Our staying was really good and pleasure!

We spent 18 days there.

The view was so stunning that we specially go home to see those beautiful sunsets of Kalkan.

House is situated near the road, so you can go to the beach by foot, but it is really hard for us, so we needed to rent a car.

We had some minor problems, but all of them was quickly solved by Jane. She was always in touch:)

Kitchen is fully renovated, but there you will not find any cooking and kitchen basics: salt or pepper, oil, liquids or rubbish sucks.

So it is ok to buy for us as we had a very long staying.

Also I want to add: House was extremely clean!

That was fantastic! I have a very great experience with holiday rentals staying.

We had cleaning every Monday and Janes team was making a great job!

Thank you for all the help Jane before we arrived at the apartment. The apartment was very clean and cozy. Everything we needed was at hand. Although we had some inclement weather the apartment provided us with everything we needed. We spend 3 weeks at the apartment sharing the first week with our two teenage granddaughters who enjoyed their stay. Without doubt the apartment provided very good value for money.

Great little holiday hideout in a good location – very handy for the harbour, shopping and the old town. The apartment was nicely decorated and furnished – very comfortable! The kitchen whilst a tad on the small side (as in work space) was well equipped with plenty of crockery, glasses and cooking utensils. For three of us this place was a good size – although the 3rd bedroom (which we didn’t use) is quite small with 2 beds in it. So whilst technically sleeps 6, my only watch out would be it might be a bit tight for six people. I’d imagine less of an issue for families or during summer months when you tend to spend less time in the accommodation. The internet connection was good and constant and having the firestick was a bonus for catching up on Christmas TV in the evenings. We’d highly recommend the apartment as well as Jane and her team who were very responsive to any questions we had ahead of our arrival and during our stay.

Villa Beloulou is arranged over three floors, with light, airy interiors and well-proportioned rooms throughout.

Ground Floor

The main living space is open-plan, with a comfortable lounge area, TV, Wi-Fi, and a dining table seating six. Large patio doors open directly onto the pool terrace, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow.

A separate fully equipped kitchen can be closed off from the living area – a practical feature, particularly for families with younger children. It includes a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, and dishwasher.

There is also a guest WC on this level.

First Floor

Two en-suite bedrooms are located on this floor:

Master bedroom – a spacious double room with an en-suite shower room and a private sea view balcony with seating.

Double bedroom (top floor suite) – a particularly spacious en-suite room with direct access to the roof terrace. This room enjoys elevated views across Kalamar Bay and can be considered a standout bedroom within the villa.

The roof terrace provides a fantastic vantage point for sunset views, looking out towards Mouse and Snake Islands.

Outdoor Space

The villa’s outdoor areas are arranged across split-level terraces, surrounded by mature planting which enhances privacy.

The upper terrace features a shaded dining area beneath a pergola, along with a BBQ and comfortable seating – ideal for relaxed evenings and al-fresco meals.

The lower terrace is home to the private infinity pool, which includes a shallow section and integrated Jacuzzi. Sun loungers and parasols are positioned around the pool, with ample space to relax and enjoy the views.
