Cennet Apartment is a stylish 2 bedroom apartment nestled away at the top of Kalkan’s Old Town. All amenities are just a 1-2 minute walk and the harbourfront just a 5 minute stroll away.

Accommodation:

Located on the ground floor of the block, on entering Cennet Apartment there is a spacious open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a perfect self catering break. The living area is comfortably furnished with a corner sofa, satellite TV and DVD player. Doors lead out onto the private terrace.

A pretty stone archway leads to the two bedrooms and bathroom. The master bedroom has a King sized bed, fitted wardrobe, dressing table, mirror and two bedside tables. The twin bedroom is similarly furnished and each bedroom has access onto private enclosed terraces plus the shared pool and sun terraces.

Cennet Apartment is fully furnished throughout and a weekly clean and linen change is provided. The apartment has air conditioning to all rooms and complimentary toiletries are provided for guests on arrival. An on site English speaking management team is always available to help guests- they will be as involved/discreet as you wish!

The apartment’s fantastic central location ensures that there is no need for car hire or taxis. However, there is a car parking spacing should you wish to hire a car for day trips.

Outside areas:

Outside, the apartment’s private patio features it’s own table and four chairs- the perfect place to enjoy al fresco dining. The beautiful communal pool and terraces are shared with just two other apartments and benefit from sun all day long. The pool terrace is comfortably furnished with sun loungers, parasols and tables. The communal areas are very pretty with cascading bougainvillea, banana trees and hibiscus.

Minerva Apartment is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious apartment in a highly sought after location- just a genuine 1 minute walk to the nearest amenities and an easy 5 minute walk to Kalkan’s Old Town. The apartment is located on a peaceful complex of just 6 apartments which share 2 large swimming pools, spacious sunbathing terraces and extensive communal gardens.

Accommodation:

On entering the apartment a spacious entrance hallway leads through to the light and airy open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances such as electric oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle & fruit blender, 2 cafetieres ( large and small) and a Nespresso Coffee Machine. The kitchen also has a marble topped table and chairs to comfortably seat 4.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the living area, furnished with a high quality cast iron sofa and armchair, chess table, book case, flat-screen TV, DVD player, Ipod Dock and Wi-Fi. Double patio doors lead directly out onto the wrap-around balcony.

The apartment has two bedrooms- a master bedroom with King-sized bed, en-suite and a twin bedroom with a separate shower room directly across the hallway. Both bedrooms are furnished with handmade traditional wooden wardrobes, bed side cabinets and vanity unit with mirror. A hair dryer is provided in the master bedroom. The bedrooms both have a door leading out onto the balcony.

The en-suite and separate shower room are both equipped with walk-in shower, WC and sink.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout.

Outdoor areas:

A fantastic feature of Minerva Apartment is the huge wrap-around balcony which can be accessed from the bedrooms and living room/kitchen. The balcony is furnished with an outdoor dining table and chairs for 6, a rattan sofa, chairs and coffee table set.  The perfect place to spend lazy days, the balcony benefits from beautiful mountain and sea views.

There are two large swimming pools shared by six apartments, both of which have Roman steps for easy access. The pools are both surrounded by spacious sunbathing terraces, with sun loungers and a parasol provided for the use of guests at Minerva Apartment.

Situated just behind the Anka (formerly Yali) Supermarket complex, the apartment is in a fantastic central yet peaceful location- ensuring that there will never be a need for car hire or taxis.

Minerva is the perfect package!

Just returned home from 11 nights at Minerva. When we arrived we were wowed at how lovely the apartment is – it is beautifully decorated with lovely tiles and wooden ceilings. The kitchen is well kitted out and we often cooked at the apartment. The water cooler is a great feature (we refilled it twice during our stay at a reasonable cost) as is the air conditioning which was very much appreciated in the heat. The bathrooms were lovely with helpful light up mirrors and the bedrooms and living room were spacious and comfortable.

Minerva is the ground floor apartment in a beautiful site of 6. The living space opens onto a spacious balcony with views over the swimming pool and to the sea and mountains further afield. Every day we soaked up the views and at night the twinkling lights of the apartments on the opposite hillside lit up Kalkan like a Christmas tree! There are bars, restaurants and shops right on the doorstep (2 minute walk away) and then 5-10 minutes walk into the old town. Our favourite was Lime Bar round the corner which had a pool table and dart board and so kept our boys occupied in the evening.

