Offering three bedrooms, and exceptionally spacious accommodation, the villa has been carefully designed to maximise the beathtaking sea views from all levels. The outdoor areas at Porto are ranged across different levels, offering guests a fabulous choice of different spaces in which to swim, sunbathe, or just to relax and drink in the amazing vistas. Being west facing, the villa benefits from all day sun regardless of the time of year.

The interior and exterior spaces have been recently cosmetically updated by the new owners, to ensure that guests have a comfortable, luxury experience. Careful thought has been put into every piece selected for the villa, including many unique custom designs, and a relaxing, rustic colour palette has been used throughout, along with tasteful art pieces.

Amenities at the villa are second to none – two of the bedrooms have Jacuzzi baths, and share a private verandah / terrace.

A spectacular spa and leisure area has been recently added within the grounds – this incorporates a gym, cinema room and sauna. 

Beautiful mature gardens and stone walls surround the property, helping to give the villa high levels of privacy.

Villa Porto is located next to the prestigious Villa Mahal Hotel and beach club in Kisla, just a 15-20 minute walk to Kalkan’s Old Town and harbour area and complimentary private transfers are included.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Penthouse level:

The villa is entered (at the rear) on the penthouse level. This floor offers a very generous 100 square metres of space and features two unusually large master bedrooms, both of which have stunning en-suite wet rooms and indoor Jacuzzi bathtubs. These bedrooms share a private terrace with glorious sea views. The terrace is furnished with a comfortable seating set, and a rattan ‘egg’ chair.

Each bedroom has a double-size bed, ample wardrobe space, vanity unit and a Jacuzzi positioned to take advantage of the sea views. Both have en-suite shower rooms with Jack & Jill basins.

Stairs lead down from this level to the ground floor accommodation.

Ground floor:

Third bedroom – This room is again very spacious (22 square metres) and is configured as a twin room, with wardrobe, large vanity unit and and en-suite shower room.

Kitchen – fully fitted, with oven, hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and espresso coffee machine.

Lounge – the lounge has a leather sofa, coffee table, rocking chair, plus a wall-mounted flat screen TV facing the sofa. The courtyard garden is accessed from one end of the lounge and at the opposite end, there are three sets of doors leading out to the pool terrace.

There is also a separate WC located on this level.

Outside the villa:

Courtyard garden – this is located at the back of the ground floor level and is furnished with table and chairs.

Pool terrace area – there are two lovely shaded areas adjacent to the stunning split-level infinity pool. The first is the dining area which seats eight, and the other is a comfortable seating set with two arm chairs. The pool has rattan sun-loungers arranged around it and a large cantilevered umbrella, plus a top of the range BBQ.

A separate spa and leisure area, including gym, sauna and cinema room can be found within the villa’s extensive grounds.

Lower garden – lawned area, with cabana-style double lounger overlooking Kalkan bay. 

Private beach platform  – steps lead down from the garden, across a track and then further steps cut into the cliff side (shaded by olive trees) lead down to sunbathing platforms set into the rocks; at sea level a decked platform is furnished with sun-loungers, parasols and scatter cushions. Steps lead directly into the sea.

A beautifully presented 3 bedroom luxury holiday home. When location is everything- Leto Townhouse is hard to beat: Kalkan’s Old Town is just a 2 minute stroll away, as are all shops, restaurants and amenities. Not that you need to venture away from Leto: sunbathe by the private pool and enjoy a relaxing evening in the beautifully secluded courtyard garden. The outside areas are undergoing renovations, new photos will be available early Spring.

Leto Townhouse is a beautiful 3 bedroom luxury holiday home in the beautiful, boutique resort of Kalkan, Turkey.

When location is everything- Leto Townhouse is hard to beat: Kalkan’s historic Old Town is just a 1-2 minute stroll from the townhouse, as are all shops, restaurants and amenities.

Kalkan’s pretty harbour front and town beach are just an easy 5 minute walk.

The Accommodation:

On entering Leto Townhouse, there is a beautiful, spacious open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen set to the rear.

