Located in the lower Kiziltas area of Kalkan, Villa Verde is a delightful 3-bedroom villa, accommodating up to 6 guests, with a private pool and wonderful sea views from the upper levels, The interior of the villa is very attractive, with a contemporary design. The owners have put much thought into ensuring that their guests have a comfortable stay, and the villa features quality fixtures and fittings throughout, plus some great ‘extras’, such as the double swing seat & jacuzzi on the pool terrace, an, induction hob, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The villa is south facing, so plenty of opportunities to sunbathe all day long!

Ground Floor – Villa Verde 

The open plan living area contains a well-equipped kitchen, that includes, Fridge freezer, built in oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, & Nespresso coffee machine.  The lounge area has a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table, flat screen smart TV with Netflix ready to use with your own account login. Glass sliding doors lead out onto the beautifully designed and spacious pool terrace. There is also a cloakroom and WC on this level. 

 

First Floor – Villa Verde 

The first floor has two double en-suite bedrooms. Both have air conditioning and private furnished balcony that have partial sea views overlooking Kalkan and the surrounding mountains.  

 

Top Floor – Villa Verde 

The top floor has an attic conversion twin bedroom with limited head room, more suited to older children. (Please note that this floor has no bathroom facilities, anyone occupying the attic bedroom would have to share one of the double bedroom’s en-suite). 

Separate access leads to the villa’s roof terrace, which has wonderful views over Kalkan and is furnished with a comfortable sofa sets. The roof terrace has the best sea views of all and is perfect for enjoying an evening drink whilst relaxing and taking in the beautiful sunsets 

 

Bedrooms – Villa Verde 

Bedroom 1 – Double En-suite bedroom with Private balcony and air-conditioning. 
Bedroom 2 – Double En-suite bedroom, Private balcony and air-conditioning. 
Bedroom 3 – Twin bedroom on the top floor and air-conditioning. 
Please note this bedroom has a sloping roof and no bathroom so is more suited to children. 

 

Outside – Villa Verde 

To the front of the villa at the main entrance is a small seating area over looking pretty gardens, while to the rear is the Pool and terrace. 
The private pool (6m x 4m x 1.60 depth) has sun loungers, tables and parasols around its edge, plus a jacuzzi, shaded by a pergola.  There is also a lovely rattan seating set and coffee table, barrel type chair swing, BBQ and outside shower 

 

Access to the villa 

Villa Verde is accessed from the road side by stairs shared by neighbouring villas. 
NB care should be taken when using the stairs as they are communal and do not require villa owners to maintain them

Villa Teshir, a beautifully presented detached 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom character stone villa with a large private pool, lush gardens and breath-taking sea and mountain views.   

Villa Teshir is on 2 levels and the stone floors inside and out give it a charm of its own. 

Please note: 

The property is undergoing renovations this winter, including new bathrooms, updated kitchen with island unit, renovated pool and new furniture throughout. All will be ready to take reservations from May 2025 and new photos will be available early Spring. 

 

Villa Teshir is set in the heart of Kalkan in the area knowns as Ortaalan and an easy flat walk of 10 minutes into town.  The property is situated well below the D400.  

The nearest supermarkets, Migros and Macro, are only a 5 minutes’ walk away.  

Whilst a car is not necessary, there is a private parking space available. 

Outside Areas: 

This lovely, detached villa has large spacious outdoor areas comprising of a large pool (6m x 5m) with Roman steps for easy access.   
There is a secluded garden with lemon and olive trees and a large veranda which runs the entire length of the villa. Here you will find a comfortable seating area comprising of sofas and easy chairs.   

The spacious terrace surrounding the pool has a dining area, 4 sun loungers and a built brick BBQ, all overlooking Kalkan Bay.  

Ground Floor:

The spacious ground floor comprises of a dining kitchen, lounge and cloakroom.  
The kitchen is fully fitted and includes all the usual modern appliances, a water cooler and a Nespresso coffee maker.  

From here, French doors lead directly to the pool terrace. 

 
The comfortable lounge has sofas, easy chairs and a coffee table. There is a 42-inch flat screen TV offering all the English channels you may require. 

There is direct access out to the veranda, shaded by olive trees from our garden below. 

 

First Floor: 

On the 1st floor there are 2 ensuite bedrooms, both with large, fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a 4 poster 6 ft king size bed. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. 

Both bedrooms have stunning sea views with shutters on the windows to keep you cool in the summer months.  

 

A “kosk” balcony with comfortable lounge seating, perfect for relaxing and looking out to sea or enjoying the twinkling lights of Kalkan in the evening.

The entrance to the apartment is on the ground floor and opens to a very bright and spacious open plan living area with a well-stocked modern kitchen with water cooler and Nespresso coffee machine, indoor dining area and airy living space housing an ample L-shaped sofa, air conditioning, TV with UK channels and Bluetooth speaker. 

