stay cooler being at the lower level. The pool and outdoor area is a great size and very comfortable.

Very well appointed to a great standard – if we need a property of this size again I wouldn’t hesitate to book Hey Jude again.

A special call out to Jane and her entire rentals team. Every detail well communicated pre arrival, during and for departure. Any queries/requests dealt with promptly.

Ali and Erdem even ‘hoovered’ the pool to recover a small diamond stud earring!

Lovely homely apartment, pool was a welcome refuge every day. Not too far and not too close to Kalkan centre. All bedrooms contemporary en-suite bathrooms. Plenty of storage space. Will try and book again next year.

The apartment in general is very classy and new! The apart is two floors.

The kitchen offers all necessities. The pool is large and very nice!

The location is 15 minutes walking from Kalkan centre… but it is very strenuous to walk through many heights.

The kitchen and rooms of the house were very well equipped and everything needed in the kitchen was available. The location of the house was wonderful, it was 6 km from Kaputaş and there was a Migros supermarket very close by. Thank you very much for this beautiful house and its facilities.