Jane and Elsie at Lale Homes were super helpful from the moment I booked until the moment we left – Jane couldn’t have been more helpful and was always on hand to answer any questions via whatsapp once we arrived. They provided a perfect service and I would absolutely book with them in future and would happily return to Minerva again.

We were really sad to leave and all agreed it was the best family holiday we’ve had and part of that was due to the lovely setting!

A wonderful 11 day break

We have just returned from a wonderfully relaxing 11 days in Kalkan.

The Minerva apartment is fantastically located just a ten minute walk into the town and is equipped with everything you need for a holiday.

We were really lucky in having the swimming pool to ourselves for the duration of our stay and enjoyed all the outdoor space.

It was extremely hot and so we appreciated the excellent air conditioning!

I’d really recommend this apartment and the service we received from Lale Homes which was outstanding throughout our stay.

Loved Minerva apartment – we stayed for two weeks and it was a perfect space for my husband, myself and daughter.

Fabulous views, comfortable beds good showers and great air-con. It has a high quality but homely feel.

The pool was lovely, warm, sparkling clean and we were the only ones using it for the two weeks.

The location is great, close enough to walk to the old town and harbour but still tucked away and quiet.

There are also some great cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

The Thursday market is just across the road.

The apartment is well equipped and we had a couple of BBQs as it is such a lovely terrace and view.

Jane and Elsie at Lale were so helpful with any requests – I’d really recommend Minerva and Lale.

As first time visitors to Kalkan, we are now totally in love 🥰.

We arrived after midnight after a very long journey and accessed the property very easily.

We opened the door and literally said ‘wow’. This is a beautiful, authentic yet modern apartment and we opened up the doors to the most stunning starlit sky and the lights of the houses from the mountains down to the sea.

Having a water cooler ready stocked was fantastic.

The apartment has absolutely everything you could need and more. Who knew I would need and use all 3 different sizes of cafetières 😂.

The pool is super and we felt as if it was our own at times as it wasn’t busy at all.

The development has 2 residential tortoises who love to eat leftover salad and veg scraps.

We didn’t go out as much as we thought as one of our party had a terrible head cold for 3 days so the apartment came into its own for meals at ‘home’.

We loved meals out on the balcony and we just wish we were staying longer.

We hope to return to Minerva very soon. 🇹🇷❤️

Our second time staying at Minerva and it didn’t disappoint.

The owners had updated the bedrooms with new beds and spacious wardrobes since our last visit which was a nice surprise.

Very central to supermarkets and restaurants.

Would highly recommend this apartment and hope to return in the future.

This is an attractive apartment set in well-kept grounds. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable.

There are two good pools at the complex. The location is good, close to the weekly market, supermarkets, bakery and greengrocer.

Although close to the Main Street it is very quiet. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach/Old Town.

I would definitely stay in the apartment again.

Communication with Lale Homes was good and they arranged the transfers to the airport.

The vehicles and drivers were excellent.

Beautiful and well-appointed apartment in a fabulous spot!

We loved all the individual touches in the apartment and we were even provided with some essentials in the fridge on our arrival, which was very welcome!

The pool was lovely and very well maintained.

Lots of useful information and tips were provided in the information pack.

The size of the apartment was very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, and we loved eating and relaxing outside on the balcony area. The location was great – could walk to the town beach in 10 minutes and had a local supermarket, greengrocer, bakery and fishmonger around the corner.

It was close enough to the old town to access easily but just far enough away to be a lovely, quiet spot.

Jane was very responsive and helpful with any enquiries.

We would highly recommend!

Just returned after 3 weeks from this lovely, recently refurnished apartment.

Lovely big fridge/freezer, water cooler and of course a Nespresso coffee machine (which sold it for me!!). Also, upgraded shower rooms but perhaps would benefit from the addition of shower caddies.

Very well equipped if wanting to self cater and very close to various supermarkets and the Thursday market.

There are also a good selection of Turkish restaurants very close by.

My partner and two teenagers stayed here for 10 days. The apartment was perfect and had everything you could possibly want on holiday.

The owner has taken a lot of thought and time to provide items such as, a water cooler, safety deposit box, good wifi, sound system where you can use your phone to play music, valuable air conditioning, beach towels, barbecue, clothes airers, washing machine etc.