The kitchen features all high end modern appliances, beautiful marble work tops and has an island unit with bar stools. Should you wish to whip up a quick breakfast, light lunch or even full evening meal- the kitchen is stocked with everything you should need.

A door leads off the kitchen out to the beautifully secluded private courtyard.

The perfect spot for escaping the heat of the day, the courtyard is furnished with sun loungers, comfortable seating and an outdoor dining table with chairs. There is also a traditional stone built BBQ here- perfect those lazy, balmy summer evenings.

The living room at Leto Townhouse is very spacious, furnished with a high end corner sofa, flatscreen TV, DVD player and portable speaker.

Wi-Fi is also provided. Double patio doors open out onto the south facing pool terrace.

Here, there is a small but perfectly formed plunge pool- a must for cooling off in during the hot summer months.

The terrace is furnished with four high quality aluminium sun loungers and features pretty Mediterranean shrubbery.

First Floor:

Marble stairs lead up to the first floor of Leto Townhouse where there are three stylish en-suite bedrooms.

To the rear of the townhouse is the twin bedroom, with en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a large private balcony which looks over the courtyard below.

To the front of the townhouse are two double en-suite bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms has double wardrobes, bed side cabinets and huge super King- sized luxury beds. The two bedrooms share a very spacious south facing balcony, furnished with an seating set and two further sun loungers.

We were a group of 6 adults, the location is great, an easy walk down to old town and harbour, supermarket just around the corner. The apartment suited us perfectly, we used the pool daily and BBQ’d in the rear-shaded courtyard. The apartment was clean and had all the facilities needed for self-catering. Communication with Lale Homes during bookings and the stay was excellent. This is the second year we have booked this apartment.

A dining area with stylish dining table and chairs also benefit from the spectacular views. The modern kitchen in Villa Marvellous is fully equipped with modern appliances including coffee machine. A double bedroom with en suite facilities is located on this floor and patio doors open out onto the pool terrace.

First Floor – Villa Marvellous
On the first floor are two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and one twin bedroom. All bedrooms feature balconies with glass balcony railings to enhance the magnificent sea views.

Top Floor – Villa Marvellous
The top floor is occupied by the master en-suite bedroom which has an apex roof, so height restrictions apply in places. The bedroom leads out to the furnished roof terrace with jacuzzi, which offers breath-taking views of both the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding mountains.

The nearest amenities are just 1 minute away, and the Old Town plus harbour are just a 3-5 minute walk. Therefore there is no need for a hire car or taxis at this property.

Outside Areas:

The villa has a pretty, enclosed courtyard style pool terrace with room for sun loungers and an alfresco dining area. There is also an outdoor shower. Although the villa is in a fantastic central location, the outside areas are secluded and peaceful.

We have just enjoyed a 10 day stay in Kalkan and our second time in Villa Gul.

I would highly recommend it, very close to the old town Centre, literally a 5 minute walk.

The villa is modern and spacious and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to self cater and there was a very substantial welcome pack on arrival.

The pool has recently been extended and is perfect for a dip to cool off. The balcony offers a fantastic view and for catching early evening sun.

We will definitely be back!

Relax to the sounds of flowing water or gaze across the waterfall onto the seating area and pool bar beyond. If you are looking to hide from the midday sun, why not take yourself to the side garden and relax in the hammock with a good book.  For those who enjoy the heat, grab a bottle of water from the outdoor bar and relax in the unique swing structure while catching more of the sun’s rays. The outdoor sofas allow you to lie back next to the pool while enjoying some shade by pulling the canopy above you.

Socialise with friends and family in the outside entertaining area and bar which has stunning views of the waterfall and sea beyond.  The impressive marble bar has everything you need to create those sundown cocktails.  This beautifully lit bar is the perfect place to visit before heading into one of the towns amazing restaurants or lighting the BBQ for a meal on the terrace. You can make a delicious cocktail and take yourself to the outdoor seating area.  Whether it’s relaxing jazz or something upbeat you require, the outdoor sound system of Sonos speakers will not disappoint.

