Melissa Apartment is a tastefully decorated 2 bedroom duplex apartment with it’s own swimming pool and private roof terrace- making it feel more like a villa, but with the price tag of an apartment! Located close to the Thursday market, the apartment is within easy walking distance of all amenities and just a five minute walk to the centre of Kalkan.

Ground floor:

On the ground floor of the apartment there is a spacious master bedroom which has double doors open directly onto the pool terrace. The room is light and airy, air conditioned and is furnished with a double bed, bed side cabinets, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a mirror. The en-suite bathroom has a toilet, shower enclosure and sink unit.

First Floor:

A flight of stairs leads up to the living area and the twin bedroom. This twin bedroom is also air conditioned and furnished with twin beds, bedside tables and wardrobe. A side balcony offers sea views. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower unit, WC and sink. The open plan living area on this level is a good size, with a fully equipped modern kitchen and seating area with L-shaped sofa. Leading off the lounge is a covered balcony with dining table and chairs- the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the shade.

Outside areas:

Stairs lead from the first floor up to the roof level. Here there is a utility room with washing machine. A door leads out onto the private roof terrace from which there are spectacular sea and mountain views. A pergola gives shade throughout the day- making it the ideal place to relax and enjoy the views day or night.

Outside, the apartment has it’s own 7m x 4m private pool, surrounded by sunbathing terraces and pretty gardens. The terrace is equipped with 4 rattan sun loungers and a gas BBQ is provided for guests. The apartment is accessed off the main road through a gated entrance and down a small flight of steps- making the outside spaces very secure and private.

This apartment is a real gem of a place. It’s more like a villa than an apartment, it has so much room. It is beautifully kept with the pool and patio area cleaned everyday. The pool is a lovely size and very welcome on a hot day. Internally, the bedrooms are furnished with lovely comfortable beds and excellent showers with adequate room for clothes – the only thing missing for me in the bedroom was a chair to sit at the dressing table to do hair and makeup. We took one off the balcony so all was ok. Lovely sitting room with a great modern kitchen, only thing missing here for me was a microwave. On the few wet days we had takeaways delivered and they could have done with a boost in a microwave but it’s not a show stopper. We loved the upper terrace and spent many hours up there, the furniture is very comfortable and the views are fabulous. Again one thing I think would enhance this is a fridge to keep drinks and ice in instead of having to go down to the kitchen. Melissa is very well appointed to walk into town Migros is just down the road and the wonderful Coriander restaurant is also very nearby. I would recommend this place to anyone the owners are fantastic and a shout out to Jane and her staff who manage the villas. Oh and lastly the fresh bread that is delivered is a lovely touch. Thank you Sharon and Rami for allowing us to rent your beautiful apartment, we hope to be back in the future.

Melissa apartment is not an apartment, it’s a good sized semidetached villa. Great pool, loads of room on the many balconies. A little noisy at times as your close to the school. Overall a good stay. Would recommend Melissa apartment to anyone.

Beautiful apartment, conveniently located within the village, steps to a multitude of excellent restaurants and shops.

It was clean and beautifully laid out with a terrace and pool, all mod cons.

The hosts were lovely, helpful, and readily available to answer any questions.

A few thoughtful extras which were a nice surprise.

I was there with my two teenage children and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Melissa Apartment: Everything seen in the advertisement about the house was exactly as described, even more.

When we entered the house, even something for breakfast was left for us, considering that we arrived by road after a long journey.

The views from the house were great, the cleaning of the house perfect and when we encountered any problem, it was resolved extremely fast.

For example, on the second day we entered the house, the water was cut off. Although the water in the tank was finished, Ramazan brought water in a tanker in a very short time, perhaps not taking an hour, and he solved our problem immediately.

There is a lot of thought and attention to detail, there was even a small portable cold box for snacks to take with you to the beach.

The size and depth of the swimming pool were good and it was extremely clean.

If I were to go to Kalkan again, I would definitely choose this place, which has excellent views, is perfectly maintained and a great location, and I would definitely recommend it to those who want to stay.

We are delighted to have Solvi Apartment, an Asfiya Retreat Apartment within our portfolio. A 2 bedroomed duplex property arranged over two floors, ground and first floor. This apartment benefits from having its own private terrace and pool as well as use of the large communal pool on the complex. Located in a convenient location just off the Kalamar Road and less than a 10 minute walk to Kalkan’s old town quarter. The apartment is furnished in a contemporary style, is fully air-conditioned and has WiFi internet access, satellite TV, DVD player, MP3 docking station, safe and hairdryer.  The apartment also has use of the attractively designed communal pool and spacious sun terraces, which are furnished with ample sun-loungers and parasols.