The views and location could not be better, and with two balconies to choose from was wonderful.

The apartment was light and airy, and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and during our stay the bedsheets and towels were changed.

We can not fault anything and would highly recommend staying here.

The management company, were brilliant and so helpful. They were very pro-active, and ensured we had all the information needed well in advance of our holiday, they arranged private airport transfers which was a godsend and a nice touch to start our holiday and when returning home.

A couple of times I had to contact Jane to obtain the key code and safe code as I had forgotten, and she was always available, extremely quick in responding and just lovely to correspond with.

Thank you for an amazing holiday, we will be back!! x

This is our 4th visit to Kalkan so its fair to say we know and love the area. This is however the first time we changed apartment location… and we are really glad we did! Firstly the views! I’m not sure they can be bettered in such a convenient location. It was great to get up early and watch the sunrise across the bay as the town comes to life. The location is probably as convenient as you can get… a short work to town, the beach and the water taxis… and the apartment itself is great. Just right for 2 adults and 2 children… enough space so you don’t murder each other… but homely too and well equipped for those days you don’t want to eat out and just want to watch a family film or lay by the pool.

A word to the management team at Lale Homes. Our stay wasn’t without incident… nothing to do with the property I may add… but we all suffered with a sickness bug in the first week. Jane could not be more accommodating with helping us with pharmacy requests and helping us with the language. Its when things don’t go completely to plan, that you really see the worth of the people you’ve booked with. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

We have been coming to Kalkan for a few years and have always stayed in hotels.

Swapping to an apartment has been a revelation and we’ll be staying this way from now on.

Sahane was perfect for our family of five.

The top bedroom with its gorgeous views was especially lovely and the outside space fully equipped with table and sofa chairs and sun loungers.

We enjoyed some lovely bbqs looking out over the bay.

Location- wise, Sahane is perfect. It’s literally a 3 min walk into the old town and to all our favourite restaurants and bars.

The pool was well maintained and a really peaceful place to chill besides.

All in all we felt we got the jackpot in terms of value for money and can’t recommend enough.

Villa Sultaniye is an exceptionally spacious 3 bedroom villa located at the top of Kalkan’s Old Town. All amenities are just a 1-2 minute walk away and the harbour front an easy 4-5 minute walk.

Ground floor:

On the ground floor of the property there is an entrance hallway which leads into a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped- containing everything you could need for a luxurious self-catering break.

The living area is spacious and comfortably furnished with sofas and armchairs. The living room has a flat screen TV with satellite television plus Bose speakers. An indoor dining table with chairs seats 6.

Also on this level there is a family bathroom and utility room- with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

 

First floor:

The three double bedrooms are situated on the first floor of the property. Two of the bedrooms are doubles, with King sized beds, en-suite shower rooms and private balconies- from which there are stunning sea views. The third bedroom is configured as a twin but also has it’s own en-suite bathroom plus a private balcony with sea views.

 

Outdoor areas:

The private fresh water swimming pool measures approximately 8m x 3.6m and has a depth of 1.20m – 1.5m. Adjoining the swimming pool is a spacious sunbathing terrace, where ample sunbeds and parasols are provided. There is also an alfresco dining area with comfortable seating and a dining table with chairs. The terraces are very spacious- ensuring there is enough room to swim, relax, dine and entertain!

In addition, Villa Sultaniye has a fantastic roof terrace, from which the views over Kalkan harbour are truly incredible.  The roof terrace is fully decked out with sunbeds, a chilled out seating area plus an outdoor kitchen- making it the ideal place to entertain and enjoy sun-downers.

Villa Sultaniye has air conditioning to all bedrooms, complimentary Wi-Fi, and beach towels are provided. The location of the villa at the top of Kalkan’s Old Town ensures there will be no need for car hire or taxis, although there is a parking space if you do choose to hire a car for days out further afield.

There is also a WC on this level.

First floor:

On the first floor of the villa is the master bedroom suite- exceptionally large, taking up the entirety of this level. The master bedroom itself is huge and has a King sized bed. If required, a further single bed can also be placed in this room- ideal for couples with a small child. On the second floor of the villa are two further bedrooms- one double and a twin bedroom. Each bedroom has a separate dressing area leading into it. The bedrooms on this level are bright and airy and each has double patio doors leading out onto a shared balcony- once again with spectacular sea views. These bedrooms share a family bathroom with WC, sink and shower unit.

