Villa Emily is a stylish and contemporary 5 bedroom villa in a fantastic location: tucked away on a peaceful residential street, yet within easy walking distance of the Old Town and all amenities.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout, luxuriously furnished and ideal for larger family groups.

Ground floor:

This level has an open plan fully equipped kitchen with extensive units, a breakfast bar and indoor dining table. Patio doors open onto a balcony which is furnished with bean bags- a great place to take in the fantastic views.

The kitchen is equipped with all white goods: oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. The open plan lounge area has comfy seating, flat screen TV, CD/DVD player and iPod player. Sliding doors open out from the lounge area onto a large balcony which is furnished with comfortable rattan furniture. Outside steps lead down from this balcony to the pool and terrace area.

Lower ground floor:

The lower floor has 3 en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with en-suite shower room. The second bedroom on this level is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite shower room. The final bedroom is separate from the rest of the villa as it is accessed from the pool terrace. It is ideal for those in a large group who prefer a little extra privacy! This bedroom also has a walk in shower room.

First floor:

There are 2 bedrooms, both en-suite. The first bedroom has a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom on this level has twin beds with an en-suite bathroom, once again with a walk in shower. Both bedrooms have patio doors leading onto balconies, which have uninterrupted views of Kalkan and the bay.

Second floor:

On the top level of the villa is the spacious roof terrace which has plenty of comfy seating and shade provided by a parasol. The ideal spot for an evening drink whilst watching the sun set over the bay. In addition, there is a jacuzzi/plunge pool on the roof terrace. True luxury!

Outdoor area:

Outside, the villa has a good-sized private pool which is surrounded by sunbathing terraces and an outdoor dining table for 10 guests. There is also an outdoor kitchen with fridge and BBQ

The lower ground floor has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room facilities with a small sea view terrace for morning coffee with magnificent sea views. From here there are steps down to a further shaded terrace with a billiard table.

On the ground floor is the large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area is furnished with seating that faces the stunning floor to ceiling windows opening out across the pool and beyond to the shimmering Mediterranean sea. A dining area with stylish dining table and chairs also benefit from the spectacular views. The modern kitchen in Villa Marvellous is fully equipped with modern appliances including coffee machine. A double bedroom with en suite facilities is located on this floor and patio doors open out onto the pool terrace.

First Floor – Villa Marvellous
On the first floor are two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and one twin bedroom. All bedrooms feature balconies with glass balcony railings to enhance the magnificent sea views.

Top Floor – Villa Marvellous
The top floor is occupied by the master en-suite bedroom which has an apex roof, so height restrictions apply in places. The bedroom leads out to the furnished roof terrace with jacuzzi, which offers breath-taking views of both the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding mountains.

Villa Berlin is a luxury villa for rent with 5 bedrooms sleeping 10 people, located in Kalkan’s Kızıltaş area. As well as the magnificent sea and bay views, Villa Berlin has all the amenities you will want for your holiday.

The view is spectacular!

Our first time in that region of turkey and great city of Kalkan. I don’t think I can do justice with words towards the Villa Berlin but all I can say is the view is spectacular. The building is a new build. It’s super clean and it’s managed by people who are very caring everybody in our group of 10 loved the villa and we had such an amazing time for nine days every day. The location is only five minutes away from the sea and city center. You could probably walk and get there in 15 minutes. The villa is on a hill overlooking the city of Kalkan and the sea. Like I said, the words would not do justice I will definitely recommend anybody to visit and stay.

Villa Berlin made one of our most memorable trips ever. Everything was perfect. I would like to thank you on behalf of all the guests, we all loved it.

A superb and secluded contemporary 5-bedroom villa, fully refurbished in 2022. Luxurious throughout, the villa has a large private swimming pool with spacious terraces and a beautiful outdoor dining area. Set in the peaceful Kalamar district of Kalkan, the villa is a stone’s throw from local shops and restaurants, and boasts fabulous sea views from the upper levels.

Villa Safran is situated on the Kalamar Road, just past Café Vita, Villa Safran County is a detached villa with an imposing entrance. A high walled garden for privacy, automatic controlled garage door and intercom entry system greets you, and once inside there are a few steps down into the grounds of the villa itself.

Upon entering the property, the actual size of the Villa Safran County becomes apparent, with an opulent entrance hall which opens onto the split-level open plan living areas with high ceilings and a central aircon system.

Ground Floor:

Filled with natural light the kitchen with granite worktops is super equipped with modern luxuries you’d expect from a villa of this magnitude, incorporating an integrated electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, juicer, ice maker, kettle and UK toaster. A stylish feature is the kitchen island with built-in gas hob and includes seating for 10 people. There is also a large sliding glass door to the outside for easy access to the pergola covered dining terrace.

A couple of steps down leads into the contemporary lounge area with a large comfortable L-shape sofa, armchairs and smart TV. Glass sliding doors maximise the view which looks out onto the luxurious pool terrace.

Off the entrance hall the first stylish bedroom with en-suite can be found, this is a family room with 1 king and 1 single bed, perfect for anyone not wishing to climb stairs or with a young child and has a French balcony with a pool view.

On this level there is a utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and a separate guest WC.

Bedroom 1

Family en-suite shower room with Rain Forest shower, king size bed, single bed, wardrobes with full length mirrors, smart TV, air-conditioning, safe, French balcony with pool view and sea glimpse (this bedroom is on the ground floor).