Good location and excellent communication with the host. The welcome pack was a lovely touch which was much appreciated. Although in an apartment block it was a quiet location with only about a 10 minute or so walk down to the Old Town/Harbour. Apartment was close to 2 supermarkets (Mirgos and Macro) and a couple of restaurants just a few minutes away so there was at least an easy option for those nights you don’t want the walk down into the Old Town

Lovely apartment in a quiet location walkable to old town, harbour and beach clubs.

Apartment was very well equipped with great air con and good WiFi.

There’s was also easy in street parking directly outside the resort for our hire car.

The pool was bigger than it looked on the pictures and a great spot to cool off.

Overall a lovely stay and would definitely return.

What an amazing time we had at the Solvi Apartment.

Great location, supermarket 2 mins away and kalkan town 10 mins scenic walk away.

Beautiful apartment Solvi, felt more like a villa. Fantastic outside space with large comfy sofa and good-sized dining table, all around your own pool.

Very well-equipped large kitchen, we had everything we could possibly need. Upstairs the beds were really comfortable (which is always a concern when your away for two weeks)

6 minute pretty flat walk into town and a lovely we’ll stocked supermarket 2 mins away.

Stunning apartment - inside and out

We have been to Kalkan many times and this apartment is perfectly located to be far away enough from the noise of the centre but close enough to be a short walk in.

The view is just breath-taking, lots to see during the day whilst the boats sail in and out of harbour and beautiful by night with the lights.

Very well provisioned, we had everything we needed during our stay and more. Very glad of the upstairs loo, as we couldn’t quite pluck up the courage to use the main en suite bathroom, which is pretty much on view with the glass partition.

Good supermarket within a few minutes walk.

Lots and lots of towels provided, plenty of spaces for everyone to relax.

We have just returned from Kalkan staying at Sea Esta Su. What a beautiful apartment with a very inviting size pool. This apartment has everything you need for your stay. The walk to town is a nice 10 mins easy walk, however coming back there’s a couple of hills.

The town is very nice with plenty of shops and the roof top restaurants are just amazing.

We all enjoyed our stay here and will return to Kalkan.

Marina is set in a peaceful location near olive groves just off the Kalamar Road, but within a few minutes walk of great local amenities (restaurants, bars, supermarkets) The walk time into the town centre is approx 15 mins on the flat, and it also has easy access to the beach clubs in beautiful Kalamar Bay

Villa Marina is a large, family friendly villa for 8 people. There is plenty of space both inside and out. Plenty of sun-loungers, comfy chairs and space around and a large swimming pool. This is a great villa with olive trees to the side. Fully air-conditioned throughout.

Ground Floor:

Open plan and spacious. Just inside the entrance is a full shower room, which is bathroom number 5.  There’s a further table and chairs inside should you need it, separating the lounge from the kitchen which is modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave. The washing machine is in a cupboard under the stairs. From the lounge there is access to the poolside.

First Floor:

On the first floor are 2 twin en-suite bedrooms and a large king-size en-suite. All three have balconies with the twin rooms having side balconies overlooking the olive groves.

Top Floor:

The master en-suite bedroom on the top floor is large, with a TV (mainly Turkish channels) and comfy seating area. You also have direct access to the furnished roof terrace which has views of Kalamar Bay.

There is also separate access to the roof terrace without going through the bedroom.

This is such a beautiful spacious villa in a great location.

We were greeted with a lovely welcome pack and a visit from the owner himself who brought us fresh bread.

There is a lovely area around the pool. We found the walk into Kalkan a little long in the heat, but taxi’s were readily available.

The villa is immaculate throughout, and the bedrooms perfect for our families.

We would definitely visit again.

A beautiful 4 bedroom villa with the perfect bedroom configuration for the family (2 large kingsize and 2 twin). The property was fully prepared for us, clean and tidy and fully equipped with the great additions of games, which the family enjoyed. The outside area was large and the BBQ used almost daily. The roof terrace is very spacious, with lovely mountain and Kalkan views. The centre is a genuine 20 minute leisurely walk. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday, we were sorry to leave.

