Villa Bergamot is located in Kisla Bay, one of Kalkan’s most desirable seafront neighbourhoods, known for its relaxed atmosphere and easy access to the sea. The nearest beach club is just a five-minute walk away, making this an ideal choice for guests looking for a villa in Kalkan within walking distance of the sea. A restaurant and bar are approximately 100 metres from the villa.

The accommodation

The villa is laid out over three floors and designed to make the most of its prime sea-facing position.

Ground floor
The ground floor features a bright, open-plan living and dining area with comfortable seating, a fireplace and French doors opening directly onto the pool terrace. A flat-screen TV with DVD/CD player is provided for relaxed evenings indoors. The dining table seats six guests, while the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and all necessary kitchen utensils. A guest WC is also located on this level.

Bedroom 1 – Master suite (First floor)

The entire first floor is dedicated to the spacious master suite. This room features a double bed, flat-screen TV, dressing table and a walk-in closet. The large en-suite bathroom includes a corner jacuzzi bathtub, separate shower cubicle, double sink and WC, along with a washing machine. An iron and ironing board are also provided for guest use.

The master suite opens onto a large, shaded private balcony furnished with a dining table for four and a comfortable seating area, all enjoying beautiful sea views across Kalkan Bay.

Bedroom 2 – Double bedroom (Second floor)

This bright double bedroom is located on the second floor and features a double bed, flat-screen TV, wardrobe and dressing table. The en-suite shower room and private balcony enjoy lovely sea views, making it a peaceful and comfortable retreat.

Bedroom 3 – Twin bedroom (Second floor)

Also on the second floor, this twin bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a wardrobe and dressing table. It has its own en-suite shower room and private sea-view balcony, making it ideal for children or friends sharing.
