Mavi Kelebek Apartment is new to our rental portfolio for 2022! We are very pleased to offer this charming 2 bed duplex apartment, located in lower Kiziltas, with simply stunning views from all levels  The apartment is located on a small. quiet complex (only 4 apartments) and is a 5 minutes stroll to the Old Town (the walk back is a little steep at the end, so you may prefer to take a taxi).

Entrance:

The apartment has its own private entrance. You enter at ground floor level, into a very large open plan lounge and kitchen area.  

The Apartment:

The ground floor is light, airy and spacious.  This level comprises an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, plus a separate WC.  

The kitchen is fully fitted, with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, and a dishwasher.  There is also a microwave, a kettle, toaster and water cooler machine. The kitchen island offers seating for 4 people with bar stools.

There are two 3 seater sofas in the lounge (one of which converts to a sofa bed) plus 2 armchairs. Large sliding doors lead out onto the wraparound balcony, which is furnished with a dining table and chairs for 4 people.

Stairs lead up to the top floor where there are two bedrooms. The master has a double bed, bedside tables, vanity unit and wardrobe, an en suite bathroom within the room and access onto the shared roof terrace. The other bedroom on this floor is a twin room, with wardrobe, bedside tables and vanity unit (the twin beds can be made into a double bed if preferred)  This bedroom also has access to the shared roof terrace. There is a shower room next door to the second bedroom. The spacious roof terrace has truly amazing views and is furnished with a large umbrella and seating set with coffee table for 4 people.

Outside Areas:

The complex is spacious and peaceful with a large shared pool and terrace.  Guests have the use of the apartment’s brand new sun beds and parasols within this area.

There is also a big marble topped dining table with chairs on the side of the terrace, please note that this can be used by all guests at the complex.

The apartment we stayed in was lovely well situated with all amenities.  Would definitely book again.  We had a fantastic time.

We love Kalkan, it was our 4th visit we intend to come back twice next year.  We loved the location of the apartment and it had everything we needed.  The pool was lovely.  Will be booking again soon

This is a fabulous apartment, ideally located for a quick walk into town (and taxi back) . The apartment is spotlessly clean and extremely well appointed. We stayed for 3 weeks and enjoyed every minute. Complete clean every week, which was well communicated to us by Jane, so no surprises. Pool area was spotless and it was a good size swimming pool, no rushing for sunbeds as this is only a complex of 4 apartment and each one has their own allocation of sunbeds. Would definitely use again and also strongly recommend Lale Homes who were professional, efficient and caring.

A fantastic apartment with amazing views and excellent amenities.

The apartment was immaculate and had everything needed for a great holiday.

Pool area was exceptional with sun beds allocated to the apartment. It was usually quiet so we had the pool to ourselves.

Town centre a 10 minute walk down a steep hill but taxi will collect and return if required.

We asked for Patio homes which helped the taxi driver know where to go.

We would fully recommend this apartment.

Perfect for a small family and great swimming pool.

Yes the hill is steep but you soon become a mountain goat or take a taxi!

Cannot fault Lale Homes excellent service from the team from start to finish.

What an amazing apartment in the beautiful Kalkan, stunning views from both balconies, fab infinity pool and everything you could need in the gorgeous Mavi Kelebek (Blue Butterfly) apartment.

We were 4 friends on a girlie holiday and had a brilliant time, lots to see and do around Kalkan, went to Patara to see the sunset at the dunes which i would highly recommend, every meal we had in the town was fantastic.

We have just returned from a beautiful 2 week stay in Mavi Kelebek and could not be happier.

The apartment is lovely, spacious and very clean with stunning views. It is well equipped and only a short walk into town, we walked most nights without problems.

Clean pool area with an amazing size infinity pool. The pool is shared with 3 other apartments but there is lots of space and it never felt crowded! The sun beds are super comfy too.

Would 100% recommend.

We have just come back from 2 weeks at Mavi Kelebek and we had a fantastic time.

From the moment we saw the photos of the property, we knew we had found the perfect place to stay in Kalkan.

The flat is absolutely lovely and exactly like on the photos. It is modern, super clean and we had everything we needed.

The kitchen is provided with all you need to cook and it was like a home away from home!