Villa Fosa is a wonderful family villa offering a large private swimming pool, beautiful gardens and stunning sea views. Located between Kalkan and Kalamar Bays, the villa has many amenities within easy walking distance.

Ground floor:

Inside the villa is designed for easy summer living, with the open plan design on the ground floor making use of large French windows that open out onto the swimming pool terrace and an ‘al fresco’ dining area for eight people. The large kitchen features an oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a Magimix Nespresso machine, while the washing machine is located under the stairs together with an iron and ironing board. There is also a downstairs toilet.

The indoor dining area has a wooden table and six chairs, while the living room features two comfortable cream armchairs, together with a sofa bed, new flat screen 50 inch HD television and Blu-ray player and Amazon Firestick.  Pretty, traditional style lighting throughout the ground floor together with handmade wooden cupboards all add to the quality and beautiful style of the property.

First floor:

On the first floor you will find one large bedroom with a super-king size bed, wooden furnishings and lovely en-suite shower room finished in cream and stone tiles, together with the pretty en-suite twin bedded room, which is also furnished in wood. Both have large glass doors that open out onto a wonderfully spacious balcony with wooden seats and sun loungers to enjoy the views.

Second floor:

On the second floor is the luxurious Master Suite, which features a super-king size bed and private shower room, together with a lovely roof terrace with iron sofas on which to relax with a book or a drink at the end of the day. The views from the Master Suite are spectacular and it’s the perfect location for enjoying some star gazing.

Whichever room you stay in, you will wake up in the morning and open your curtains to stunning views of the Mediterranean and the towering Taurus mountains that form the backdrop to Kalkan.

In addition, we offer rental of a full range of baby/child equipment including a BT baby monitor, Baby Bjorn potty, Phil & Ted’s travel cot, high chair, etc – please ask us about prices for your requirements. The villa also has a range of children’s books and family games.

A beautiful home from home, this villa offers the perfect escape for a family or group of friends seeking a villa that offers luxury, space and style in one of the best and most convenient locations in Kalkan.

Outdoor areas:

Outside the villa, guests can enjoy a lovely private swimming pool with built in steps offering easy access to the water. Surrounding the pool is a large sunbathing terrace with wooden sun-loungers, covered with thick cushions for extra comfort in the sun. Pink and white oleanders together with large pot plants surround the pool area, creating a wonderful holiday escape.

To the side of the villa, steps lead up to a large shaded drinks terrace with a seating area, consisting of a hammock chair swing and offers wonderful views out over the bays. Bougainvillea and oleander surround the terrace and a large hammock is the perfect place for an afternoon siesta. All around the villa are pretty gardens with banana trees, bougainvillea and jasmine growing, and you can make use of the Weber barbecue that is available for guests. A beautiful villa with everything we needed

We had a lovely stay at Villa Fossa. A beautiful villa with everything we needed. We loved the pool and the extra shaded seating area with hammocks. Lots of lovely restaurants and places to drink just a short walk away or about a 20min walk down the hill to old Kalkan town. We took a taxi back to the villa costing around £3.50 after an evening out. Villa was clean and tidy with lots of storage. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. All round a fantastic stay and we will definitely return.

Villa Fosa, had everything you needed to enjoy a lovely family holiday in Kalkan. A great location with lovely relaxing views from all balconies, especially the top balcony.

The villa is in a great location with bars and restaurants nearby. Also, near several Migros’s.

It was walking distance to the Town, which was a 15 minute enjoyable stroll.

Everything was perfect. Everything we needed was supplied.

The villa itself was lovely and was kept very clean.

The terrace and pool area was very spacious and we spent many hours on the roof top terrace taking in the amazing views.

The location of the villa was perfect with many fabulous restaurants and well stocked supermarkets in the vicinity and the town was also just a short walk away.

We would thoroughly recommend this villa and would definitely stay there again.

Villa Apricus is a spacious, modern 3-bedroom villa with large 6m x 4m pool surrounded by lush gardens. Located in the residential area of Ortaalan a gentle walk downhill to the old town will take approx. 10 mins, taxis are readily available for the less energetic. Close to many amenities including the local Thursday market. supermarkets, cashpoints, cafes and restaurants are all within a 3 to 10 mins walk.