Outdoor areas:

Internal stairs lead up to the top level of the villa which is a fantastic, spacious roof terrace. Furnished with a sofa, lounge chairs and coffee table- this is the ideal place to take in the stunning views at sunset.

The villa has a private swimming pool with infinity edge, surrounded by sunbathing terraces and an outdoor dining area. Tucked down by the side of the villa there is a stone built BBQ for the use of guests.

In addition, the villa has a secure garage.

The villa is just a couple of minute’s walk from Kalkan Beach, beach Club- where you can enjoy the use of the onsite restaurant, sunbathing platforms and water sports. A free water taxi shuttles back and forth between the beach club and Kalkan throughout the day. Alternatively, taxis are readily available and competitively priced. Car hire can also be arranged.

Villa Kulla is a 4 bedroom villa, comfortably accommodating a maximum of 8 guests. It is in an enviable position in the centre of Kalkan, but also at the end of a cul-de-sac, so quiet and undisturbed. It is just a 2 minute walk from Kalkan centre with its full range of restaurants and artisan shops etc

Inside, the ground floor has an open plan lounge, modern spacious kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms are spread across the first, second and roof level floors. This includes a master double bedroom with access to the roof terrace and spectacular views of the sea, harbour and Old Town area.

The villa has a generous sized heated, salt-water private swimming pool surrounded by sunbathing terraces, a table tennis table, and choice of al-fresco dining areas.

Ground Floor – Villa Kulla

On entering the villa on the ground floor, you will find a comfortable open-plan living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for preparing anything from breakfast or snacks to a full dinner. This includes a large fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, and kettle. The washing machine can also be found in the kitchen.

Adjacent to the kitchen is an indoor dining table and 4 chairs. Next to this is the comfortable lounge area. Doors open out onto the pool terrace from the kitchen area. For your entertainment the living room has large flat screen satellite TV (limited English channels). The villa also enjoys air-conditioning and complimentary wi-fi throughout.

First Floor – Villa Kulla

The first floor has a double en-suite bedroom with a private balcony, plus a twin bedroom, also with a balcony, and separate shower room.

Second Floor – Villa Kulla

On the second floor is a bedroom which can be configured either as a double, or a twin room, with ensuite bathroom, & private balcony which enjoys beautiful sea views.

Roof Level – Villa Kulla

On the roof level you will find a large master en-suite double bedroom with lots of space. The room has direct access onto the large roof top terrace with spectacular sea views. From this terrace you can see the Old Town and harbour while enjoying some privacy – the perfect spot to enjoy your breakfast coffee or sundowner tipple from.

The pool terrace has plenty of sunbeds for relaxing, plus table tennis if you fancy getting a bit more active. There is also a comfortable seating area with coffee table, plus an alfresco dining area and 6 chairs. Should you want alfresco cooking to go with it, there is a BBQ for guest use.

We would definitely return to the villa

We are a party of 4 adults and 4 kids aged between 10 and 14 and we have had an amazing time at Villa Kulla.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in KALKAN and this is the best villa we have stayed in.

The villa Is a short walk to the centre of the old town and only 100 yards from the supermarket.

The views from the balcony were amazing.

The pool and table tennis table were a big hit for everyone.

All rooms are well air conditioned.

Our rep, Sharon, was extremely helpful and sorted any minor issues on arrival and arranged water for the cooler quickly.

There are just 2 things we thought would make the villa more workable for us which was to have wardrobes in the top floor bedroom and to make the table near the front door a useable area as this had most of the shade for lunchtime dining.

Avlu Ev is a truly unique holiday home in the heart of Kalkan’s Old Town. A beautifully restored Greek townhouse, the property boasts its very own hammam, secluded courtyard garden and is a genuine 1 minute walk from the harbourfront and beach.

Ground floor:

On entering the house, there is an entrance hallway with a large open plan country style kitchen to one side and a living room on the other. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob and large fridge/freezer. In addition there is a stand alone island unit and kitchen table to seat 4.

The living room is a beautiful, cosy space which is full or carefully restored traditional features. Large windows give views out on to Kalkan’s original town square.