The beds were very comfortable and we slept well during our stay.

The terrace outside our bedroom on the top floor was so nice and we had coffee there every morning – so relaxing!

The other terrace is also practical to dry towels after going to the beach!

Towels and bedsheets were provided and we also received a little welcome pack – very much appreciated after a long journey!

The accommodation is about 10 / 15 minutes away from the town centre and various shops (there is a little supermarket about 5 minutes away from the flat) and many restaurants are close by.

We didn’t rent a car and as others mentioned the flat is at the top of a hill (like all other properties in Kalkan).

We took our time to walk down to the supermarket / harbour with our 4-year-old and 6-year-old and we got on a taxi to go back as it was too much for their little legs to walk all the way back up (especially when it was super-hot).

We shared the pool with the guests who were staying in the 3 other flats but most of the time we had the pool to ourselves which was great!

Jane at Lale Home was a star from start to finish. Very friendly, always happy to help and super organised.

Sahane is a beautifully presented duplex apartment featuring a spectacular penthouse floor with private wraparound roof terrace. It enjoys an unrivalled location in Kalkan’s historic ‘Old Town’, only a genuine 2 min stroll to Kalkan’s restaurants, harbour and beach (no taxi’s needed).

The apartment offers panoramic sea views from every room, which all have private balconies from which to enjoy one of the best views in Kalkan. 

Ground floor:

The light and airy open plan lounge and dining area are tastefully decorated in a contemporary Turkish style and feature lounge and dining seating.  The lounge opens out onto a spacious balcony, furnished with table & chairs to allow guests to enjoy everything from an al fresco breakfast or that sundowner at the end of a hard day!  The well equipped kitchen includes washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer and electric water cooler. A feature limestone archway leads to a spacious king size bedroom and a twin room – each of these have their own balconies.

A solid antique marble staircase leads up to the Sahane’s penthouse king size master suite.  This exceptionally spacious suite style bedroom complete with seating area commands spectacular sea views. All beds have very comfortable ‘Dorma’ mattress toppers to ensure guest comfort. The en suite bathroom includes a walk in shower, WC, sink and mirror. The bathroom has been fully tiled in Turkish travertine.  The suite has its own private, extensive sun terrace which is furnished with sun loungers, parasol, table and chairs and private bbq.

Outside Area:

As well as the apartment’s own private balconies and roof terrace, guests’ at Sahane also have use of a beautiful shared pool and terrace. This is shared with two other (smaller) apartments and the terrace is furnished with sunloungers and parasols. The pool area benefits from all day sunshine.

The surrounding communal gardens are beautifully maintained and feature well tended cascading bougainvillea, banana trees and hibiscus.

The town beach and harbour area are within a few minutes’ walk and the old town’s shops, cafes and restaurants are a mere 2 minutes’ walk away.

Great Little holiday Hideout in a good Location!

Great little holiday hideout in a good location – very handy for the harbour, shopping and the old town. The apartment was nicely decorated and furnished – very comfortable! The kitchen whilst a tad on the small side (as in work space) was well equipped with plenty of crockery, glasses and cooking utensils. For three of us this place was a good size – although the 3rd bedroom (which we didn’t use) is quite small with 2 beds in it. So whilst technically sleeps 6, my only watch out would be it might be a bit tight for six people. I’d imagine less of an issue for families or during summer months when you tend to spend less time in the accommodation. The internet connection was good and constant and having the firestick was a bonus for catching up on Christmas TV in the evenings. We’d highly recommend the apartment as well as Jane and her team who were very responsive to any questions we had ahead of our arrival and during our stay.

The Sahane apartment is perfectly placed for the old town restaurants, shops and beach. It is beautifully presented after having a ‘make over’ and suited 3 of us offering the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom must have one of the most incredible views from its gorgeous balcony. Perfect for having coffee or wine! We loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and book again.

We’ve just returned from 8 days in the Sahane Apartment. We had a great time. It’s a really nice, well equipped apartment. The location is perfect for exploring the Old Town. We didn’t use the shared pool, but could’ve done, as there were plenty of sun beds. Instead, we spent most of our time on the balcony on the top floor. This has a couple of sun beds, and comfortable seating, perfect for taking in the stunning views over Kalkan bay. We’ve rented with Lale before – and, as usual, all dealings with Jane & Elsie were really easy, friendly and efficient.

