Tucked away on a quiet side street, yet only a flat one-minute walk to shops, restaurants and the harbour, this is one of the few walk-to-town Kalkan villas with a private pool. With its pretty courtyard, bougainvillea-draped walls and a roof terrace with sea and mountain views, Villa Alarahan perfectly captures the relaxed, authentic feel of Old Town living.
Location
Villa Alarahan sits at the top of Kalkan’s Old Town, placing everything you need within easy reach.
A short, easy walk takes you into the centre, where you’ll find Kalkan’s renowned rooftop restaurants, cafés, boutiques and bars, with the harbour and beach just beyond. This is a genuinely flat and easy walk, making it ideal for those who want to enjoy Kalkan without relying on taxis.
Despite being so central, the villa enjoys a peaceful setting — offering the best of both worlds.
The Accommodation
The villa is arranged over two floors, offering bright, comfortable interiors with a welcoming, home-from-home feel.
Ground Floor
The ground floor features an open-plan living space, combining a fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable lounge and dining area.
The kitchen is well equipped for a self-catering stay, with a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and fresh water dispenser. A selection of essentials is provided on arrival so you can settle in straight away.
The lounge area offers a relaxed setting with a large dining table, fast Wi-Fi and TV with UK channels — ideal for unwinding after a day exploring Kalkan.
First Floor
Both bedrooms are located on the first floor, and importantly, both are en-suite, making the villa particularly well suited to couples or a small family.
The master bedroom features a super king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and access to a private balcony. The second bedroom can be arranged as either a double or twin, and also benefits from its own en-suite bathroom.
Both bedrooms are light, comfortable and well presented, with air conditioning throughout to keep the villa cool in the summer months.
Outdoor Space
The outdoor space is a real highlight and perfectly reflects the villa’s charming Old Town character.
The private walled courtyard is beautifully presented, with colourful bougainvillea and traditional stonework creating a relaxed, intimate setting. At its centre is a private swimming pool (5m x 4m), surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, a dining area and BBQ — ideal for laid-back days at the villa.
Above, the roof terrace provides a second outdoor living space, with lovely views across Kalkan, the mountains and the sea. With both dining and seating areas, it’s the perfect spot for sunset drinks or relaxed evening meals.

Perfect location in the Old Town
We have just returned home from a two week stay at Villa Alarahan.The location was perfect for us as we enjoy walking directly into town even if you have to come back up the hill! The Villa was perfect for the two of us, spotlessly clean and well stocked with plenty of glasses, crockery etc. Our bedroom was a good size with an enormous en suite bathroom & balcony. Every evening we took advantage of the roof terrace, sitting up there watching the amazing sunsets. The heated pool was lovely & was well used by us both.
We have booked it again already.
Relaxing haven in the centre of the old town
We stayed for 2 weeks in July, and had the best time. Alarahan is a peaceful and relaxing space but is so central that we walked daily to the beach, harbour, restaurants, shops, everything which really broke up the day. The pool was so welcome- clean and perfect size for our family.
Amazing Location July 2025
Villa is in a perfect location just minutes away from the Old Town. It has everything you need for a fabulous holiday, great pool with space around for sunbeds. Only negatives are the views from the roof terrace are a little obstructed but that did not affect our stay.
I have to say that the service from everyone at Lale Homes has exceeded our expectations, they will go more than that extra mile to help you with any queries you have or need help making bookings for boat trips etc. I would like to say a big THANK YOU to you all.
This is the second Villa we have e rented through Lale and will not be out last.

Location, Location, Location
Another fantastic visit to Kalkan for us in August 2024. Without doubt this villa is in the best location for those wanting to enjoy everything the Old Town has to offer, It’s literally seconds to get to ‘Greek St’ and enjoy a cocktail in Shade Lounge, our personal favourite bar!

Just perfect!
We spent two weeks in the villa as a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The villa is well located in the center of kalkan. You can reach everything on foot and theoretically you don’t need a car. Supermarkets, restaurants and the center of kalkan old town can be reached in a few minutes. Although the villa is centrally located, the surrounding area is quiet and ideal for families. The villa itself is very nice and has everything you need. You won’t miss anything! The villa is clean and well maintained. You feel at home. The pool and the outdoor area are regularly cleaned by the service team. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed our meals outside.
The team of Lale Rentals is available to answer any questions you may have and you feel in good hands. Big praise!
So all in all a perfect place to stay. I can fully recommend the villa!

The best relaxing holiday location in Kalkan - 5/5
‘The best relaxing holiday location in Kalkan – 5/5’ We have just returned from one of the most relaxing holidays we have ever had, the location is perfect and the Townhouse is amazing. The roof top terrace gives you the best views of both the harbour and village either over a morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening. The house is beautifully appointed and offers everything, the pool offers endless hours of relaxation and fun, our 5 year old has just learned to swim here. Thank you to the Townhouse for best holiday.

Would definitely stay again!
We had a great time staying at the villa. What we liked most about the villa was the private pool and how close it was to the Old Town. It was a very short walk into the town and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
