Safa has recently been fully refurbished, with careful thought put into ensuring that guests have a premium & relaxed holiday experience, with some luxury touches.   

The property interior has been designed and tastefully furnished to an exceptionally high standard in a contemporary style, & offers air-conditioning throughout. Guests also benefit from a high standard of amenities, including high speed wifi, a Smart TV with access to UK channels, an expresso coffee machine with milk frother, and high-quality mattresses on the beds for a super comfortable sleeping experience. 

Safa enjoys one of the best locations in Kalkan, only a minute’s stroll to Kalkan’s Old Town, with its renowned rooftop restaurants, harbour and beach. The complex offers tranquil surroundings, with a large communal pool, shared by only three apartments with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, and a communal dining area with a BBQ.   

Safa may also suit those with restricted mobility, as once you have entered  the complex down a small flight of steps, access to the apartment is on one level, as is the accommodation inside (NB – access to the pool area is down a further staircase) 

 

The Accommodation 

The apartment entrance leads straight into the light and airy open plan kitchen and living area.  

 

Kitchen 

The brand new fully fitted kitchen, complete with breakfast bar & bar stools,  is very well equipped, & includes: 

Electric fan oven, gas hob & extractor 

Fridge freezer 

Dishwasher 

Washing machine 

Microwave 

Kettle & toaster 

Water cooler machine 

There is also a expresso coffee machine and milk frother for coffee lovers, and an electric juicer. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses, plus a full set of saucepans and good quality cooking equipment for those who prefer to cater for themselves (there is even a pizza cutter for those takeaways!) 

The washing machine is located in a cupboard opposite the kitchen, and there is also a Bosch water cooler machine in the same area.  

 

Living area 

Adjacent to the kitchen is the living area, with a large, comfortable L shaped sofa, wooden coffee table and a wifi connected Smart TV, with access to UK channels, Netflix, Youtube, Prime TV etc.  

 

Bedrooms 

 

Bedroom 1 (master) this bedroom has a brand new double bed with comfortable mattress &  padded headboard, bedside tables with lamps, and a double wardrobe with open shelving, plus a separate vanity unit with mirror.  

 

Bedroom 2 (twin/double) – this bedroom offers flexible sleeping accommodation, as it can be configured with either twin beds, or a king size bed. The beds are brand new, and have comfortable mattresses, and a padded headboard, & bedside tables with lamps. Fitted wardrobe & open shelves, plus separate vanity unit with mirror. Door which connects with the balcony 

 

Bathrooms 

 

Ensuite bathroom – this is off the master bedroom, and has a high quality rain forest style shower system, wall hung WC and & a sink with a marble topped cupboard underneath & mirror above 

 

Shower room – adjacent to bedroom 2, this bathroom houses a with shower enclosure with high quality shower unit with rain forest style shower, sink with marble topped storage unit below, wall hung toilet, & mirror. 

 

Balcony 

The balcony to the front of the apartment is well furnished with a dining table & chairs, seating 4

We have just arrived home from our visit to your Safa apartment, and I am emailing to let you know that we had a wonderful time.

The transfers worked really efficiently, the vehicles were very luxurious and the drivers polite and accommodating.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with non-stick pans and sharp knives. The beds and sofa were really comfortable and we were grateful that the apartment was so generously stocked with loo roll, dishwasher tablets etc.

Thank you for the welcome pack, which made life easier on the first day.

We would happily recommend your company to our friends. Everyone has been very helpful and responsive to any requests, Elsie in particular.

We also enjoyed our visit to The Alley – a lovely spot with great staff and music.

We recently stayed at Safa Apartment and had a fabulous time.

There are so many positives about this apartment:

Beautifully decorated and furnished

Very well equipped – everything you need for a great self catering holiday was there and we particularly loved the water dispenser and coffee machine.

The Smart TV is a great addition too!

The outside area is lovely with brand new sunbeds with super thick mattresses and a lovely pool that is shared by only 3 apartments. We were very lucky to be the only guests by the pool each day but there is plenty of room around the pool anyway.

AND Safa is literally a couple of minutes walk into the Old Town!

We loved it all.