Communication was prompt and Jane was able to answer all my questions leading up to our stay. Even arranged transport to and from the airport. The apartment was perfect for a family of 5. The views were stunning, a wonderful way to wake up in the morning looking out at sea. Just a few minutes walk we were in the centre of the huddle and bustle. We would love to return to Kalkan again, it was the most relaxing stay I’ve ever had on a holiday. The pool was never crowded, often had the place to ourselves.

Stayed at the Sahane Apartment for 8 nights in Sept 2024. Only two of us in the 3 bed apartment which was clean and spacious.

Stunning views of Kalkan Bay, good air conditioning and well equipped kitchen although a plug for the sink and some washing up liquid provided would have been useful.

Comfortable beds and living area and swimming pool and garden area were spotlessly clean and maintained.

Highly Recommended. Best restaurant during our stay was ARA Terrace Restaurant.

My partner and two teenagers stayed here for 10 days. The apartment was perfect and had everything you could possibly want on holiday.

The owner has taken a lot of thought and time to provide items such as, a water cooler, safety deposit box, good wifi, sound system where you can use your phone to play music, valuable air conditioning, beach towels, barbecue, clothes airers, washing machine etc.

The views and location could not be better, and with two balconies to choose from was wonderful.

The apartment was light and airy, and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and during our stay the bedsheets and towels were changed.

We can not fault anything and would highly recommend staying here.

The management company, were brilliant and so helpful. They were very pro-active, and ensured we had all the information needed well in advance of our holiday, they arranged private airport transfers which was a godsend and a nice touch to start our holiday and when returning home.

A couple of times I had to contact Jane to obtain the key code and safe code as I had forgotten, and she was always available, extremely quick in responding and just lovely to correspond with.

Thank you for an amazing holiday, we will be back!! x

This is our 4th visit to Kalkan so its fair to say we know and love the area. This is however the first time we changed apartment location… and we are really glad we did! Firstly the views! I’m not sure they can be bettered in such a convenient location. It was great to get up early and watch the sunrise across the bay as the town comes to life. The location is probably as convenient as you can get… a short work to town, the beach and the water taxis… and the apartment itself is great. Just right for 2 adults and 2 children… enough space so you don’t murder each other… but homely too and well equipped for those days you don’t want to eat out and just want to watch a family film or lay by the pool.

A word to the management team at Lale Homes. Our stay wasn’t without incident… nothing to do with the property I may add… but we all suffered with a sickness bug in the first week. Jane could not be more accommodating with helping us with pharmacy requests and helping us with the language. Its when things don’t go completely to plan, that you really see the worth of the people you’ve booked with. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

We have been coming to Kalkan for a few years and have always stayed in hotels.

Swapping to an apartment has been a revelation and we’ll be staying this way from now on.

Sahane was perfect for our family of five.

The top bedroom with its gorgeous views was especially lovely and the outside space fully equipped with table and sofa chairs and sun loungers.

We enjoyed some lovely bbqs looking out over the bay.

Location- wise, Sahane is perfect. It’s literally a 3 min walk into the old town and to all our favourite restaurants and bars.

The pool was well maintained and a really peaceful place to chill besides.

All in all we felt we got the jackpot in terms of value for money and can’t recommend enough.

The lounge area is furnished with a sofa and armchair, plus a coffee and occasional tables, and a large flat screen TV  (with English speaking channels) There is also an ipod dock, bluetooth speaker and CD/DVD player
 
The kitchen was fully remodelled and installed in March 2023. This offers a contemporary cooking and dining experience with an integrated water cooler, drinks fridge, induction hob, Quooker tap, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and coffee machine along with all the usual kitchen equipment. A long preparation and dining counter with bar stools provides an abundance of preparation and eating space.
 
Also on the upper floor is a separate WC.
 
Outside the Apartment:
 
The newly fitted plunge pool on the villa’s roof terrace offers integrated seating, Jacuzzi jets and lighting. The views to the sea and mountains are spectacular. One side of the terrace has a shaded seating area. The other has  sunloungers, beanbags and a BBQ.

