Location
Villa Nova is located in the Kızıltaş area of Kalkan, a peaceful residential neighbourhood set slightly above the town centre.
The Old Town, harbour, restaurants, and shops are all within a short drive or taxi ride. As with many villas in this area, the position offers a quieter setting and more open views, while still allowing easy access to Kalkan’s main attractions.
Several of Kalkan’s well-known beach clubs, including those around the harbour and Kalamar Bay, are just a short taxi ride away.
The Accommodation
Villa Nova is arranged over three levels, offering spacious, contemporary interiors with a strong emphasis on comfort, light, and indoor-outdoor living. All four bedrooms are en-suite, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests.
Ground Floor