I stayed in Safa Apartment for a week in April. It is a really beautifully and luxuriously decorated apartment. It is a very convenient and short downhill walk into the Old Town and harbour, and a fairly easy walk back as well. It’s very conveniently located to the Carrefour supermarket and has lovely views down to the Bay from the large terrace off the living space. It really did feel like a home away from home – as comfortable and well kitted out as beautiful in design. Highly recommend and very much hope to stay in again!

A beautifully presented 3 bedroom luxury holiday home. When location is everything- Leto Townhouse is hard to beat: Kalkan’s Old Town is just a 2 minute stroll away, as are all shops, restaurants and amenities. Not that you need to venture away from Leto: sunbathe by the private pool and enjoy a relaxing evening in the beautifully secluded courtyard garden. Leto Townhouse is a beautiful 3 bedroom luxury holiday home in the beautiful, boutique resort of Kalkan, Turkey.

When location is everything- Leto Townhouse is hard to beat: Kalkan’s historic Old Town is just a 1-2 minute stroll from the townhouse, as are all shops, restaurants and amenities.

Kalkan’s pretty harbour front and town beach are just an easy 5 minute walk.

The Accommodation:

On entering Leto Townhouse, there is a beautiful, spacious open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen set to the rear.

The kitchen features all high end modern appliances, beautiful marble work tops and has an island unit with bar stools. Should you wish to whip up a quick breakfast, light lunch or even full evening meal- the kitchen is stocked with everything you should need.

A door leads off the kitchen out to the beautifully secluded private courtyard.

The perfect spot for escaping the heat of the day, the courtyard is furnished with sun loungers, comfortable seating and an outdoor dining table with chairs. There is also a traditional stone built BBQ here- perfect those lazy, balmy summer evenings.

The living room at Leto Townhouse is very spacious, furnished with a high end corner sofa, flatscreen TV, DVD player and portable speaker.

Wi-Fi is also provided. Double patio doors open out onto the south facing pool terrace.

Here, there is a small but perfectly formed plunge pool- a must for cooling off in during the hot summer months.

The terrace is furnished with four high quality aluminium sun loungers and features pretty Mediterranean shrubbery.

First Floor:

Marble stairs lead up to the first floor of Leto Townhouse where there are three stylish en-suite bedrooms.

To the rear of the townhouse is the twin bedroom, with en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a large private balcony which looks over the courtyard below.

To the front of the townhouse are two double en-suite bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms has double wardrobes, bed side cabinets and huge super King- sized luxury beds. The two bedrooms share a very spacious south facing balcony, furnished with an seating set and two further sun loungers.

September 2024 8 day stay

We were a group of 6 adults, the location is great, an easy walk down to old town and harbour, supermarket just around the corner. The apartment suited us perfectly, we used the pool daily and BBQ’d in the rear-shaded courtyard. The apartment was clean and had all the facilities needed for self-catering. Communication with Lale Homes during bookings and the stay was excellent. This is the second year we have booked this apartment.

The accommodation

Private entrance leading to the front door, front garden with mature planting. Off street secure car parking

Outdoor area

The salt-water pool has roman steps leading into it and is surrounded by plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas, a double swing seat and a large outdoor dining table which is shaded by a pergola. There is also a lovely ottoman seating area where you can lounge or catch a nap whilst looking out at the stunning views of the sea and Kalkan’s famous snake and mouse island.

The internal accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor – open plan lounge/kitchen/ dining area. The lounge has ample seating in the form of 2 large sofas and a comfortable armchair. There is a Smart Tv with a Firestick connected in the lounge allowing you to access UK channels Netflix YouTube etc.

The kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, kettle and toaster and is well stocked with everything you need to cater for yourself in the villa.

The dining area has a table seating 6.

There is also a WC on the ground floor

First floor: Master bedroom with king size bed vanity unit & stool, and a very large wardrobe , private balcony and en-suite shower room.

Twin bedroom with single beds (which can also be configured as a king size ) vanity unit double wardrobe en-suite shower room and private balcony

There are also car park spaces outside of the apartment complex for guests who wish to hire a car to travel further afield.