Stairs leads up to the first floor where an impressive landing awaits and the stylish décor continues in the three spacious double en-suite bedrooms, one of which has its own private Turkish bath and another with twin showers with picture window and sea views. All bedrooms share wonderful pool and sea views over Kalamar Bay.

First Floor:

Outside Area:

The generously proportioned elegant terrace with pool measuring 10 x 5.5m (1.6m deep) and jacuzzi is undoubtedly a key feature of this property. The jacuzzi seats 10 people and has walk-in roman steps and there are ladder steps at the other end of the pool, and an outdoor shower. 10 sunbeds adorn the pool with side tables and parasols, comfortable sofa seating and a swing seat.

All the grounds are tastefully landscaped and at one end of the outdoor terrace there is a more private sunbathing area with curtains and 2 sunbeds.

A large, covered pergola terrace equipped with lighting and a built-in bbq makes for the perfect alfresco dining experience and comfortably accommodates 10 people.

There is a table tennis game for all the family to enjoy, and due to its size, luxury décor and amenities this jewel of a villa certainly makes for an unforgettable holiday.

There is covered private parking for 1 car at the entrance to the property. (Some road noise may be heard from the pool terrace).

Located to the east of Kalkan's town beach and harbour, the villa offers stunning, unobstructed sea views. The location ensures that there sun throughout the day. Villa Honeybee is a luxury villa located in the prestigious area of Komurluk. Set over 3 floors, the villa boasts stunning panoramic views across the bay towards the harbour.

Ground floor (pool level):

The ground floor comprises an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area with double glass doors which open out to the pool terrace. There is also a double bedroom with large en-suite shower room on this floor with a door from the bedroom leading out onto to the pool terrace (please note that the shower room can also be accessed from the hallway, but the door can remain locked if preferred).

The living room is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa and a 42″ television with English and Turkish channels. The television is a smart TV which enables you to watch Netflix if you have an account. The villa also has a water cooler, washing machine and a dishwasher.

First floor:

There are three bedrooms on the first floor which all have sea views. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds (each 90cm x 200cm) and the third is a double bedroom (160cm x 200cm). Each bedroom has access to a shared sea view balcony. The double and one of the twin bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms; the remaining twin bedroom has access to the house shower room on this level

Second floor (entry level):

There is a double bedroom on this level with a king size bed (180cm x 200cm) and access to a private roof terrace offering lovely sea views and furnished with cushioned sun loungers. This bedroom has use of a separate shower room on this floor.

Outdoor areas:

The villa benefits from having a generously-sized pool terrace furnished with sun-loungers which have thick comfortable mattresses and two deckchairs.

The terrace gets plenty of sun throughout the day and is in the perfect position for enjoying the spectacular sunsets that this area of Kalkan is renowned for. A table and chairs are provided under a shaded area for alfresco dining, along with a large gas BBQ. A comfortable seating area is also positioned at the front of the pool terrace overlooking the sea.

Amazing week in Villa Honeybee

We have just come back from the most amazing week staying in Villa Honeybee, Kalkan.

Our first time to Turkey and we will definitely be coming back to Kalkan.

There were 10 of us sharing the villa and it was just perfect for all of us. The location and views were incredible. Very spacious even with 10 of us.

Jane and Elsie at Lale Homes looked after our every needs beautifully .. from the very start when we booked the villa to the return transfer back to the airport.

We couldn’t have chosen a better Villa. Kalkan has captured all our hearts and we will definitely be returning.

The only one slight issue we had during our stay at the Villa was that we couldn’t get the TV to work.. which usually on holiday we wouldn’t have even tried to watch tv however our stay coincided with the second week of the Olympics needless to say it would have been good to be able to catch up on the daily events taking place in Paris.

Apart from this slight inconvenience Villa Honeybee created the most wonderful memories for all of us.. thank you Lale Homes.

Late Summer Stay

Just back from a week’s stay at Villa Alexander. There were 6 adults so we used most of the accommodation. It is a beautiful villa with fantastic views especially at sunset. Bedrooms are generous and the beds are a good size and very comfortable. They also have blackout curtains which not all properties in Kalkan offer. The kitchen/ lounge area is a beautiful space with all the amenities you’d expect. The pool is crystal clear and maintained twice a day. The garden is all tiled and is also regularly swept. There is also a games room on a lower level with medium TV. Football table and pool table. I would definitely recommend this villa. The only thing I would say is there are a lot of steps from the road to the front door so take this into consideration if you book.

Beautiful Villa Alexander

We have just returned from two fantastic weeks at Villa Alexander.

The Villa is just as the photos show the main suite on the second floor is huge and has amazing views from its full length balcony, the rooms on the first floor were equally as luxurious and had a balcony running their full length.

The living area and fully equipped kitchen had everything you needed and more but as always most time was spent in and around the pool which was so comfortable and spacious.

The pool Guy came every day so it was kept clean for the whole of our stay.

The Laundry room was also very useful.

I must add that any requests to Lale Homes was dealt with immediately, their suggestion for caterers was very useful and the chef we used Kazim Oguz of ‘Chefs at home’ was easily the best meal we had during our stay, a proper chef who spent for five hours preparing the meal!

I would highly recommend Villa Alexander and Lale Homes who were great communicators and super efficient throughout.