The outdoor entertaining area is a great space for those who still have some energy after a day by the pool or fancy some shade and activity from the afternoon sun. It consists of a pool table, table tennis and darts board. The outdoor dining area is a beautiful space for alfresco dining with stunning waterfall lights hanging above the table.

The villa’s stunning glass façade with stone walls is modern and sophisticated and provides the perfect balance between the interior and the exterior of the villa.  The quality continues inside with marble flooring and full glass walls that frame the breath-taking views of the sea, beach and town.  Serious wow factor is the glass enclosed staircase that connects all three floors.

Ground floor:

On the ground floor there is one en-suite double bedroom with fully fitted, bespoke wardrobes and makeup area.

The modern, spacious lounge is flooded with light by the walls of glass doors and looks out onto the expansive terrace and pool area.  The 75″ TV and surround sound makes it a beautiful space to enjoy a movie together.  This floor boasts a reading area with handcrafted chairs and coffee table.  The marble kitchen and breakfast bar consist of all the amenities needed while staying at Villa Lavaya.  The marble dining table seats 14 and is the perfect place if you want to eat indoors. At the rear, sliding doors open out onto the games area.

A WC is also provided on this level.

First floor:

On the first floor you will find two en-suite bedrooms, one double and one twin (can be made into double on request), with bespoke fitted wardrobes and dressing/make-up area.  Each bedroom has floor to ceiling glass doors which open up onto a large balcony with seating to enjoy the views of the water. 

A spacious master suite is meticulously designed with king-size bed, walk-in wardrobes and a luxurious bathroom where you can enjoy a relaxing Jacuzzi bath or a relaxing shower with sea views. But, the most incredible part of this master suite is the private Jacuzzi and plunge pool which sits on the terrace.  A unique waterfall cascades from this first floor pool into the expansive main infinity pool below.  Two large bamboo cushioned swings hang from the pergola and sit above the pool.  If you prefer a sun lounger, lie back in one of the two that sit in this beautiful pool overlooking the sea.

Second floor:

The second floor consists of a further en-suite bedroom with double bed, fitted bespoke wardrobes and dressing/makeup area.  What makes this bedroom so special is the 180* balcony.  The views from this floor are incredible at all times of the day and night.

Lower ground floor:

On the lower ground floor you will find a further en-suite bedroom with fitted wardrobes and dressing/makeup area. 

For those who like to stay fit while holidaying, the lower ground floor gym is the perfect place for you.  You will find all you need.

The new media room on this level will keep everyone happy, whether you want to watch a movie on the 65″ TV with surround sound, or play a game on the Xbox.  The bespoke lie-down TV bed enables this room to be used as a double bedroom (if required) and will keep you comfortable whatever you choose to do. There is a fridge in the room so you don’t need to go up to the main kitchen for drinks or snacks.  This room is also en-suite.

Outside:

The huge 15m saltwater infinity pool at Villa Lavaya can be heated if desired and has a shallow section to enable non-swimmers/children to enjoy the pool, yet is still deep enough for the full length to be used by swimmers. From the pool there are views to the right out to Mouse and Snake Islands, a view best appreciated at sunset when dramatic hues of oranges, pinks and purples illuminate the sky.
If you are looking to hide from the midday sun, the hammock in the side garden is an ideal spot to relax with a good book. For those who enjoy the heat, grab a chilled bottle of water from the outdoor bar and relax in the unique swing structure while catching the sun’s rays. The ​day beds next to the pool allow you to lie back and unwind to the sounds of water flowing from the master suite infinity pool above; the canopy can be extended to provide shade ​here ​if required.
The outdoor entertaining area with pool table, table tennis and darts board is a great space for those who still have some energy after a day by the pool, or fancy an afternoon activity shaded from the sun. Close by is a cushioned rattan seating area for spectators to sit and chill or just cool off with a refreshing drink.
To the other side of the entertaining area you will find a marble outside bar. Beautifully lit in the evening, the bar is equipped with everything you need to create a tempting sundown cocktail before lighting the stone BBQ for a meal on the terrace, or heading into town to visit one of Kalkan’s renowned restaurants. Whether it’s relaxing jazz or something upbeat you require, the outdoor sound system of Sonos speakers will not disappoint.
There is an alfresco dining area ideally situated between the kitchen and built-in stone BBQ, waterfall lights above the table create a magical ambience and a beautiful setting for evening dining.