Stunning apartment - inside and out

We have been to Kalkan many times and this apartment is perfectly located to be far away enough from the noise of the centre but close enough to be a short walk in.

The view is just breath-taking, lots to see during the day whilst the boats sail in and out of harbour and beautiful by night with the lights.

Very well provisioned, we had everything we needed during our stay and more. Very glad of the upstairs loo, as we couldn’t quite pluck up the courage to use the main en suite bathroom, which is pretty much on view with the glass partition.

Good supermarket within a few minutes walk.

Lots and lots of towels provided, plenty of spaces for everyone to relax.

We have just returned from Kalkan staying at Sea Esta Su. What a beautiful apartment with a very inviting size pool. This apartment has everything you need for your stay. The walk to town is a nice 10 mins easy walk, however coming back there’s a couple of hills.

The town is very nice with plenty of shops and the roof top restaurants are just amazing.

We all enjoyed our stay here and will return to Kalkan.

The 3 en-suite bedroom Villa Sultaniye offers panoramic sea views, and all rooms have balconies from which guests can enjoy the vista. 

The Villa’s interior has been designed in a cool, contemporary Turkish style. Antique marble floors are standard throughout and rooms feature attractive interior limestone walls. Villa Sultaniye is fully air-conditioned and in addition, we also provide fans for guests that prefer not to use air conditioning. 

All bedrooms benefit from contemporary en-suite bathrooms with overhead showers and are fully tiled in beautiful Turkish travertine and feature backlit mirrors. In addition, there is also a fourth house bathroom on the ground floor with a further rainfall shower. All beds have very comfortable ‘Dorma’ mattress toppers and bedrooms benefit from blackout curtains to ensure that rooms remain comfortable even in the sunshine. 

For those wishing to hire a car there are car parking spaces outside the villa though the property’s excellent location means this is not necessary. 

 

The villa also boasts a beautiful private freshwater pool and very spacious sunbathing area, again with incredible sea views. Pool towels are also provided. There is an extremely spacious pool terrace, furnished with tables and comfortable seating, perfect for an al fresco lunch or evening meal. This is a perfect open space to enjoy a Turkish breakfast, a light lunch or entertain with sundowners. 

 

Upstairs, the top floor roof terrace has stunning sea vistas over the quintessential Kalkan view of mouse and snake island. This space is stylishly furnished with quality sunbeds and parasols. There is also a beautiful chill out area including comfortable sofa and chairs as well as an outdoor kitchen and that all important drinks fridge to keep the fizz perfectly cool!  

Media and technology 

The lounge features a Smart TV – with full-service options via the ‘Amazon Firestick Remote’. Guests can simply switch the TV on via the TV remote then navigate services using the ‘Amazon Firestick Remote’.  

For guests this means a huge range of viewing options, including Netflix, Prime etc together with all UK channels and an extremely extensive range of movies. If you have any questions on how to use the Firestick, please just ask Samet as he is familiar with navigating the functions available. 

There are quality bluetooth speakers downstairs and upstairs as well as ‘Alexa’ voice activated devices for guest use or to use as bluetooth devices. There is also complementary wi-fi throughout the property even on the roof terrace.  

Well equipped kitchen diner 

The fantastically equipped kitchen offers everything guests would expect. This includes a ‘state of the art’ carbon water filter to ensure that our mains water is safe for drinking by all the family. There is a labelled, small, narrow tap next to the main kitchen tap and this is the tap to use for drinking. The water is filtered through no less than 5 carbon filters to provide a fresh, clean, constant supply of drinking water. The normal mains water tap is fine for washing fruit and veg, washing, cleaning teeth etc. 

Use of the filter water is completely free of charge. We still have a chilled water cooler which accommodates the large, 19 litre plastic drums, should guests prefer to use this.

Villa Marina is a large, family friendly villa for 8 people. There is plenty of space both inside and out. Plenty of sun-loungers, comfy chairs and space around and a large swimming pool. This is a great villa with olive trees to the side. Fully air-conditioned throughout.