Ground Floor

The ground floor has an open plan living space with a large corner style sofa, smart tv, and fireplace. Sliding glass doors from here lead directly out to the pool terrace.
The kitchen area is bright and modern fully furnished with fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster.
A Double bedroom opening onto poolside with separate shower room, is also located on this level.

First Floor

The first floor has two bedrooms, the double master bedroom is en-suite and a twin bedroom with separate shower room. Both bedrooms open onto a balcony that has no sea view.

Top Floor

The top floor has a wonderful roof terrace with a shaded dining area, BBQ and comfortable seating, the ideal place to relax and watch the sun go down while admiring the splendid sea and mountain views over Kalkan.

Outside Areas

The good-sized pool is approx. 6m x 4m. around the terrace you will find sun loungers and a comfy seating area with table and BBQ. For the more energetic under the pool is a table tennis room.

The garden area has a lovely mature trees and shrubbery plus shaded seating.

Road side parking is available right outside where steps lead up to the terrace and front door.

The accommodation is arranged over two main floors, with a spacious roof terrace above, offering bright, well-proportioned living spaces suited to families or small groups. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout, with ceiling fans in all main rooms providing an additional cooling option. 

Ground Floor – Living Space & Kitchen 
The open-plan living area is split-level and well designed, with a comfortable lounge, indoor dining space, and a modern kitchen. 

The kitchen is finished with Corian work surfaces and high-quality integrated appliances, including oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and coffee machine. A sliding door leads directly out to the al fresco dining terrace and BBQ area.

A really perfect Villa.

Cool inside, hot outside.

Lovely kitchen, big comfy lounge with games and videos galore.

Big bedrooms with loads of storage and mirrors.

Roof terrace is luxurious, had a great BBQ one night and sat up there for cocktails and games every evening.

Well positioned for beautiful Kalkan. A trip to Zest Beach Club is a treat.

Transfers were well organised, on time and comfy.

All arrangements from start to finish were efficient.

Villa Amelia is a spacious, modern, very well equipped villa just a few minutes walk from the old town of Kalkan, ideal for a family holiday. We stayed here for a week in August with our daughter and grand children who thoroughly enjoyed the villa and all of the amenities it had to offer. The main kitchen on the ground floor leads out onto the pool area but there is a further kitchen and dining area on the roof which makes a wonderful setting for dining in the evening. There is lots of outside space with a private pool and garden.

The Villa was exactly as described and all of the facilities were excellent. Quite often villas are a slight disappointment from the advert, but this was not the case with Paloma.

Best of all, the communication from the Villa company, both as individuals and as a business was excellent.

The information provided before our arrival, and during our stay was the best I’ve ever experienced, and we have been renting villas for over 40 years.

The service we received was friendly, professional, and proactive, and I would recommend the company, and the individuals to anyone.

Great to be back in Kalkan again and wow did Villa Paloma live up to expectations- a little further out than normal but really only a relatively short walk still to the top of town. The pools were amazing and perfect for kids. The Villa is beautifully furnished with super town and sea views from the generous top balcony and olive groves from the bottom – probably one of the best stays we have had (and that’s quite a few).

This was one of our favorite holidays, the villa ticked all the boxes for us and we had an amazing time!

The pool area was brilliant and we got to sunbathe all day long with the sun facing all angles.

All rooms were finished to the highest standard and we fell in love with the place as soon as we walked in. Everything we might of needed, was provided!

The villa was only a 5-10 minute walk from local restaurants and the nearest beach so it was absolutely perfect if we felt like eating out occasionally.

The views from the villa were outstanding daytime and nighttime!

The service from the booking team, all the way through to the property management team was so welcoming and helpful, couldn’t recommend them enough.

We also experienced a lovely gift delivered on my mums birthday which was unexpected and so thoughtful!

Fabulous villa!

We stayed at Villa Paloma for 10 days at the end of October. It is a fabulous villa, very well equipped with lots of spaces for sunbathing and relaxing. The swinging chairs in particular were very popular. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. It was spotlessly clean and lots of towels were provided. The views from the top balcony were fabulous. We did have pool heating as it was the end of October and the pool was very warm. It was easy to get taxis to and from town but only a short walk to the nearest supermarket. Would highly recommend this villa.

Fantastic Villa!

Stayed at Villa Paloma for a week in early June.

Beautiful villa, very well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was fantastic, large but not too deep.

The ping pong table was an added bonus and very well used during our stay.