Olympos 9 Apartment, boasting what is one of the best panoramic sea views in Kalkan, has recently been fully refurbished, and carefully thought out to ensure that guests have a premium and relaxed holiday experience, with some luxury touches.

The open plan living accommodation and kitchen connect via full width sliding windows to a large balcony, allowing for indoor/outdoor living, and of course taking in those incredible views!

You won’t be able to resist spending much of your time on the large balcony taking in the incredible views! The apartment is South facing, so gets sun all day long even at the beginning and end of the season.

The Olympos complex offers tranquil surroundings, with a large communal pool & sun-bathing terrace, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, and a shaded area with tables & chairs to cool off. Close to two of the best beach clubs in Kalkan – Palm Beach is only a few steps away, and Zest Beach Club just a 5 minute walk away. There are also car park spaces outside of the apartment complex for guests who wish to hire a car to travel further afield.

Olympos 9 may also suit those with restricted mobility, as once you have entered  the complex down a small flight of steps, access to the apartment is on one level, as is the accommodation inside (NB – access to the pool area is down a further staircase).

Bedrooms:

The apartment has two bedrooms, both accessed off the entrance hall.

 Bedroom 1: (master) this bedroom has a brand-new double bed with comfortable mattress and padded headboard, bedside tables with lamps, and a double wardrobe with built in vanity unit & LED mirror, & juliet balcony.

 Bedroom 2: (twin/double) – this bedroom offers flexible sleeping accommodation, as it can be configured with either twin beds, or a king size bed. The beds are brand new, and have comfortable mattresses, and a padded headboard, bedside table with lamp. Wardrobe & open shelves, plus separate vanity unit with mirror, & Juliet balcony.

Shower Room & WC:

Shower room – shower enclosure with brand new shower unit, sink with marble storage unit below, wall hung toilet, & mirror. Turkish style travertine tiled, rain forest style shower.

WC – there is also a separate WC off the hallway, with wall hung toilet and sink, with mirror.

Hallway:

The hallway has a large cupboard, which has extra hanging space inside if required, plus plenty of space to store shoes, jackets etc. A safe is also located in this cupboard. There is a full-length mirror on the wall adjacent to the front door.

Balcony:

The extra-large balcony is well furnished with a large dining table & chairs (seating 4) and 2 sun beds, with comfortable cushions. You can take in the panoramic views, watching the boats come out and in during the day – there is always something interesting to watch! Finish your day sipping a sundowner enjoying the amazing sunsets.

We stayed 13/9/24 for one week. the apartment is brilliant with everything you need. The deco is great.the views are stunning and the pool is lovely.

The host supply a welcome pack with coffee tea etc and even bread and milk along with a bottle of wine. Such a nice touch to welcome you to your holiday.

Jane is a beautiful owner, very attentive and friendly.

The apartment is exactly as described in the photo. In Kalkan we have left our hearts, we will definitely be back!! If you don’t like to walk Kalkan, it’s not for you unless you take taxis (very present in the area) because the streets are sloping and/or there are steps throughout the city.

There are beaches that offer sun loungers and umbrellas on the main beaches and various services. Clean water and beach.

The apartment is equipped with all the possible supplies, Jane also made us find bread, butter, milk, water, coffee for breakfast upon arrival.

Very thoughtful decor with attention to the colours and comfort of the guest.

Ramp of stairs at the entrance to access the apartment and to enter the pool so be careful the apartment is not suitable for the disabled or people in wheelchairs/strollers.

Very simple self check-in and check-out access.