Yusuf the owner who is very pleasant and speaks perfect English met us and showed us how everything worked. There is no key safe at this apartment. The apartment has been recently redecorated and the new a/c units are very efficient. The kitchen and shower room were new with a very good walk in waterfall shower. There was a welcome pack of bread, butter, jam, eggs, bread and milk plus a full bottle on the water cooler. The views are amazing and the apartment is well situated for both walking into Kalkan and the beach clubs. The large balcony is shaded and big enough for sun beds and table and chairs. We found the bedrooms very tight and in our opinion the second bedroom would only be suitable for children or young adults. Yusuf and his wife did a mid stay clean and changed the bed linen and towels.

Villa Hacer has a semi- open plan living area, the kitchen is well-equipped and contains an integrated electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, and dining table for 4.  Sliding doors lead out onto the pool terrace.   

The comfortable lounge area includes an L-shaped sofa, bookcase, coffee table and flat screen TV. Sliding doors lead out onto the pool terrace.    

There is also a communal cloakroom on this floor.  

 

First Floor – Villa Hacer  

 

Stairs lead up to the first floor where there’s a double and a twin en-suite bedroom, each enjoying their own balcony with good sea views.   

Top Floor – Villa Hacer  

The second double en-suite bedroom is located on this floor and has access to a large roof terrace with stunning panoramic views.

Bedroom 1 – Double en-suite shower room with rainforest shower, king size bed, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, jacuzzi bath, air-conditioning, hairdryer, balcony with sea view.   

Bedroom 2 – Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room with rainforest shower, 2 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, air-conditioning, balcony with sea view.   

Bedroom 3 – Double en-suite with RainForest shower, king size bed, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, jacuzzi bath, air-conditioning, safe, roof terrace with bistro seating set and sea view.   

 

Lower Ground Floor – Villa Hacer  

There is a lower ground floor area with a separate entrance. Here there is an exercise bike and table tennis for guests to use.  

 

Outside – Villa Hacer 

Villa Hacer has a lovely outdoor space with a secluded feel and magnificent panoramic views. The private infinity edged pool with ladder steps measures 7 x 3m (1.6m deep), and surrounding the pool are 4 sunbeds 2 of which are in a shallow area of the pool.   

Table football is in the villa’s side garden for guests’ entertainment.  

There is also a covered comfortable outdoor sofa seating area to relax in, and a dining area with seating for 6 guests, plus a portable charcoal BBQ for alfresco dining.

Recently returned from ten days staying at Villa Hacer.

Well maintained house which had everything we needed and the views from pool and every floor were stunning.

For those who aren’t familiar with Kalkan, you should know that the roads are very steep so we used taxis to get back and forth to town.

Some steps to get to the villa from the road which would not suit someone with mobility issues.

We would happily stay here again.

A dining area with stylish dining table and chairs also benefit from the spectacular views. The modern kitchen in Villa Marvellous is fully equipped with modern appliances including coffee machine. A double bedroom with en suite facilities is located on this floor and patio doors open out onto the pool terrace.

First Floor – Villa Marvellous
On the first floor are two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and one twin bedroom. All bedrooms feature balconies with glass balcony railings to enhance the magnificent sea views.

Top Floor – Villa Marvellous
The top floor is occupied by the master en-suite bedroom which has an apex roof, so height restrictions apply in places. The bedroom leads out to the furnished roof terrace with jacuzzi, which offers breath-taking views of both the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding mountains.

The entrance to Villa Lighthouse 2 is accessed by just 3 steps leading up to the property which opens onto a lovely pool terrace with limited sea views and a landscaped garden. A modern, light and airy open plan living area greets you on the ground floor with a well-equipped kitchen incorporating an integrated oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, Turkish toaster and water cooler. The stylish kitchen also has a kitchen island and gas hob.

The Villa:

Inside, there is a spacious open plan and modern kitchen, dining and living area. The sleek kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday.

There are two double bedrooms, configured as a master double and a twin bedroom. Each bedroom is en-suite, with the master bedroom having a fantastic jacuzzi bath, with views over the bay.

Each bedroom also has access out onto a balcony, from which there are views over the Old Town and bay. All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned.

In addition, Villa Gul has it’s very own sauna- a fantastic and unusual feature! The villa is ideal for couples or small families.