Ground Floor:

Open plan and spacious. Just inside the entrance is a full shower room, which is bathroom number 5.  There’s a further table and chairs inside should you need it, separating the lounge from the kitchen which is modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave. The washing machine is in a cupboard under the stairs. From the lounge there is access to the poolside.

First Floor:

On the first floor are 2 twin en-suite bedrooms and a large king-size en-suite. All three have balconies with the twin rooms having side balconies overlooking the olive groves.

Top Floor:

The master en-suite bedroom on the top floor is large, with a TV (mainly Turkish channels) and comfy seating area. You also have direct access to the furnished roof terrace which has views of Kalamar Bay.

There is also separate access to the roof terrace without going through the bedroom.

This is such a beautiful spacious villa in a great location.

We were greeted with a lovely welcome pack and a visit from the owner himself who brought us fresh bread.

There is a lovely area around the pool. We found the walk into Kalkan a little long in the heat, but taxi’s were readily available.

The villa is immaculate throughout, and the bedrooms perfect for our families.

We would definitely visit again.

A beautiful 4 bedroom villa with the perfect bedroom configuration for the family (2 large kingsize and 2 twin). The property was fully prepared for us, clean and tidy and fully equipped with the great additions of games, which the family enjoyed. The outside area was large and the BBQ used almost daily. The roof terrace is very spacious, with lovely mountain and Kalkan views. The centre is a genuine 20 minute leisurely walk. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday, we were sorry to leave.

Villa Greenwich affords spectacular views of Kalkan Bay enhanced from its elevated position in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan. Comfortably accommodating 8 guests in 4 bedrooms (all with ensuite bathrooms) Villa Greenwich provides sea views from every room and contemporary, stylish interiors with large glass windows to allow the light to flow freely through the open plan areas. The open plan ground floor comprises a large lounge with a comfortable large L shaped sofa & TV, a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, well connected to the exterior areas via large sliding windows.

The outside spaces are well thought out and ideal for summer living. There is easy access to the large private pool via the roman steps in the corner. A large al-fresco dining area is covered with a shady pergola, cushioned sun loungers and parasols are provided for relaxing, and another comfortable seating group is located at the edge of the pool terrace. There is a BBQ and a table tennis table located to the side of the terrace.

The open plan living area contains a comfortable open plan living area with large L shaped sofa, flat screen TV, plus a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and bar stool seating.  A water cooler, fridge freezer, luxury wine fridge, Nespresso Coffee Machine, built in oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and cafetiere are also provided (the washing machine can be located in a cupboard under the stairs) There is a separate seating area to the side of the breakfast bar with swivel armchairs. Glass sliding doors lead out from the kitchen area onto the pool terrace.

There is also a cloak room and W/C on this level.

First floor:

Bedroom 1,2 & 3 – Stairs lead up to the first floor and large landing with a seating area.

On this level there are three bedrooms – two spacious doubles and a twin bedroom, all of which have their own ensuite shower rooms. Both double bedrooms have sea view private balconies, furnished with a table and chairs (bedroom 1 also has an egg chair on the balcony). The twin bedroom has an ensuite shower room with W/C.

 

Second floor:

We were 3 couples staying over 2 weeks and we have visited Kalkan staying in Villas 6 times before. Villa Greenwich exceeded our expectations on every level. Very spacious in and outside, very well equipped (needed bins in the bedrooms), perfect location, comfortable outdoor beds and seating. The upstairs Jacuzzi and bar area for evening drinks and views was very special. We would definitely stay there again.

An exceptional 3 bedroom villa, furnished to a very high standard, Villa Lavanta is located in an attractive residential area of Kalamar Bay. The property can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children.  The nearest beach club is a 3 minute walk down the hill. There are cafes/restaurants within 150 metres and small supermarkets within just a 5 minute walk.

Lower ground floor apartment:

The ground floor apartment, built using traditional stone, is always cool and offers excellent family facilities and direct access to the private pool and chill areas. One double bedroom and lounge/sleeping area with fully equipped kitchen and dining area gives teenagers or friends total independence with WiFi, TV and air conditioning. The bathroom has WC and shower facilities.

