Ground Floor – Open-Plan Living & Pool Access 

The entrance opens into a large open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling glass doors overlooking the pool terrace and the Mediterranean beyond. 

The comfortable lounge is centred around a fireplace and smart TV, with soft seating and direct access to the terrace, creating an easy flow between indoor and outdoor living. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances, marble worktops, and a large island breakfast bar—ideal for relaxed breakfasts or evening drinks while dinner is prepared. 

A separate guest WC is also located on this floor. Additional practical features include a washing machine, dishwasher, water cooler, and iron and ironing board for a comfortable longer stay. 

Bedroom 1 – Ground Floor Double Room 

A spacious and bright bedroom with a Super King bed, sea views, direct terrace access, and an en-suite shower room. An excellent option for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

The Accommodation 

Mar Azul is arranged over two levels, offering light-filled interiors and a comfortable, practical layout throughout. 

Ground Floor (Entrance Level) 
The property is accessed via a few steps through a secure entrance, opening into a bright open-plan living space. Two sets of full-height sliding doors allow plenty of natural light and lead directly out to the private pool terrace. 

The modern L-shaped kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering stay, including an electric hob and oven, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle and water cooler. A dining table for six sits alongside the kitchen, creating a sociable indoor dining space. 

The lounge area is comfortably furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, flat-screen TV with Apple TV, WiFi and a music system — a relaxed space to unwind after a day out. 

Also on this level is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and mirror. Sliding doors open directly onto the pool terrace, reinforcing the villa-style indoor-outdoor living feel. A washing machine is also conveniently located here, and a safe is provided for guest use. 

A guest cloakroom with WC and basin completes this floor. 

First Floor 
Upstairs, the master bedroom suite offers a spacious and more private retreat, featuring a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, separate shower, WC and basin. The room is furnished with ample storage including wardrobes and a dressing area, and also benefits from a safe. 

Sliding doors lead out onto a private balcony with seating — the perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening drink, with partial sea views from the upper level. 

An additional small single bedroom, accessed via an interconnecting door, provides a flexible sleeping option, particularly suited to a child. 

 

Outside Areas 

The private saltwater pool, framed by wooden decking with sun loungers and a parasol, forms the heart of Mar Azul’s outdoor space. Villa Alternatif is a spacious 4 bed family friendly property with a large pool and outdoor areas with sea views.

Interior:

The villa is decorated and furnished to a very high standard, with air-conditioning through-out.

Bedroom 1: large twin room with en-suite, large balcony with uninterrupted views over Kalkan.
Bedroom 2 and 3: large double bedroom with en-suite. 2 balconies, ones private, one shared.
Bedroom 4: double or twin, with door to terrace.
Bathrooms: All bedrooms have en-suite fully tiled shower rooms with WC and sink. All en-suites are a good size.
The main living area also has a good sized shower room with WC and wash basin.

Kitchen: Large fully fitted kitchen, including cooker, oven, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and iron available. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals.

Living Rooms: The living room has two sofa’s, a large flat screen TV with DVD and CD player, together with Wi-Fi internet access. There is also a large dining table and seating inside if alfresco dining is not for you.

Towels and linen are provided. The villa will be cleaned once a week, when all bed-linen and towels will be changed..

Outdoor Area:

The villa is set in the middle of its own large terrace area with large private infinity pool. There are 6 sun beds with 3 large sun umbrellas, and two large swing chairs for relaxing in or out of the sun. There is also outside a BBQ with seating on the terrace and balconies for alfresco dining.

The villa is suitable for small children with a shallow pool for them to play in. We can also arrange car hire, airport transfers and day trips at an additional cost. We now have a new high standard security system fitted to ensure safety at the Villa.

We are delighted to have Solvi Apartment, an Asfiya Retreat Apartment within our portfolio. A 2 bedroomed duplex property arranged over two floors, ground and first floor. Good location and excellent communication with the host. The welcome pack was a lovely touch which was much appreciated. Although in an apartment block it was a quiet location with only about a 10 minute or so walk down to the Old Town/Harbour. Apartment was close to 2 supermarkets (Mirgos and Macro) and a couple of restaurants just a few minutes away so there was at least an easy option for those nights you don’t want the walk down into the Old Town

Lovely apartment in a quiet location walkable to old town, harbour and beach clubs.