The nearest amenities are just 1 minute away, and the Old Town plus harbour are just a 3-5 minute walk. Therefore there is no need for a hire car or taxis at this property.

Outside Areas:

The villa has a pretty, enclosed courtyard style pool terrace with room for sun loungers and an alfresco dining area. There is also an outdoor shower. Although the villa is in a fantastic central location, the outside areas are secluded and peaceful.

Villa Gul was perfect for our 10 days in Kalkan, it was beautifully furnished, very comfortable, had everything we required and was ideally located in the heart of the old town.

The small pool and patio area were great , we were never bothered by noise.

We have just enjoyed a 10 day stay in Kalkan and our second time in Villa Gul.

I would highly recommend it, very close to the old town Centre, literally a 5 minute walk.

The villa is modern and spacious and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to self cater and there was a very substantial welcome pack on arrival.

The pool has recently been extended and is perfect for a dip to cool off. The balcony offers a fantastic view and for catching early evening sun.

We will definitely be back!

Interior:

The villa is decorated and furnished to a very high standard, with air-conditioning through-out.

Bedroom 1: large twin room with en-suite, large balcony with uninterrupted views over Kalkan.
Bedroom 2 and 3: large double bedroom with en-suite. 2 balconies, ones private, one shared.
Bedroom 4: double or twin, with door to terrace.
Bathrooms: All bedrooms have en-suite fully tiled shower rooms with WC and sink. All en-suites are a good size.
The main living area also has a good sized shower room with WC and wash basin.

Kitchen: Large fully fitted kitchen, including cooker, oven, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and iron available. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals.

Living Rooms: The living room has two sofa’s, a large flat screen TV with DVD and CD player, together with Wi-Fi internet access. There is also a large dining table and seating inside if alfresco dining is not for you.

Towels and linen are provided. The villa will be cleaned once a week, when all bed-linen and towels will be changed..

Outdoor Area:

The villa is set in the middle of its own large terrace area with large private infinity pool. There are 6 sun beds with 3 large sun umbrellas, and two large swing chairs for relaxing in or out of the sun. There is also outside a BBQ with seating on the terrace and balconies for alfresco dining.

The villa is suitable for small children with a shallow pool for them to play in. We can also arrange car hire, airport transfers and day trips at an additional cost. We now have a new high standard security system fitted to ensure safety at the Villa.

You won’t be able to resist spending much of your time on the large balcony taking in the incredible views! The apartment is South facing, so gets sun all day long even at the beginning and end of the season.

The property interior has been designed and tastefully furnished to an exceptionally high standard and offers air-conditioning throughout. The apartment also benefits from high-speed Wi-Fi.

Everything has been designed with a luxury guest experience in mind (coffee machine/electric juicer/games/ Smart TV with Firestick – can stream UK channels if you can bear to tear yourself away from the mesmerising views!

Olympos 9 enjoys one of the best locations in exclusive Kormuluk, only an easy 5-minute stroll to Kalkan’s renowned rooftop restaurants, harbour, and beach. The Olympos complex offers tranquil surroundings, with a large communal pool & sun-bathing terrace, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, and a shaded area with tables & chairs to cool off. Close to two of the best beach clubs in Kalkan – Palm Beach is only a few steps away, and Zest Beach Club just a 5 minute walk away. There are also car park spaces outside of the apartment complex for guests who wish to hire a car to travel further afield.

Olympos 9 may also suit those with restricted mobility, as once you have entered  the complex down a small flight of steps, access to the apartment is on one level, as is the accommodation inside (NB – access to the pool area is down a further staircase).

On entering the apartment a spacious entrance hallway leads through to the light and airy open plan kitchen and living area.

The brand new fully fitted kitchen, complete with kitchen island & bar stools,  is very well equipped, and includes:

Bedrooms:

The apartment has two bedrooms, both accessed off the entrance hall.

 Bedroom 1: (master) this bedroom has a brand-new double bed with comfortable mattress and padded headboard, bedside tables with lamps, and a double wardrobe with built in vanity unit & LED mirror, & juliet balcony.