It’s worth it for the view alone but luckily the apartment has everything you need and more.

This place had everything we want. Quiet complex , within walking distance of the lively city.

Lovely kitchen for cooking and then on the large balcony with insanely beautiful views to eat and drink.

The beach club Denizim straight down was great for swimming and sunbathing what a friendly people working there.

We had a car and have also been out and about the area is green mountainous and beautiful with the small azure bays.

Second time back to this beautiful apartment. The view from the balcony is just breathtaking. The apartment is to a high standard. The pool is shared by 12 apartments but we had it to ourselves most of the time even in July.

Apartment only 10 minutes walk to the Old Town and 3 beach clubs.

I cannot praise this apartment enough. The decor and facilities were as described and everything was in excellent order. The location was close enough to Kalkan center but also far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle. The well maintained pool became a welcome daily ritual for cooling off and just lounging around.

Olympos 9 Apartment in the favoured location of Komurluk is a pleasant and comfortable stay in a great location. The view from the balcony is that wonderful vista across the famous Kalkan Bay once described as a “Top Ten Best View” and the best place for that sun-downer drink. Also a lovely view above a very attractive pool and sunbathing terrace for the apartment block. Well furnished and equipped the apartment has just about everything for most needs, a great kitchen with a must have BIG fridge, 4 burner gas hob, and all the right small appliances. The apartment is an easy (almost flat) 10 minute walk into Kalkan centre, Carrefour/Migros supermarkets, and Kalkan’s famed shopping. The photos of the property give a great impression but don’t quite show the sublime sunsets with exceptional colourful displays as the sun sets behind the horizon.

Stunning apartment - inside and out

We have been to Kalkan many times and this apartment is perfectly located to be far away enough from the noise of the centre but close enough to be a short walk in.

The view is just breath-taking, lots to see during the day whilst the boats sail in and out of harbour and beautiful by night with the lights.

Very well provisioned, we had everything we needed during our stay and more. Very glad of the upstairs loo, as we couldn’t quite pluck up the courage to use the main en suite bathroom, which is pretty much on view with the glass partition.

Good supermarket within a few minutes walk.

Lots and lots of towels provided, plenty of spaces for everyone to relax.

Yesim Apartment is a beautiful and stylish penthouse apartment in a fantastic location- just a 2 minute walk from the Old Town. It has a private plunge pool and beautiful unobscured sea views.

Lower floor:

On the entry level of the apartment, there are three stylish en-suite bedrooms. To the rear of the townhouse is the twin bedroom, with en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a large private balcony which looks over the courtyard below.

To the front of the townhouse are two double en-suite bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms has double wardrobes, bed side cabinets and huge super King- sized luxury beds. The two bedrooms have patio doors opening out onto a very spacious, shared south facing balcony. The balcony is furnished with a seating set and two sun loungers.

Upper floor:

Marble stairs lead up to the first floor where there is an bright and airy open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room. Stunning property with a stunning view

I have just reached the end of my stay in Yesim Apartment and would highly recommend it. The apartment is modern, stylish and also well equipped.

The location is fantastic, with the sun hitting the roof terrace early morning and not leaving until sunset (this was November!) so it’s really a great spot to maximise sun time. A private plunge pool on top means you can cool off whilst admiring the beautiful sea view.

The apartment is just a short walk from the centre of Kalkan, so you get the perfect combination of being central whilst also having a fantastic view.

Yesim is a fantastic apartment with amazing views from the pool terrace looking across the bay. It is a 2 minute walk into town and is in a quiet area considering how close to town it is.

The apartment was very clean and well maintained throughout and had everything we needed for our stay,with a contact on hand if needed.

Another amazing stay at Yesim two years after our first. I’ve never re-visited a holiday let, but I loved this place too much. Amazing location and it just feels like home. Spectacular views and very private for such a central location.

Credit to Lale as the team there are fantastic. They get things done VERY quickly and are excellent communicators. I really can’t fault them.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a bit of relaxation but also keen to be in walking distance to the old town.