Apartment was very well equipped with great air con and good WiFi.

There’s was also easy in street parking directly outside the resort for our hire car.

The pool was bigger than it looked on the pictures and a great spot to cool off.

Overall a lovely stay and would definitely return.

What an amazing time we had at the Solvi Apartment.

Great location, supermarket 2 mins away and kalkan town 10 mins scenic walk away.

Beautiful apartment with everything you would need for your stay. Our private pool was a good option.

Communication with Jane and Elsie was seemless throughout and transfers wete arranged through them too.

The apartment itself is really well decorated, very spacious, has it’s lovely own pool (as well as use if the shared pool) and everything you need.

The owners are super responsive, helpful and communication was great.

A lovely place, great location and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful apartment Solvi, felt more like a villa. Fantastic outside space with large comfy sofa and good-sized dining table, all around your own pool.

Very well-equipped large kitchen, we had everything we could possibly need. Upstairs the beds were really comfortable (which is always a concern when your away for two weeks)

6 minute pretty flat walk into town and a lovely we’ll stocked supermarket 2 mins away.

Mavi Kelebek Apartment is new to our rental portfolio for 2022! We are very pleased to offer this charming 2 bed duplex apartment, located in lower Kiziltas, with simply stunning views from all levels  The apartment is located on a small. quiet complex (only 4 apartments) and is a 5 minutes stroll to the Old Town (the walk back is a little steep at the end, so you may prefer to take a taxi).

Entrance:

The apartment has its own private entrance. You enter at ground floor level, into a very large open plan lounge and kitchen area.  

The Apartment:

The ground floor is light, airy and spacious.  This level comprises an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, plus a separate WC.  

The kitchen is fully fitted, with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, and a dishwasher.  There is also a microwave, a kettle, toaster and water cooler machine. The kitchen island offers seating for 4 people with bar stools.

There are two 3 seater sofas in the lounge (one of which converts to a sofa bed) plus 2 armchairs. Large sliding doors lead out onto the wraparound balcony, which is furnished with a dining table and chairs for 4 people.

Stairs lead up to the top floor where there are two bedrooms. The master has a double bed, bedside tables, vanity unit and wardrobe, an en suite bathroom within the room and access onto the shared roof terrace. The other bedroom on this floor is a twin room, with wardrobe, bedside tables and vanity unit (the twin beds can be made into a double bed if preferred)  This bedroom also has access to the shared roof terrace. There is a shower room next door to the second bedroom. The spacious roof terrace has truly amazing views and is furnished with a large umbrella and seating set with coffee table for 4 people.

Outside Areas:

The complex is spacious and peaceful with a large shared pool and terrace.  Guests have the use of the apartment’s brand new sun beds and parasols within this area.

There is also a big marble topped dining table with chairs on the side of the terrace, please note that this can be used by all guests at the complex.

This is a fabulous apartment, ideally located for a quick walk into town (and taxi back) . The apartment is spotlessly clean and extremely well appointed. We stayed for 3 weeks and enjoyed every minute. Complete clean every week, which was well communicated to us by Jane, so no surprises. Pool area was spotless and it was a good size swimming pool, no rushing for sunbeds as this is only a complex of 4 apartment and each one has their own allocation of sunbeds. Would definitely use again and also strongly recommend Lale Homes who were professional, efficient and caring.

A fantastic apartment with amazing views and excellent amenities.

The apartment was immaculate and had everything needed for a great holiday.

Pool area was exceptional with sun beds allocated to the apartment. It was usually quiet so we had the pool to ourselves.

Town centre a 10 minute walk down a steep hill but taxi will collect and return if required.

We asked for Patio homes which helped the taxi driver know where to go.

Just spent 10 days at Mavi Kelebek apartment! Wow is the view!

Perfect for a small family and great swimming pool.