The walk into town is downhill but we used the local taxis to come back, only about 3 pounds.

The area is very peaceful and perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Overall, fantastic villa and Jane organised taxi transfers to and from airport too, both journeys on time and very comfortable, thank-you.

We booked through Lale Homes and they too were excellent and thoroughly professional from start to finish, even arranging a change in accommodation at short notice to a superior villa when they came aware of an issue with the original villa booked.

We would definitely use them again.

Wow what a location!

I recently stayed at this beautiful villa at the end of April. Wow what a location!

The villa itself has everything you need and more, stunning views, comfortable rooms and lovely bathrooms.

The outside living area is excellent, really comfortable sun loungers and seating areas and shaded areas for the hotter parts of the day. The swimming pool we had heated at the beginning of the holiday which is a lovely touch because it would have been quite chilly as coming out of their winter season, perfect depth and size to get a few lengths in too.

The Villa also had a gym with a treadmill, bike and weights- perfect for a small workout in the morning with the mountains to look at.

The town is lovely, with lots of lovely food restaurants to eat in. The walks around the town are beautiful.

Would highly recommend this Villa and I will definitely be returning!

Hey Jude is an exceptionally spacious, 3 bedroom beautifully presented duplex ground floor apartment in a select development of just 5 private holiday units. in a quiet, residential area, the apartment is within easy walking distance to the Old Town. The attention to detail makes this apartment stand out from the rest! Enjoy your own private pool, secluded lower garden and al-fresco dining on balmy summer evenings. 

 

Ground Floor: 

Large, spectacularly appointed open-plan kitchen and lounge. The large modern kitchen complete with breakfast bar, has everything you will need for your holiday. A dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer are all provided. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, gas hob and oven, toaster, and kettle. 

To the front of the super comfortable lounge is a wonderful, dual-purpose sun/dining room with sliding glass doors leading out to the private pool area. The lounge area has TV and surround system and a super comfortable sofa with seating for 8 people. 

 

Lower Ground Floor: 

When it’s time for bed you simply go downstairs to the 3 bedrooms: There is one twin and 2 doubles, the master of which has a TV and memory foam mattress. For absolute privacy, each of the bedrooms has its own luxurious en-suite bathroom. Even the mirrors are heated! From all the bedrooms there are sliding patio doors leading to a second terrace area. A beautiful, walled garden with lovely plants and feature stonework. A peaceful oasis of calm and an ideal spot to relax and escape the heat of the afternoon sun and read a book or have a nap! 

 

Outside Areas: 

The pool area is south facing so benefits from sun all day long.  The beautiful pool has been converted to a saltwater system. The pool is 8m x 4m, a decent size with roman steps, so plenty of space to swim and play and a new outside shower has been installed in this area. As they have lower chlorine levels, salt water pools are much gentler on the eyes and skin. No more stinging eyes and ruined swimwear! 

Within the pool area you will find 6 sun loungers, and a beautiful shady gazebo for outdoor dining

Hey Jude is a gem

Hey Jude is a wonderful property. We were lucky enough to stay a month and hosted family from both Australia and the UK during that time. It was perfect.

The layout works well and bedrooms stay cooler being at the lower level. The pool and outdoor area is a great size and very comfortable.

Very well appointed to a great standard – if we need a property of this size again I wouldn’t hesitate to book Hey Jude again.

A special call out to Jane and her entire rentals team. Every detail well communicated pre arrival, during and for departure. Any queries/requests dealt with promptly.

Ali and Erdem even ‘hoovered’ the pool to recover a small diamond stud earring!

Lovely homely apartment, pool was a welcome refuge every day. Not too far and not too close to Kalkan centre. All bedrooms contemporary en-suite bathrooms. Plenty of storage space. Will try and book again next year.

We had a nice time at Apart Hey Jude. It’s clean, big and has all the necessities.

The apartment in general is very classy and new! The apart is two floors.

The kitchen offers all necessities. The pool is large and very nice!

The location is 15 minutes walking from Kalkan centre… but it is very strenuous to walk through many heights.

Everything was beautiful and attentive. Süleyman Bey, who took care of us, was a very kind and helpful person. The kitchen and rooms of the house were very well equipped and everything needed in the kitchen was available. The location of the house was wonderful, it was 6 km from Kaputaş and there was a Migros supermarket very close by. Thank you very much for this beautiful house and its facilities.