It could not have been better in terms of location, views and generally a lovely place to stay.

Everything worked perfectly. Lots of very hot water.

The Lale team were on hand with advice and even provided a welcome pack which was appreciated.

The decor and ambiance felt suitably lux to go with the price.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is over two floors.

I don’t think I’d recommend for kids either due to the steps inside and the generally quite grown-up decor etc.

Villa Greenwich affords spectacular views of Kalkan Bay enhanced from its elevated position in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan. Comfortably accommodating 8 guests in 4 bedrooms (all with ensuite bathrooms) Villa Greenwich provides sea views from every room and contemporary, stylish interiors with large glass windows to allow the light to flow freely through the open plan areas. Ground floor:

The ground floor comprises of a comfortable open plan living area with L shaped sofa, fully equipped kitchen/ dining area and a separate W/C.

The open plan living area contains a comfortable open plan living area with large L shaped sofa, flat screen TV, plus a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and bar stool seating.  A water cooler, fridge freezer, luxury wine fridge, Nespresso Coffee Machine, built in oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and cafetiere are also provided (the washing machine can be located in a cupboard under the stairs) There is a separate seating area to the side of the breakfast bar with swivel armchairs. Glass sliding doors lead out from the kitchen area onto the pool terrace.

There is also a cloak room and W/C on this level.

First floor:

Bedroom 1,2 & 3 – Stairs lead up to the first floor and large landing with a seating area.

On this level there are three bedrooms – two spacious doubles and a twin bedroom, all of which have their own ensuite shower rooms. Both double bedrooms have sea view private balconies, furnished with a table and chairs (bedroom 1 also has an egg chair on the balcony). The twin bedroom has an ensuite shower room with W/C.

 

Second floor: 

Bedroom 4 – The master bedroom suite occupies the whole of the top floor, with a double bed and en-suite shower room. The room has direct access to unforgettable sea views from the private furnished roof terrace, with its own sun loungers, and two comfortable rattan ‘egg’ chairs.

Roof terrace – has its own entrance (not connected to the master bedroom).

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Greenwich, everything about it was perfect, it’s beautifully furnished, well maintained, had everything you would need with great attention to detail.

The views are extraordinary and just a £2.50 fare by taxi to the centre. Taxis are in abundance and the manager of the villa is so helpful, couldn’t have been better

Villa Mirage is in an elevated position overlooking Kalkan and the bay. 

This detached fully air-conditioned villa has been very stylishly furnished by the owners who use the villa as their winter home. Villa Mirage also features an attractive outdoor Jacuzzi that overflows into a private infinity pool. This can be heated at certain times of the year (additional costs may apply – please ask for details at the time of booking). 

 

The spacious marble pool terrace is furnished with sun-loungers and parasols, comfortable sofa seating with coffee table, plus a BBQ and table and chairs for al-fresco dining for 8 guests. Welcome shade is provided by the unique roof design. 

 

The living area of the property is beautifully furnished an L-shaped sofa, 42” LCD satellite TV, DVD player and sound system. 

 

The well-equipped kitchen features granite work surfaces, island unit and Siemens appliances, including dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer. 

 

Adjacent to the ground floor cloakroom, is a laundry room with washer/dryer and sink. 

 

The four bedrooms are configured as follows: 

 

Three bedrooms with a king-sized bed and a private balcony. Each of these rooms has a marbled en-suite bath/shower room with walk-in shower (one bathroom also has a bath). 

 

One twin bedded room, with a private balcony and en-suite shower room featuring a walk-in shower. 

 

The centre of Kalkan village is a 15-minute walk away – this is downhill all the way, so bear in mind, it’s uphill on the way back so a taxi home is a good idea.

This villa is the best we have stayed in, in Kalkan.

It is spacious and well fitted out, tastefully furnished with wonderful views.

The outside furniture is good quality with lots of options for sun or shade. We enjoyed the table tennis table too.

We would stay again and our friends have already rebooked to bring family out next year.”