Yes the hill is steep but you soon become a mountain goat or take a taxi!

Cannot fault Lale Homes excellent service from the team from start to finish.

What an amazing apartment in the beautiful Kalkan, stunning views from both balconies, fab infinity pool and everything you could need in the gorgeous Mavi Kelebek (Blue Butterfly) apartment.

We were 4 friends on a girlie holiday and had a brilliant time, lots to see and do around Kalkan, went to Patara to see the sunset at the dunes which i would highly recommend, every meal we had in the town was fantastic.

We have just returned from a beautiful 2 week stay in Mavi Kelebek and could not be happier.

The apartment is lovely, spacious and very clean with stunning views. It is well equipped and only a short walk into town, we walked most nights without problems.

Clean pool area with an amazing size infinity pool. The pool is shared with 3 other apartments but there is lots of space and it never felt crowded! The sun beds are super comfy too.

Would 100% recommend.

We have just come back from 2 weeks at Mavi Kelebek and we had a fantastic time.

From the moment we saw the photos of the property, we knew we had found the perfect place to stay in Kalkan.

The flat is absolutely lovely and exactly like on the photos. It is modern, super clean and we had everything we needed.

The kitchen is provided with all you need to cook and it was like a home away from home!

The beds were very comfortable and we slept well during our stay.

The terrace outside our bedroom on the top floor was so nice and we had coffee there every morning – so relaxing!

The other terrace is also practical to dry towels after going to the beach!

Towels and bedsheets were provided and we also received a little welcome pack – very much appreciated after a long journey!

The accommodation is about 10 / 15 minutes away from the town centre and various shops (there is a little supermarket about 5 minutes away from the flat) and many restaurants are close by.

We didn’t rent a car and as others mentioned the flat is at the top of a hill (like all other properties in Kalkan).

We took our time to walk down to the supermarket / harbour with our 4-year-old and 6-year-old and we got on a taxi to go back as it was too much for their little legs to walk all the way back up (especially when it was super-hot).

We shared the pool with the guests who were staying in the 3 other flats but most of the time we had the pool to ourselves which was great!

Jane at Lale Home was a star from start to finish. Very friendly, always happy to help and super organised.

Villa Kulla is a 4 bedroom villa, comfortably accommodating a maximum of 8 guests. It is in an enviable position in the centre of Kalkan, but also at the end of a cul-de-sac, so quiet and undisturbed. It is just a 2 minute walk from Kalkan centre with its full range of restaurants and artisan shops etc

Inside, the ground floor has an open plan lounge, modern spacious kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms are spread across the first, second and roof level floors. This includes a master double bedroom with access to the roof terrace and spectacular views of the sea, harbour and Old Town area.

The villa has a generous sized heated, salt-water private swimming pool surrounded by sunbathing terraces, a table tennis table, and choice of al-fresco dining areas.

Ground Floor – Villa Kulla

On entering the villa on the ground floor, you will find a comfortable open-plan living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for preparing anything from breakfast or snacks to a full dinner. This includes a large fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, and kettle. The washing machine can also be found in the kitchen.

Adjacent to the kitchen is an indoor dining table and 4 chairs. Next to this is the comfortable lounge area. Doors open out onto the pool terrace from the kitchen area. For your entertainment the living room has large flat screen satellite TV (limited English channels). The villa also enjoys air-conditioning and complimentary wi-fi throughout.

First Floor – Villa Kulla

The first floor has a double en-suite bedroom with a private balcony, plus a twin bedroom, also with a balcony, and separate shower room.

Second Floor – Villa Kulla

On the second floor is a bedroom which can be configured either as a double, or a twin room, with ensuite bathroom, & private balcony which enjoys beautiful sea views.

Roof Level – Villa Kulla

On the roof level you will find a large master en-suite double bedroom with lots of space. The room has direct access onto the large roof top terrace with spectacular sea views. From this terrace you can see the Old Town and harbour while enjoying some privacy – the perfect spot to enjoy your breakfast coffee or sundowner tipple from.