Two large sets of patio doors open directly onto the pool terrace and outside dining area.  A BBQ, adjustable shade and comfy sun-loungers complete the picture.

The two light and generous bedrooms are on the lower level and both open out onto the downstairs garden courtyard.  This is also equipped with outdoor furniture and a table tennis table for entertainment.

Blueberry 3 is a duplex apartment with 3 bedrooms.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Entering the property on the lower floor, there are two bedrooms – one double and one twin. Each bedroom is bright and airy and furnished in a clean, contemporary style. These bedrooms each have floor to ceiling double patio doors which open onto a Juliette style balcony. On this floor there is also a family bathroom, which is shared by these two bedrooms.

A marble staircase leads up to the top floor of the apartment where there is a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range of quality appliances and it also has a dining table with chairs to seat 6 guests. A lovely feature of the kitchen is the picture window which looks directly out over the plunge pool. A water cooler is provided.

The living area is simply but stylishly decorated with a large, stylish corner sofa, coffee table and entertainment unit with flat-screen TV.

Double patio doors open directly out onto the roof terrace.

There is also a double bedroom on this floor and an adjacent bathroom with shower unit, WC and vanity unit with basin.

All rooms in the apartment are air conditioned.

Outside the apartment:

The roof terrace has great views and a good-sized plunge pool, which is ideal for cooling off on those hot summer days. A wide awning can be used for shade.

Great central location

Blueberry 3 Apartment is situated in a great spot, convenient for restaurants, supermarket, and the weekly market. There are quite a few steps to climb as it is the penthouse apartment – 24 steps to the front door and then another 14 inside to get to the living and pool area, but the climb is worth it when you see the view.

It is furnished quite simply but modern and light with a very comfy sofa ensemble in the lounge with great views over the bay. The super king bed in the main bedroom was excellent – one of the best we have ever slept in!

The bathroom had a very powerful shower, but it could do with having a bit of a makeover – it was clean and functional just needs some tender loving care.

The outside patio was adequate for 2 people with sunbeds and sofas and a BBQ, and the pool was super clean with lovely views. There is an awning blind over the main doors to shield the patio, which was much needed in the day.

All in all, a great convenient place to stay, it could do with a welcome book giving instructions of where things are and how to get the TV to work etc., but that’s just a small observation.

Jane and her team were as always incredible, always available to help or answer the many stupid ones I asked – so many thanks for that.

Kalkan is a beautiful place, and I would recommend this company to find you the right place to stay, and you won’t go far wrong with Blueberry 3.

This was our third stay in Blueberry 3.

We love this penthouse apartment which is very spacious and in a great location across from the Coriander restaurant and the local Thursday Market.

Lots of lovely places to eat on your doorstep and a 10 minute stroll into the old town.

Can’t recommend Jane and the Team highly enough.

They sort everything out for you to enjoy your holiday without the stress.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On entering Blueberry 2 apartment, you will find a spacious open plan, split level living area with separate fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen offers a range of modern appliances and everything needed for a self-catering holiday, plus a water cooler. There is also an indoor dining table to seat 4 guests. Floor to ceiling double patio doors lead off the kitchen onto a sea view balcony. A couple of steps lead down from the kitchen into the spacious living area which is furnished with stylish sofas, coffee table, TV unit and flat-screen TV. Double patio doors open out onto the pool terrace and there is a separate balcony off the kitchen with a table and two chairs.

The first of the apartment’s bedrooms is the master en-suite double bedroom. The second is a twin bedroom with separate bathroom. 

Decorated in a cool, contemporary style, each bedroom is fully furnished and has access out onto either a private balcony or the main pool terrace.

Each bathroom has a walk in shower unit, WC and vanity unit with basin.

All rooms in the apartment are air conditioned.

Outside the apartment:

A fantastic feature of Blueberry 2 apartment is the spacious private terrace with plunge pool. The pool is at the centre of the terrace and is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor dining table with chairs together with comfortable and relaxed seating. A BBQ is also provided. 

Please note that this pool is not suitable for children owing to the infinity edge to the pool and the drop involved.

Family holiday July 2024

We have just spent a wonderful week at Blueberry 2 apartment! It was everything we were hoping for and more.

The apartment is in a great location, 2 minutes walk to the supermarket to buy some croissants for breakfast. 5-10 minute walk into the old town.

The apartment was perfect for us, lovely and spacious and clean and cool.

The pool area was amazing, lots of space to relax around the pool and a dip in the pool to cool off.

Perfect holiday, we absolutely love Kalkan and will definitely be returning to Blueberry 2.

The team at Lale are so helpful and friendly and made our holiday special!