First floor:

The first floor has been totally refurbished to a very high standard with a new shower/WC room, floor to ceiling glass windows in a very spacious lounge and a newly refitted and well equipped kitchen with granite worktops and seating round the island. There is a large fridge/freezer and a water chiller so no need to carry any water bottles to the villa. Off the kitchen, through large glass sliding doors, there is a large dining area for alfresco dining and from here there are beautiful views of the sea and the palm trees for which our road is well-known. There is a further large television on this level.

Second floor:

Two further bedrooms upstairs share a fully renovated master double bathroom with twin rain shower and two wash-hand-basins. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, separate access to balconies and beautiful views of the bay to the islands beyond.

From the second floor you access the roof terrace area with its panoramic views over the bay and mountains to the left and right, ideal for catching rays or sipping a drink whilst watching the sun set. There is a seating area and additional sun beds on this level.

Outdoor areas:

There is a generously sized private swimming pool with roman steps, on the ground floor, surrounded by spacious sunbathing terraces. On this level there is also a shaded comfortable seating area. Leading off the kitchen and living area, there is a large al fresco dining terrace. The roof terrace with its built-in seating area, pergola and sun loungers, has the best views of all.

This was our first time at Villa Lavanta, although we have been to Kalkan many times. We had an excellent stay in what is a beautifully appointed villa, to the extent that we had no hesitation in booking again to hopefully return next year.

Some elements of the layout were a bit quirky and took some getting used to, for example, the almost separate apartment on the ground floor, but we came to appreciate how useful this was in providing everyone some space.

Great views, in a great location locally. Everything we wanted for our stay.

Second floor:

On the second floor is the luxurious Master Suite, which features a super-king size bed and private shower room, together with a lovely roof terrace with iron sofas on which to relax with a book or a drink at the end of the day. The views from the Master Suite are spectacular and it’s the perfect location for enjoying some star gazing.

Whichever room you stay in, you will wake up in the morning and open your curtains to stunning views of the Mediterranean and the towering Taurus mountains that form the backdrop to Kalkan.

Surrounding the pool is a large sunbathing terrace with wooden sun-loungers, covered with thick cushions for extra comfort in the sun. Pink and white oleanders together with large pot plants surround the pool area, creating a wonderful holiday escape.

To the side of the villa, steps lead up to a large shaded drinks terrace with a seating area, consisting of a hammock chair swing and offers wonderful views out over the bays. Bougainvillea and oleander surround the terrace and a large hammock is the perfect place for an afternoon siesta. All around the villa are pretty gardens with banana trees, bougainvillea and jasmine growing, and you can make use of the Weber barbecue that is available for guests. An outside shower is perfect for refreshing yourself during the day.  Roof terrace with fairy lights.

The space is a dream. We felt very comfortable right away. You can experience beautiful things in Kalkan. I traveled with my whole family and we had a wonderful time. I definitely recommend this place if you want to have a carefree and wonderful vacation. I’d love to come back.

A beautiful villa with everything we needed

We had a lovely stay at Villa Fossa. A beautiful villa with everything we needed. We loved the pool and the extra shaded seating area with hammocks. Lots of lovely restaurants and places to drink just a short walk away or about a 20min walk down the hill to old Kalkan town. We took a taxi back to the villa costing around £3.50 after an evening out. Villa was clean and tidy with lots of storage. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. All round a fantastic stay and we will definitely return.

Villa Fosa, had everything you needed to enjoy a lovely family holiday in Kalkan. A great location with lovely relaxing views from all balconies, especially the top balcony.

The villa is in a great location with bars and restaurants nearby. Also, near several Migros’s.

It was walking distance to the Town, which was a 15 minute enjoyable stroll.

All my family and friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful villa with wonderful views over the bays.

Spacious, clean and light.

The town centre is a short walk away and Kalamar beach club is in walking distance.

A new restaurant called Kitchen has opened on the corner of the road and is wonderful. Great cocktails and food!

We recently spent 3 weeks in Villa Fosa.

Everything was perfect. Everything we needed was supplied.

The villa itself was lovely and was kept very clean.

The terrace and pool area was very spacious and we spent many hours on the roof top terrace taking in the amazing views.

The location of the villa was perfect with many fabulous restaurants and well stocked supermarkets in the vicinity and the town was also just a short walk away.

We would thoroughly recommend this villa and would definitely stay there again.