The pool terrace has plenty of sunbeds for relaxing, plus table tennis if you fancy getting a bit more active. There is also a comfortable seating area with coffee table, plus an alfresco dining area and 6 chairs. Should you want alfresco cooking to go with it, there is a BBQ for guest use.

7 night stay at Villa Kulla

I recently stayed at Villa Kulla for 7 days with my family – there were 7 of us including my 7 month old daughter and this property was absolutely perfect. The bedrooms were spacious with their own bathrooms, the kitchen was well equipped and the outside pool area was exactly what we needed. The location was idyllic – it was peaceful and quiet but just a short walk to the main town of Kalkan. This was our first time visiting and we will most definitely return!

Villa Kulla is a lovely spacious villa with a great pool. It’s an easy downhill walk to the town centre and a slightly harder walk back, but very doable and no need to get a taxi. The beds were very comfortable and the Villa was well equipped, having a water cooler was fantastic with replacement bottles only 200TL. Would highly recommend.

We are a party of 4 adults and 4 kids aged between 10 and 14 and we have had an amazing time at Villa Kulla.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in KALKAN and this is the best villa we have stayed in.

The villa Is a short walk to the centre of the old town and only 100 yards from the supermarket.

The views from the balcony were amazing.

The pool and table tennis table were a big hit for everyone.

All rooms are well air conditioned.

Our rep, Sharon, was extremely helpful and sorted any minor issues on arrival and arranged water for the cooler quickly.

There are just 2 things we thought would make the villa more workable for us which was to have wardrobes in the top floor bedroom and to make the table near the front door a useable area as this had most of the shade for lunchtime dining.

The lounge includes two large sofas, a coffee table, Smart TV with Firestick, and a DVD player. Patio doors allow plenty of natural light and open onto a good size terrace with an outdoor dining table and chairs for four, bench seating, and a charcoal barbecue—perfect for relaxed meals overlooking Kalamar Bay. 

The modern kitchen is well equipped and includes a large fridge-freezer, oven and gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, cafetière, kettle, toaster, washing machine and water cooler. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

First Floor – Bedrooms & Bathrooms 

There are two bedrooms on the first floor, both enjoying natural light and sea views. 

  • Master Bedroom: A good-sized double bedroom enjoying plenty of natural light with en-suite shower room, separate vanity area with hairdryer, and access to a private sea-view balcony overlooking Kalamar Bay. 
  • Second Bedroom: A twin bedroom that can be configured as a king-size bed if required. This bedroom has access to a separate shower room (not en-suite), making it suitable for children or adults. 

There is a safe for valuables in the master bedroom, and hairdryers are provided in both rooms

Stunning location, views to die for.

Yes, it’s a 20/30 min walk into town but the chilled location & the ambiance / views around Kalamar Bay make it a very special place to stay..

The villa is stunning inside, beautifully & tastefully decorated; It’s the best equipped holiday accommodation we’ve had in Kalkan over the last 16 years; everything you need is catered for in the Villa..

Beautiful pool in the courtyard, which we had to ourselves the majority of our holiday. The rooftop was our favourite place to chill both night & day…

We loved our stay & will most definitely return…

Gorgeous villa with a stunning view

This villa was outstanding. So well laid out and beautifully decorated. Very spacious. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of wardrobe space in bedrooms. Very peaceful as was not as near Kalamar Road as places we’d previously stayed. Bit of a hilly walk or cheap taxi ride but worth it for the views and peace. The star of the show though was the roof terrace. Spent most days there chilling out looking out to the gorgeous views. Plenty of sun and also shade when you needed it. My only negative was that there was no welcome pack as usually get a few bits to start you off but it wasn’t a big issue. I’d 100% recommend this villa and fingers crossed I’ll be back some day. Was booked through Lale homes and Jane and her team could not be more helpful and friendly.

Aimee’s House was really well appointed, thoughtfully styled with a modern renovation. The landlords were responsive to any requests for information and support. It was a delight to spend a full week in this house relaxing in the different rooms, balconies and rooftop. Fantastic spot which we hope to revisit soon enough.