The master bedroom wing is in a separate building, across the courtyard from the main house. This master bedroom is stunning with a king sized double bed, open wooden ceilings and hand built, artisan furnishings. A large wet-room bathroom stands just off the bedroom and has been finished in travertine marble.

Lower ground floor:

On the lower level of the main house is the first of two double bedrooms. Light and airy, and once again decorated in a sympathetic style, this room benefits from glorious views directly over Kalkan harbour. The bathroom to this bedroom is wet room style, finished in travertine marble with a walk in rain shower.

Also on this lower level is the fantastic Hamman room- an incredibly rare feature for a Kalkan property.

Outdoor areas:

Situated in one of Kalkan’s peaceful Old Town streets, the property is entered via a gate which leads into the beautiful and spacious secluded courtyard. The private courtyard garden is a fantastic place to relax during the day or night- furnished with comfortable ottoman style seating and a large dining table and chairs. There is beautiful Mediterranean planting and shrubbery.

Avlu Ev is in a peaceful location, yet genuinely just a few steps away from Kalkan’s pebble beach and all of the main bars, restaurants and shops of the resort.

Old Town Alarahan is a home from home, providing everything you could need for a self-catering holiday. Tucked away on a quiet side street, the villa is at the top of the Old Town and all amenities are on your doorstep.

Ground floor:

The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of tableware, cooking facilities, dishwasher, microwave, fresh water dispenser and Nespresso coffee machine, and we make sure the basics like salt, pepper, tea, coffee, fresh drinking water, washing up liquid and bin bags etc are provided so you can get straight on with your holiday. Separate from the kitchen, the comfortable lounge area has a large dining table, fast Wifi and Sky TV too.

First floor:

On the first floor of the villa is the master bedroom with super king size bed, balcony and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed (can be separated into 2 singles) and en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms and the lounge have air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer heat. A hairdryer, pool and bath towels are provided for you during your stay leaving you plenty of suitcase room to fill up with local crafts, clothing and accessories from the array of shops right on the doorstep.

Sleeping 4 people comfortably, we also have an additional child size mattress that can be used in one of the 2 bedrooms if you require to accommodate an additional little one.

Outdoor areas:

The outside area has very pretty walled courtyard with stunning bougainvillea and features a crystal clear 5m x 4m private pool with a depth of 1.6 m both ends, 4 comfortable sun loungers, umbrellas, dining area and BBQ. The Kalkan Townhouse has breath-taking mountain and sea views from both the courtyard and the roof terrace. There are inflatables for fun in the sun too.

The roof terrace with its stunning views over the town and of course the mountains and the sea has a dining table and comfortable sofas to relax on. We have a washing machine in the upstairs laundry area for your use.

The Kalkan Townhouse really is a home from home with so much more, The location is fantastic – your walk home after an evening out in the town really is as quick as can be as we are situated just a stone’s throw from the fabulous local restaurants and bars of Kalkan town centre.

Another fantastic visit to Kalkan for us in August 2024. Without doubt this villa is in the best location for those wanting to enjoy everything the Old Town has to offer, It’s literally seconds to get to ‘Greek St’ and enjoy a cocktail in Shade Lounge, our personal favourite bar!

We spent two weeks in the villa as a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The villa is well located in the center of kalkan. You can reach everything on foot and theoretically you don’t need a car. Supermarkets, restaurants and the center of kalkan old town can be reached in a few minutes. Although the villa is centrally located, the surrounding area is quiet and ideal for families. The villa itself is very nice and has everything you need. You won’t miss anything! The villa is clean and well maintained. You feel at home. The pool and the outdoor area are regularly cleaned by the service team. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed our meals outside.

The team of Lale Rentals is available to answer any questions you may have and you feel in good hands. Big praise!

So all in all a perfect place to stay. I can fully recommend the villa!

‘The best relaxing holiday location in Kalkan – 5/5’ We have just returned from one of the most relaxing holidays we have ever had, the location is perfect and the Townhouse is amazing. The roof top terrace gives you the best views of both the harbour and village either over a morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening. The house is beautifully appointed and offers everything, the pool offers endless hours of relaxation and fun, our 5 year old has just learned to swim here. Thank you to the Townhouse for best holiday.

We had a great time staying at the villa. What we liked most about the villa was the private pool and how close it was to the Old Town. It was a very short walk into the town and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