 Bedroom 2: (twin/double) – this bedroom offers flexible sleeping accommodation, as it can be configured with either twin beds, or a king size bed. The beds are brand new, and have comfortable mattresses, and a padded headboard, bedside table with lamp. Wardrobe & open shelves, plus separate vanity unit with mirror, & Juliet balcony.

Shower Room & WC:

Shower room – shower enclosure with brand new shower unit, sink with marble storage unit below, wall hung toilet, & mirror. Turkish style travertine tiled, rain forest style shower.

WC – there is also a separate WC off the hallway, with wall hung toilet and sink, with mirror.

Hallway:

The hallway has a large cupboard, which has extra hanging space inside if required, plus plenty of space to store shoes, jackets etc. A safe is also located in this cupboard. There is a full-length mirror on the wall adjacent to the front door.

Balcony:

The extra-large balcony is well furnished with a large dining table & chairs (seating 4) and 2 sun beds, with comfortable cushions. You can take in the panoramic views, watching the boats come out and in during the day – there is always something interesting to watch! Finish your day sipping a sundowner enjoying the amazing sunsets.

We stayed 13/9/24 for one week. the apartment is brilliant with everything you need. The deco is great.the views are stunning and the pool is lovely.

The host supply a welcome pack with coffee tea etc and even bread and milk along with a bottle of wine. Such a nice touch to welcome you to your holiday.

We loved everything about this apartment and we loved Kalkan.

Jane and Elsie were so helpful, answering any questions I had very quickly, giving excellent tips and recommendations for things to do in Kalkan, and arranging the airport transfers so our trip went very smoothly.

Jane is a beautiful owner, very attentive and friendly.

The apartment is exactly as described in the photo. In Kalkan we have left our hearts, we will definitely be back!! If you don’t like to walk Kalkan, it’s not for you unless you take taxis (very present in the area) because the streets are sloping and/or there are steps throughout the city.

There are beaches that offer sun loungers and umbrellas on the main beaches and various services. Clean water and beach.

The apartment is equipped with all the possible supplies, Jane also made us find bread, butter, milk, water, coffee for breakfast upon arrival.

Very thoughtful decor with attention to the colours and comfort of the guest.

Ramp of stairs at the entrance to access the apartment and to enter the pool so be careful the apartment is not suitable for the disabled or people in wheelchairs/strollers.

Very simple self check-in and check-out access.

We had a fantastic stay at Jane’s apartment in Kalkan.

It’s worth it for the view alone but luckily the apartment has everything you need and more.

Our kids had a great time swimming in the pool and we spent a lot of time in the excellent beach clubs just down the road.

This place had everything we want. Quiet complex , within walking distance of the lively city.

Lovely kitchen for cooking and then on the large balcony with insanely beautiful views to eat and drink.

The beach club Denizim straight down was great for swimming and sunbathing what a friendly people working there.

We had a car and have also been out and about the area is green mountainous and beautiful with the small azure bays.

Second time back to this beautiful apartment. The view from the balcony is just breathtaking. The apartment is to a high standard. The pool is shared by 12 apartments but we had it to ourselves most of the time even in July.

Apartment only 10 minutes walk to the Old Town and 3 beach clubs.

Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed.

Jane and her team are brilliant and get back to you quickly.

I cannot praise this apartment enough. The decor and facilities were as described and everything was in excellent order. The location was close enough to Kalkan center but also far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle. The well maintained pool became a welcome daily ritual for cooling off and just lounging around.

Olympos 9 Apartment in the favoured location of Komurluk is a pleasant and comfortable stay in a great location. The view from the balcony is that wonderful vista across the famous Kalkan Bay once described as a “Top Ten Best View” and the best place for that sun-downer drink. Also a lovely view above a very attractive pool and sunbathing terrace for the apartment block. Well furnished and equipped the apartment has just about everything for most needs, a great kitchen with a must have BIG fridge, 4 burner gas hob, and all the right small appliances. The apartment is an easy (almost flat) 10 minute walk into Kalkan centre, Carrefour/Migros supermarkets, and Kalkan’s famed shopping. The photos of the property give a great impression but don’t quite show the sublime sunsets with exceptional colourful displays as the sun sets behind the horizon.
